Teasers of a self-project. With how much waste the fashion industry creates as a whole, I started thinking of ways to reduce waste in my creations. Not a lot one person can do, but it's better than nothing. All of these squares are scraps gifted to me by @fairetreasures when she makes her skirts. After I nailed down the pattern I wanted, it took a bit of time, but it worked out! Day 25 "Waste" @seam_collective #septtextilelove I try to keep waste to a minimum. All my offcuts and scraps of fabric get made into patchwork and small gift items. The cotton reels are being used to make pots for fabric flowers. Threads get collected in my "Ort" for collage work.
