Does anyone have any good resources for dealing with anxiety and perfectionism regarding art(and life in general)??
#asking for a friend#im looking online for them but so much of it is just Stop caring about the final result :^)#which is the just dont be depressed type of answer#seeing as caring to much is sort of yhe Whole issue#but yeah they can barely draw from anxiety over Needing it to be perfect#and ive dealt with the same thing but not to this degree and the things that helped me dont seem to be helping them#so im curious if you guys might have any recources#Or any resources about learning to enjoy art again after burnout??#cus thats another thing
