Anyways this is kinda random but

It does get better. I promise it does.

You have to fight for it. You have to take breaks, just exist without progress for a bit. Making sure to nourish and take care of yourself along the way. You can lie down for a bit, cry and scream at how unfair it feels, but in the end the only way through is through, and you have to keep going.

It’s hard. I know it’s hard. It’ll feel impossible some days, it’ll feel like you’ve taken one step forward and ten steps back. Even so, keep going

Because one day you’ll look up and realize you’re whole again.
