Grey bichir!

It is able to move across land with the use of its pectoral fins, granted it stays wet. An experiment conducted on this species of fish raised several young individuals in tanks with only a few millimeters of water (and misters, which made sure the fish were moist), to see if there were any differences in their development compared to water-raised bichirs to hint at how the first tetrapods came to be. They found that these land-raised bichirs held their head higher by keeping their pectoral fins closer to their bodies, their collarbones were sturdier, and the bones connected to their skull changed to allow for more free movement!

Walter is definitely a betta fish. I think Isabeau is some kind of loach maybe a clown loach or smth, Jonathan is a plecostomus and Flynn is a bichir but one of the small ones like a Senegal bichir

3. neon blue dwarf gourami — these guys are some of my favorite aquarium fish, they’re so flashy and pretty and also very interactive! mine always swims up to the glass whenever i walk up to my tank :))

4. searobin — they’re just weird and silly i love them. also they have “walking rays” which are like legs and they can walk around like crabs. which is awesome

5. ghost knifefish — they’re cool aquarium fish and are related to electric eels!! they actually can discharge electricity at frequencies of 2000 times per second, which is the fastest out of any animal

They're a fish they have lungs they can breathe air they can walk on land theyre like the closest thing to tiktaalik being real in today-times. Pictured is the senegal bichir but there's lots of kinds. also they death roll like alligators it's dope. They have puppy face with silly nose.
