I have been reading the book Uniquely Human by Barry M Prizant, and it is inspiring me to listen and act.!

Check out these amazing DIY cards ... my daughter always requests “ hugs” when things get tough or she is experiencing “brain fog “or “brain shut down” she sometimes requests “ hug” or “ Mom” but if you look closely ... she is requesting body input! So we tried these activities and she drew the pictures- they are now part of her “break please” brain break” and she can point to one of these
