don't let endo spaces convince you words like dormancy and integration are bad things; for some that will be recovery, and what that system needs.

recovery can be so beautiful and important. If another system expresses this joy and you feel threatened and uncomfortable with just hearing the words to the point of wanting to silence others' stories and recovery, you are only protecting yourself from addressing your own insecurities about those things, and even taking away newly discovered system's ability to understand and talk about these subjects in the community.

These are natural and important parts of systemhood. While you may not be completely prepared to talk about these topics in your own system, having these topics blacklisted and some sort of taboo is a failure on your own end to close the chatroom that is talking about it, or excuse yourself away. You have no right to force your discomfort onto other people.

A healthy system can talk about these topics and how the options can be good for the system, or not what the system needs. THATS good inner system communication. Which will lead to being confident and comfortable with these topics.

The whole thing about emotional healing is that its not instantaneous enough for people to really see that they need it, because westerners are so unaware of what they are unaware of that they see this as folly, make believe, weak and pathetic. Even a person who is deep into this like myself also finds it so unworthy of the effort sometimes as its really not about making money and thus find it difficult to find value in the work as i don't do psychedelics and therefor its hard really market the work of emotional healing and embodiment coming from a mans perspective, as its very subtle and if you not paying and valuing subtlety then what i have to say will go in the one ear and out the next. Therefor i can imagine how stupid it must look and sound to others.

It's a curse being ahead of the curve and the catalyst of your family lineage, because everyone thinks you are the fool and see you as subconscious threat to their idea of what reality is and there for try and stub your progress from the back in order for them to convince themselves that their reality it the right one and you are the one who needs adjusting or fixing. Now take that onto a collective level, take a snap shot and then you know what you are dealing with and the landscape of the world at the moment and there for there is no where to run or hide. That truth is enough for people to run into the sweet embrace of ignorance itself and hence why people who have spoken the truth have been killed or exiled in history. That is why i look at the human without rose coloured glasses like many angels and starseeds who want to help humans without really understanding the vileness of the stench of them first.

But doing this work you constantly you realise that you know you are not a fool intuitively, however you find yourself spending so much time and effort trying to convince others that you are not a fool and thus have to take yourself extra seriously for self defense. (Talk about foolishness)

Therefor to let go of what others think is a massive requirement for your sanity and not just letting go on a surface level but letting go fully on a deep level. You need to be so into this so hardcore that the outside world and its loudness eventually becomes trivial. I noticed that when i am so deep into this study, coming out of my cave of intensity into what is going on, its haunting because there is nothing really out there anymore and i don't need a holiday from myself anymore because i am the holiday in comparison.

It's almost as if you have outgrown the world and you see it as a bunch of children in adult bodies running around and you the unfortunate teacher on break time duty. It's thoroughly depressing and then you start to understand the words of Nietzsche and Dostoevsky and Kafka.

From that horror there is no ideal to run to, because heaven is not a place of mind or matter but mindlessness, because only then can you see mind and matter as the same thing but at different stages of conception, which gives you the knowing that existence is internal, which stops you from trying so hard to subconsciously appease your parents and to earth the approval of your friends, because you know that is just coming from a really surface insecure level of the totality of what you are. Nor can this perception that you've made so many sacrifices for be sold to others, which is why the western world hates spirituality, the new age and eastern thinking because it requires time and devotion to so something completely out of your control. You don't beat a river into submission and the western thinking is about trying to swim upstream, because they think life must be a challenge and thus difficult to give it justly meaning and therefor westerners don't trust the ease of grace where manifestation works so nicely like catching a wave and riding with it and need the eternals sources such as beer and others things to put them in a relaxed mood. Hence the whole western world values are upon control of the externals and material assets like rats in a skinner box wanting control over who has authority over the red button of instant gratification. This is why the west is a shell and A.I are its surrogates.
