I'm broke, man. 59 dollars for witnessing Shane and Ryan's shenanigans is breaking me ngl. They were (the major) reason I opened YouTube for the past 2 3 years, and it's goodbye already?

I'll miss them, especially ghost files, more than I'd like to admit, but all good things come to an end, I guess

how are we feeling about the announcement? personally i am very upset at this and the fact that they are removing old content from their channel. we are living in a time where people can barely afford basic necessities and are struggling to keep themselves on their feet. a move like this is not only disappointing but might be their downfall. don’t get me wrong i love watcher and have been following ryan and shane since the beginning of buzzfeed unsolved, but how can i continue to support them if they don’t make their content accessible and i can’t afford to pay to watch it? it’s just very upsetting and frustrating, and i hope that down the line they recognize that they messed up and go back to youtube.
