Robby drummed the pencil a couple of times on the table, unable to figure out the practice question.

He glared down at the book, only looking up when Shawn placed something in front of him with a soft thump.

“You should eat,” he said, sliding in across from Robby and gesturing to a turkey club and water he had brought for him, “It will help you think better.”

He wasn't quite looking at Robby. Instead more to the side. Looking embarrassed by the act.

It made Robby grin unbelievably hard, filling him with butterflies.

“Thanks,” he said, taking a bite.

What made you ship it?

Fics!! Specifically different but same by @jenpsaki. Also @leohttt’s entire Samtory tag, and their fics. But if I hadn't been a shipper before, s5 would've done it. Like...AHHH

What are your favorite things about the ship?

The enemies to lovers appeal mostly, but also the contrasts between them, the way Tory mirrors the aspects of Daniel that Sam doesn’t mirror, the way Tory looks at her for absolution, the way some of the scenes are framed (when they're training to fight each other, kiss their boyfriends quickly, and then go right back to training)...and especially their interactions in s5 AHHH (especially them as a power duo!!). s5 did the most for us shippers honestly 💞

Is there an unpopular opinion you have about your ship?

I wish Tory had apologized to Sam first, or at all, given that she's the one who escalated the rivalry to serious harm and hospitalized Sam 💀

Honestly this is just a case of "I don't see it." Just never got that spark from them 🤷‍♀️ (I'm also into the idea of Robby being aromantic)

What would've made you like it?

Again, same as above, I never got the spark from them. If I had, I probably would've shipped them...a friendship could've helped with that, but they were only friends for a short time.

Despite not shipping it, do you have anything positive to say about it?

It's a neat idea for a ship, and I'm happy for y'all who ship it 💞
