"The only time you fail is when you fall down and stay down." --Stephen Richards #TheLastEmpress ,gosh,im losing words how to describe how great this drama is till the near end,last night was just full of whirlwind of events & emotions.💙 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Kanghee was finally caught yet she never failed to lie.for a awhile,i love Yoon & Lee Hyuk( LH) tandem.the confrontation of the 4 was so intense,they were all amazing.Sunny's anger bursting,she's definitely nailing it,thats the last empress blood.LH was back as emperor & the truth about the asset was revealed,cool.Helro blunt proposal,whoa,love her girl power.LH,Sunny & Ari's family day out was moving & fun & heart pinching.the restaurant scene was warm.the horror room scenes was so witty,LH was so dang cute,haha,my loyalty to him.the photobooth,that was the loveliest.the car scene,aww,i feel LH on such. Yoora's past was so sad,so thats what happened,grr. Challenges are meant to be met and overcome. -Liu Xiang #thelastempress started last wednesday & i must say that it started in a very intense scenes that i thought that this #drama is for brave hearts only & defintely a rated 15 up series.👏🏻 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Synopsis:A story about a musical actress,Oh Sunny, who ends up marrying an emperor.The series takes place in a fantasy set-up where the modern day Korea is still under the constitutional monarchy.Oh Sunny later discovered all the corruptions & controversies involving the Royal Family & dig in deeper into it when empress dowager was murdered. She later fall in love with one of the bodyguard of the palace who only worked for them in searched for revenge for his mothers death.🤔 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ the main reason i watched this series is because its #JangNara ,been an avid fan for so long & i've been waiting for her to team up w/ #ChoiJinHyuk since #FatedToLove days,i like their chemistry in such way back then.the series started so intense,from ep1 to 4,every ep was full of extremely fierce scenes & only when Oh Sunny appeared that scenes seemed to be a little bit lighter.Lee Hyuk role is naive.Yoora is simply an annoying villain,promise.Oh Sunny was a bubbly & persistent character,the rest of the cast were all stellar, i will give the credit to #TaeHangHo for an impressive portrayal of old WangShik,safe to assume that this is JinHyuk character.im pretty sure that this series will continue to have whirlwind of stories given the brilliant tandem of its director & writer.👏🏻 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ is it a must watch #kdrama ?definitely!catch it on #vikitv & #kocowa .😉 p.s. The second step is acceptance. -Nathaniel Branden eps39 & 40 of #TheLastEmpress was smooth but its feels like a calm before the storm,you know the production behind this,they have brilliant tricky minds. Woobin (WB)told Lee Hyuk (LH) about his true feelings for the empress,that was an intense scene.LH started to doubts WB's loyalty to him.Sunny & grand dowager (GD)confrontation was interesting.i love how Sunny became so wise & even got controlled of the palace,daebak!Bin breaking up w/ Sojin was kinda witty,i love how #LeeHeejin is pulling off her role.
