Tag Game - Get to Know Me
Answer the questions below and tag 11 people you want to know better!
i was tagged by @moody-typos and it looked like fun so i thought why not.
. • . • . • . • .
1. What do you prefer to be called name wise?
silv, silvy, or silvana. i don’t particularly mind as these are all technically the same. so all of them i guess are my preferred name.
2. When is you birthday?
june 26th!
i like to remark that’s the day the US legalized gay marriage in all 50 states back in 2015 so i was born to be gay. 🏳🌈🌈
3. Where do you live? (You don’t have to give city, you can give the state if you’re USA or country if you’re overseas)
US if the previous statement wasn’t obvious.
another hint: it’s hot and it rains too much here. good luck finding me~
4. Three things you are doing right now?
writing ( non-fanfic work ), listening to music ( FEEL NOTHING atm ), & working on headcanon requests from my inbox.
5. Four Fandoms that have your peak interest right now?
my hero academia, ikemen sengoku, mr. love queen’s choice, & castlevania. these are currently my most consistent hypes that won’t let me go.
6. How has this pandemic been treating you?
at first i thought it would be great but i’ve been stuck inside ( i literally have not been passed my mailbox or even near it ) for 3 months or so now. i’m ready for it to be over because i would like to enjoy my summer while i still have the opportunity.
overall i’m stressing myself out and unmotivated to do a lot of things.
7. A song you can’t stop listening to right now?
Contagious by NIGHT RIOTS, been obsessed with it since February of 2019.
but i also recommend:
Fashion Forward (Acoustic) by The Home Team
I Miss Having Sex But At Least I Don’t Wanna Die by Waterparks
8. Recommend a movie.
Birdbox. Sandra Bullock is in it ( reason enough for me ) it’s a great sort of horror/thriller movie that really builds suspense by your imagination. if you’re easily scared i do not recommend it because your mind will definitely work against you.
A milder movie ( that isn’t horror ) would be Mad Money. it is a hilarious movie about 3 women from entirely different backgrounds that work at and rob a high security bank ( and all for different reasons ). the characters are quirky and well put together.
both are on the US netflix but i’m not sure about anywhere else.
9. How old are you?
not old enough to drink yet. yet.
10. School, University, Occupation, Other?
i’m in university. i’m studying to become an accountant ( but so far my business classes have only taught me how to destroy the economy in my favor while jumping through legal loopholes oof ).
11. Do you prefer heat or cold?
definitely cold. i hate both if we’re talking weather but i can cope with cold. i tend to get even more tired in the cold and it helps me sleep ( hibernate technically ).
12. Name one fact about you that others may find unusual.
well... if i’m being honest, i have very horrible eyesight ( i’m almost completely blind in one eye ) and people seem more than a little worried when i tell them i can incapacitate a humanoid target from a 100 yards ( ~92 meters, at least ) and i have the target poster to prove it.
i won’t get into it but if you want to know how that poor poster is doing just let me know.
13. Are you shy?
relatively. if i know you, i’m the loudest damn person you know, or if it’s a matter of discussion, i tend to have a very powerful persona ( or so i’m told ).
generally i will not talk to people and keep to myself though. people make me nervous and i struggle to cope with anxiety so i don’t go out of my way to talk to people ( so i just end up sneaking glances if you pique my interest but i can’t say anything to you ).
14. Do you have preferred pronouns?
i prefer they/them, however, i still align with female attributes so she/her is legit too. whichever, i’m not picky about it.
15. Biggest pet peeve?
slow walkers. this might not be #1 but it’s definitely up there. i walk incredibly fast ( especially for a person with short legs ) and have long strides. if you’re in front of me and blocking my way, you can bet i’m going to mow you over. i will not slow down.
16. What is your fave ‘dere’ type?
the first one to come to mind was yandere and it’s probably true. it’s the mindset of the yandere that draws me in. if they’re written and played out well they become people who we’re teetering on the edge of becoming if we aren’t careful. i love that terrifying feeling of “i could be that if i just step wrong”.
17. Rate your life 1-10, 1 being really crappy and 10 being best it could ever be.
i really don’t want to do that, because i’m in an okay place and sometimes i’m in bad or good, but really it depends on the moments, people, and little messages that make it better. just depends on the time of day.
18. What is your main blog?
@moonsirens
haven’t honestly decided what i’ll do with it so it will probably just be a repost and dump?
19. List your side blogs and what they are used for.
one of them is private that i can’t tag & it’s used for roleplay stuff ( aesthetics, character files, images, etc ).
@spellbound-doodles which is my art blog i am still to chicken to post to. i should but sharing personal works, stories, & art is really hard for me ( a best friend had to make an instagram for my art for me to get me to start posting! )
20. Is there anything you think people need to know about you before becoming friends with you?
expect me to bother you about my dog and the horrible jokes my brother made that i absolutely have to share because they made me laugh so hard i cried.
also, footnote, i’m satan soooo-
but that’s a story for another time.
. • . • . • . • .
tagging : most people i’m vaguely familiar with have been tagged, so i guess whoever wants to snatch it up and give it a shot? i’ll tag you then-

"THE CHISHOLMS" (1979): Chapter III Commentary
"THE CHISHOLMS" (1979): CHAPTER III Commentary Chapter II of the 1979 miniseries, "THE CHISHOLMS" focused on the second leg of the western Virginia family's westbound journey to California in 1844. This last episode focused on their journey through Illinois and Missouri, culminating in their arrival in Independence, Missouri. Chapter III focused on the family's trek along the eastern half of the Oregon Trail, culminating with an unwanted encounter on the plains.
A great deal had happened to the Chisholm family in Chapter II. Their traveling companion, Lester Hackett, managed to seduce Hadley and Minerva Chisholm's older daughter Bonnie Sue and later, steal Will Chisholm's horse in an effort to evade a group of men who suspected him of stealing some items of their friend. Will and the family's second son, Gideon broke away from the family outside St. Louis and headed for Lester's family farm in Iowa. The pair was eventually arrested for trespassing on the Hackett farm and forced to spend one month on a prison work gang. The other members of the Chisholm family encountered a family from Baltimore, Maryland named Comyns and formed a wagon party with them. Following their arrival in Independence, the family discovered that most of the wagon trains had set out on the Oregon Trail over a month ago. The two families encountered a former Army scout named Timothy Oates, who asked if he and his Pawnee wife could accompany them as far as present-day Nebraska. Unaware that Will and Gideon had been detained in Iowa, the Chisholms and their traveling companions continued their western trek. Despite being a month behind and two missing members of the family, the Chisholms' western trek seemed to be going well. For once, Hadley has managed to contain his prejudice against Native Americans and regard Timothy's Pawnee wife, Youngest Daughter, in an affable light. The youngest member of the Chisholm family, Annabel, has managed to click rather well with the Oates. However, it was not long before the travelers encountered their first barrier on the trail. After their first river crossing (possibly the Wakarusa River), they encounter a family named Hutchinson. When the family's patriarch informed the travelers that he and his family were returning east due to a mysterious fever striking their wagon party, Mr. Comyns decided to do the same. The youngest member of his family happened to be an infant and he did not want to risk the child becoming sick. The Chisholm family continued their western trek in the company of Timothy and Youngest Daughter Oates. They first encountered the very wagon train that the Hutchinson family had abandoned. Unfortunately, members of that wagon train were still stricken by the fever. The traveling party then encountered two Kansa couples traveling on foot, with whom they traded coffee for butter. Timothy hid his wife inside the Chisholms' wagon, due to the Pawnee and the Kansa being at war. Eventually, the Chisholms said good-bye to Timothy and Youngest Daughter, who continued on to the latter's Pawnee village. And the Chisholms continued their California-bound trek. Ten or fifteen minutes into the episode, Will and Gideon were finally released from the prison work gang after thirty days. The pair stumbled across a ramshackle cabin in Missouri, where they found dead bodies, a wrecked interior and a traumatized Native American woman who seemed to have been assaulted. Will managed to convince her to accompany them as far as Independence for medical attention. The Chisholm brothers finally discovered the tavern where Hadley and Beau had first met Timothy Oates. The bartender informed them that the other Chisholms had already continued west. The pair also learned that their traveling companion was named Keewedinok and she wanted to accompany the two brothers on their journey. Meanwhile, back on the trail, Beau managed to shoot a buffalo, allowing the Chisholms to enjoy a meal with bison meat for the first time. Unbeknownst to them, a Pawnee warrior had spotted them and raced back to his companions to report their presence. The Pawnees hold a campfire before deciding to raid the Chisholm camp for the family's mules and the women. The episode ended with Bonnie Sue becoming the first family member targeted by the Pawnee raiders. I felt as if I experiencing an oncoming train wreck, while watching Chapter III. This is no negative reflection on the miniseries' writing. The train wreck I was referring to were the series of decisions and bad luck that led to the episode's last moment - the Pawnee raiders' attack upon the Chisholms. To be honest, this series of bad luck and questionable decisions began when the family discovered they had set out for California a month late in Chapter I and continued in Chapter II. But the series of small disasters that the Chisholms experienced in Chapter III seemed to form a crescendo, until it ended with a pay off that culminated in a disaster. Although the previous two episodes featured decisions made by Hadley Chisholm that led to that disastrous moment in the final scene of Chapter III, screenwriter David Dortort did a great job in building up to that moment with a series of memorable scenes. For me, the one most dramatic scenes included the Chisholms' encounter with the fever-infected wagon train. This led to Hadley and Minerva's last quarrel over whether they should continue west to California or turn back. I also enjoyed the Chisholms and the Oates' encounter with the two Kansa couples. It featured an interesting mixture of comedy surrounding the Chisholms' efforts to trade with the two couples; and dramatic tension over Timothy's effort to Younger Daughter from the Kansa, due to a war between the two tribes. Viewers got a chance to experience the beginning of Will and Gideon's adventures on the road as they struggle to catch up with their family, following their release from the prison work gang. The miniseries never really indicated on whether they had met the widowed Keewedinok in Iowa or Missouri. But I cannot deny that Dortort did a great job in detailing the brothers' budding relationship with her. I especially enjoyed how the pair, especially Will, went out of his way reassure Keewedinok that he and Gideon will not harm her with a soothing manner. Another interesting aspect about this scene was the brothers' discussion on who was behind the attack on the cabin. When Will speculated on the idea of hostile Native Americans in that part of the world (Iowa or Missouri, circa 1844), Gideon responded with an even more interesting suggestion that whites may have been behind the attack that left a traumatized Keewedinok as the sole survivor. Although Will managed to convince Keewedinok to accompany him and Gideon, she barely spoke a word during their journey. She finally spoke up at an Independence saloon, where she revealed her name and asked Will if she could accompany the brothers further west. One of the most interesting scenes in both this episode and the entire miniseries proved to be the conference between the four (or three) Pawnee braves who had targeted the Chisholms for a raid. Frankly, it happened to be one of the funniest scenes in the series as the Pawnees debated over the Chisholms' valuable belongings. They also debated over who would lead the prayer for a successful raid. One particular brave seemed to be rather annoyed when the youngest Pawnee kept erroneously praying for horses, when it had already been established that the Virginia family only had mules. It seems odd to think that this rather humorous scene occurred right before they made their first strike at the end of the episode. As usual, the performances featured in this episode of "THE CHISHOLMS" were top-notch. Solid performances from the likes of Stacy Nelkin, James Van Patten and Susan Swift, who portrayed the younger members of the Chisholm family. The episode also featured solid performances from the likes of Silvana Gallardo (whom I remembered from NBC's "CENTENNIAL"), Tenaya Torres, Joe "Running Fox" Garcia, Ronald G. Joseph, Don Shanks and Jerry Hardin. I rather enjoyed Geno Silva's entertaining performance as an Osage man named Ferocious Storm, who proved to be quite a canny trader when the Chisholms and the Oates made their river crossing. Another performance that caught my eye came from none other than Billy Drago, who portrayed Teetonkah, the leader of the four Pawnee raiders. Eight years before his appearance in the 1987 movie, "THE UNTOUCHABLES", Drago made it clear in this production that he would become a screen presence that many would not forget. David Hayward proved to be both solid and charismatic as the dependable former Army scout, Timothy Oates. Hayward did a great job in conveying Timothy's competence as a guide . . . to the point that his departure from the story was clearly felt when the character and the latter's wife parted from the Chisholms on the Nebraska plains. Both Ben Murphy and Brian Kerwin finally got the chance to develop a solid screen chemistry when their two characters - brothers Will and Gideon Chisholm - were released from the prison work gang. I especially enjoyed their performances in one scene that featured Will and Gideon's discovery of the traumatized Keewedinok and their speculation on whether Native Americans or whites were responsible for assaulting her and killing the ransacked cabin's other inhabitants. Speaking of Keewedinok, I thought Sandra Griego gave an excellent portrayal of a woman dealing with the trauma of being assaulted. Griego managed to perfectly convey Keewedinok's state of mind without any acting histronics. She also formed a very good chemistry with Murphy. As for the miniseries' two leads - Robert Preston and Rosemary Harris - they were outstanding as usual. However, there were two scenes featuring the veterans in which I thought they truly shined. The first was a small scene that featured Hadley and Minerva enjoy a brief private conversation together (which included Minerva's astonishment at the different languages spoken by various Plains tribes) that led to more intimate nocturnal activities. Both Preston and Harris were at their most charming in this scene. I also enjoyed their acting in another scene that featured a brief quarrel between the couple over whether to continue west or not, following the family's encounter with the fever-induced wagon train. I did have a few quibbles regarding Chapter III. One, the passage of time struck me as rather vague. In fact, the passage of time for this production has been vague since the last half hour of Chapter I. The miniseries revealed that the Chisholms had arrived in Louisville, Kentucky in mid-May 1844. As of the end of Chapter III, I have no idea how much time had passed since their departure from Louisville. All I know is that Will and Gideon are probably a little over a month behind the rest of the family, thanks to their month long sentence on an Iowa prison work gang. I also had two problems regarding the episode's photography. For some reason, cinematographer Jacques R. Marquette thought it was necessary to film this episode in earth tones, due to the Chisholms traveling west of Independence. I found this unnecessary, considering that the landscape in eastern Kansas and Nebraska is green and the Chisholms had yet to travel that far west. Also, unlike the production's first two chapters, I noticed that this chapter's photography not only did not seem that colorful, but also not that sharp. I get the feeling that whoever transferred this miniseries to DVD did not bother improve the visuals for this episode. Quibbles or not, Chapter III of "THE CHISHOLMS" proved to be both entertaining and very interesting. The episode featured a major shift in the Chisholms' western journey, the addition of new characters and dangers. Chapter III also featured some excellent performances, especially by the leads Robert Preston, Rosemary Harris and Ben Murphy and a series of interesting scenes that led to the episode's cliffhanger.

Care Bears Unlock the Magic #1
Care Bears Unlock the Magic #1 IDW Publishing 2019 Written by Matthew Erman &Nadia Shammas Illustrated by Agnes Garbowska Coloured by Silvana Brys Designed & Lettered by Christa Miesner Welcome to the Silver Lining, a mystical realm full of mirth and magic! The Care Bears, along with their pals the Whiffles, protect this realm from the negative influence of the mischievous Bluster and his Bad Crowd! With engaging, unique characters and an irreverent and heartwarming sense of humour, this new series is perfect for anyone looking for more magic in their lives! I like the Care Bears and while it was the early 80’s when they came to prominence they were really appreciated by my younger sister. I only wanted a purple one, cause that’s my favourite colour. So they’ve been in my peripheral since they came to television, the greeting cards not so much. So I was curious what this was going to be like. Everyone knows them, kids love them and adults have that nostalgia factor so if done right this is another prime example of something for the whole family to read and it’s perfect dinner table conversation. One thing that I really liked about this is that it’s one story in the entire issue. There aren’t multiple stories so it gives them a chance to take a group and have that opportunity to flesh them out and gives us that personal characterisation so we can find our favourite among them. I am always a fan of a full story or at the very least a longer one and the a short back-up. The opening here gives us the bad guys and while we don’t know exactly what the plan is we get the gist of it and honestly that’s enough for now. It is always nice to establish who is up to the foul play and to see the Bears walk unsuspectingly into a trap. The way the book is structured is nicely done. We get to see a smooth ebb & flow feeling from the way the story & plot development, the pacing and the character development. It is essential to have that fun inserted into the story and the humour involved is sensational. Then there are moments like putting together snack bags and the description may be a little too now in it’s correctness, which makes me sad and yet it’s still humorous. Overall the writing is fun, interesting and will keep the attention of the reader regardless of age or gender. Agnes and Silvana do some interesting work on the interiors here. I wish it weren’t new school cartoon and more old school in appearance, by that I mean more detail in the characters and less a kind of generic feel. Still it’s a very good way to see the characters to get the idea of the target audience and with the way we see eyes and mouths that’s how we see a lot of personality shine with emotions and feelings. The utilisation of the page layouts and how we see the angles and perspective in the panels show a very good solid eye for storytelling. I am mightily impressed with the utilisation of backgrounds that we see here too and how they expand the size and scope of the story. The bright colours and then the more pastel style in the crystals are a brilliant contrast. So while the Bears investigate what is bothering the Whiffles they find themselves leaving Share Bear behind and getting into a spot of trouble, or do they? That we have something of a little cliffhanger ending is superb! There is no reason to think that minds can’t handle longer stories and we need to start breaking that ADD cycle of thinking and this does that beautifully. This is fun, quirky and full of everything the Care Bears are all about so yeah this would be a great addition to any family’s reading list.

What has been completed this week and summer plans for our project!
For the past week, Jade and I have been working on some of the main key steps before getting started with our project which are the feasibility study and our business plan. Despite the crazy amount of work that has been assigned for the past two weeks, we still haven’t let the large amount of work affect our motivation and drive for this project!
What is a feasibility study?
A feasibility study is a type of analysis which is used to measure the ability and to successfully complete a project including all relevant factors. It must account for factors that affect it such as technological, economical, legal and scheduling aspects. Project managers use feasibility studies to determine the potential positives and negatives outcomes of a project before investing a considerable amount of money or time into it!
Here is a part of our feasibility study that has been completed throughout this week and was needed to be completed before we had gotten started with our project. This is the first page of the feasibility study, where names are required, if the priority of your project is high, medium or low and the description of your project.
In order to write a successful feasibility study, you need to ensure that you are very specific and you have an organized plan for what you are going to be doing in the future. While you write your feasibility study, some of the main requirements to fill are:
Project description:
Exposing the diverse youth of Costa Rica by offering a global cultural experience through activities , meaningful engagements and games that will enrich and diversify their mindsets through a variety of cultural experiences. Involving activities such as connecting the youth group through social interactions.
The strand of CAS meaning if your project is lead to more of a creative, active or service project.
Activity
The main purpose of your project
The purpose of this project focuses on the youth of Tamarindo to develop social skills and cultivate their knowledge of various cultural experiences.
Background (why does this project interest you?)
This project will give us the opportunity for personal growth while also utilizing skills amongst what the community offers. This exchange of knowledge will allow both sides to grow not only as an individual but as a community.
Main supporting evidence meaning (included interviews, research about other projects that are similar, websites)
Ashley Look: Director of Tamarindo Youth group ( Church )
Carolyn Herman: Workshop coordinator, vice president of board of directos
Some of the mentors/Advisors/Advocates that will help you with your project. Some of the major potential
Carolyn Herman
Kevin Herman
Amy Jacobs
Ashley Look
Silvana Zindovic
Nadja Imbert
Major Potential Benefits:
Cultural experiences
Community involvement
Social interactions,
Variety of Cultures
Safe and friendly environment
New faces
Anticipated Outcomes:
Create a safe environment for teens to have fun and interact socially through meeting new people and exchanging cultural experience.
Which of the 7 learning outcomes will be addressed?
1. Identify own strengths and develop areas for growth, 2. Demonstrate that challenges have been undertaken, developing new skills in the process, 3. Demonstrate how to initiate and plan a CAS project, 4. Show commitment and perseverance in the CAS experience, 5. Demonstrate the skills and recognize the benefits of working collaboratively, 6. Demonstrate engagement with issues of global significance, 7. Recognize and consider the ethics of choices and actions.
Project Funding:
Mention what is the determined budget and the source of funding for this project!
What is a business plan?
A business plan is a strict and precise document filled with business goals, reasons on how they are attainable, and some of the main plans for reaching those goals. It also contains background information about the organization( project) and team in reaching these specific goals.
Since we’ve started this project, one of our mentors Ms. Amy Jacobs has assigned us to create a business plan with a given outline, the business plan is extremely important before getting started with our project because with the business plan we have an organized layout in order to determine the main plans of our project before getting started.
Outline of business plan:
• Name and address of the proposed business • Cost of premises and the all other start-up costs • Details of the owners and past business experience • The type of business organization (sole partnership, etc.) • Quantifiable goals and objectives of the proposed business or project The product • Details of the goods and or services being offered • Supporting evidence showing why customers will pay for the product • Where and how production will take place, (the equipment that will be needed) • Details of the suppliers of resources such as raw materials or components • Costs of production (the expected costs of operating the business • Pricing strategies to be used The market • The expected number of customers or the forecast level of sales • The nature of the market such as customer profiles and market segmentation • The expected growth of the market in the foreseeable future • Competitor analysis (market share, strengths, and weaknesses) The finance • Proposed sources of finance (how will the business be funded?) • Break-even analysis • Security (financial guarantees) in case the borrower defaults on the loan • Cash flow forecast and steps to deal with cash flow problems • Forecast profit and loss account for the first year of trading • Forcast balance sheet showing the financial health of the business • Forecast rate of return for investors The personnel • The number and job roles of the workers likely to be employed • Organizational structure of HR • Details of payment systems (wage rates) The marketing • Market research and test marketing • The distribution plan, detailing where the products will be sold • Details of the promotional mix used to target customers • Any unique or distinctive selling point to differentiate itself from its rivals
This might look like a very large list but extremely worth it because once this has been completed, an organized layout of your project is sat in front of you and makes the start of your project much easier!
During this summer, one of my main focuses is writing about some of the few things I will be focusing on getting started with once school starts and what will be the first few things that will be attempted to be started with. I am very glad that Jade and I were able to find someone that will be able to supervise our project once we are out of the country, and we won’t need to worry about taking care of the location or the project once it’s on hold when we are out of the country! I can’t wait to get started with this project, we have a great head-start since we have our location, our feasibility study and business plan completed! Once I am back from Summer break, I will get started as quickly as possible, by meeting with some of our mentors and finding out with what we will get started with next!

The links effect*
Busy week, will spare you the blurb.
A few things quickly:
Fancy being the new head of the analytical unit at 10 Downing Street (or rather 10ds)? Not sure how much has changed since January, really. Some great analysis from Lewis hopefully appearing here soon.
If you enjoyed the Hamilton links last week, well... you'd be a muppet not to enjoy this.
This week marked a year since IfG and Full Fact convened a number of civil society organisations in writing a letter to DCMS about the National Data Strategy. Hopefully we'll see the Strategy itself before too long.
Data is singular. Data are not plural. Proof. (In terms of accessibility and meaning, at least.)

Puyo Puyo AU prompt: Spy AU where “Arle” appearing in Primp Town was no accident... Can be an imagine or a one-off depending on your mood today
Original Prompt
Trying to figure out how Arle would be a spy was really cool...I tried to keep the characterization of the first translated game and Puyo Pop Fever but at the same time the regular Puyo we all know and love! A fun mishmash of characterization. I think writing Carbuncle talk killed me though.
I also wonder how in this AU Ecolo and Ex would be handled....same with Suzuran....are there unauthorized world hops, dimension hops, is Ex like the extreme head honcho?? I must know.
Silvana was known for traveling worlds. Her world knew of them very well. Her world was simply of one that made sure magic had their balances. Going by names, changing appearances, all of it to make sure nothing would make their worlds fall apart. After all, nobody wanted that. She had heard stories of far and distance of that happening to her own world. Magic becoming too corrupted for it’s own good. Seraphim made sure it never happened again after those days.
Well, that wasn’t the name of their world, and actually...she had no idea...but it was the name many as a group had taken up once they learned magic in school. If a novice mage grew exponentially, they could become a part of Seraphim and protect worlds unknown to most of the universe underneath their boss, only known as the Goddess.
Silvana tied up her hair, and took a deep breath. There had been reports of a surging energy in the town of Primp, which was in another world. Lulu had expressed her annoyance that she couldn’t join Seraphim yet but Arle could, Devious of The Black Kingdom said he would before her, (The Black Kingdom a rival group of Seraphim of sorts, run by the Dark Prince as he was called. Devious wanted to be on top, and the Dark Prince wanted her to join the group.) and the rest of her colorful friends wishing her their ‘good lucks’ of rivalry if it were.
“Ready, Beany?” Silvana chuckles at her companion, a little fellow by the name of Has Bean.
“Da!” Has Bean chirped in response, puyos dropping down from the heavens as they duked it out, the popping rang through their ears as magic swirled within their souls. Their destination clear as day in their eyes.
“Fire, Ice Storm, Full Power, Puyo Puyo—!”
Silvana shakes her head as sunlight beams into her eyes, did she do it...? Looking around she sees no sign of Beany, but she does see a giant Puyo on top of a girl’s head as she cheerfully walks up the dirt path. Brushing off the dirt on her armor and skirt, Silvana stands up with a smile.
“Howdy-do! I’m Arle, nice to meet you!” Silvana introduces herself to the resident of this world, extending a hand.
“The name’s Amitie!! Nice meeting you!” Amitie shakes it, this world’s certainly cheerful if Amitie is anything to speak for it. Though Silvana can feel power surge on top of that hat. That surely cannot be the case...Puyo are powerful but not that powerful...are they? There’s certainly never wings on them either. Is that a thing of this world?
“Sorry, but I wanna ask you something.” Silvana cuts the greeting short, a Puyo battle should suffice to see where this girl’s power is.
“What is it?”
“Just where am I?” It’s a silly question, she’s sure it’s Primp, but this place certainly isn’t a town.
“Huh?”
“I was playing Puyo POP like I always do and the next thing I know, I’m here. And just where is here...maybe my magic failed and sent me way off the map.” The files had said that traditionally Puyo POP is what this world calls Puyo Puyo...Puyo POP is just a nickname back home for short.
“Hmm...Why don’t you try to do it again? Maybe you’ll go back!” Amitie suggests, a finger on her chin. Silvana’s bluff a success.
“Good idea!! In the meantime, let’s get in a game of Puyo POP first.”
“Sure thing...Somehow I knew you were going to say that.”
As the two’s blobs clashed against, Silvana wondering how the heck Fever Mode worked until she had gotten it like an electric zolt, she ultimately lost but she wasn’t trying to win. She felt herself disappearing and reappearing with a fizzle of a pop, like she was a Puyo herself onto a dry desert. ...Farther away from her destination, but she could see Primp Town in the distance. Getting up once again, she hoped Beany would find his way back to their target and her too.

Noir Live-ish Blog Highlights: Eps 9-13
Ep 9 I understand that their modus operandi is usually to infiltrate by separate routes, but after seeing so many episodes where Kirika took the lead in the kill, despite the explanation I rationalized last episode, but it still seems pragmatically off for Mireille to take the lead in a situation where she knew she was emtionally compromised. Was her pride that strong that she was determined to face Silvana herself, or did she decide that she needed to face this to get over such a mental obstacle? There’s also the Soldat connection, which she was very forward and had Kirika take down the grunts in Ep 5, once the deaths of her friends came into play. Hopefully such impressive character consistency isn’t my own overanalyzation extrapolating happy coincidence. Because animation cannot be like live-action, where actor and on-the-spot improvisations can often bring depth that wasn’t thought of during the writing stage, it’s much less likely that animation can afford many non-explicit/subtle imagery. Everything has to be specified by the writer/director to be put in the drawing or script, while the levels of depth in live action have often been unexpected revelations that occur much further down in the process than could be caught and included in animation, so I find it hard to believe that a writer could come up with a comparable level of detail by themself. It’s clear that despite the implicit acknowledging of Kirika being the better killer, Kirika has never used that to push a course of action. She’s taken tactical actions before in the field, but obviously she’s never been like “I can handle this kill better” or anything. She trusts the intial plans that Mireille makes. For example, not popping Silvana when they were on the balcony. Lol bloodless death by blade. Aaaaand from daylight to sunset in 2 seconds. Woooow, Silvana is disturbingly consistent. True psychopathy, in that she operates on her own system, utterly independent of any systems of morality developed by general humanity. Her 180s with regards to Mireille based on seconds of action completely make sense within her framework. Hah, Mireille is the opposite of most sentiments towards killing styles, wherein the gun is considered the crude “too easy” way and blades are the more elegant style. Her distaste for the “kill people by stabbing” method is so cute. Wow, I think they continue to spend their fluid-animation budget on the trivial frames. First it was Kiriko walking across the room, this time it was an insert of a hand picking a flower. Really? (Well, okay, they spent some time on Mireille’s aborted punch.) Ep 10 This opening scene is straight outta Leverage. Huh, not sure if I’m starting to see the glimpses of Mireille going for more “justified” jobs? Not just hits for income’s sake, but more towards the direction of the monologue at the open of every episode, wherein Noir is a guardian figure. Lol, I like how this random dude ON THE OPEN STREET has the lowdown on assassin shit. I guess France doesn’t have shooting ranges? Or are they trying to lay low by not having gun licenses in their public identities? Ooh, artsy foggy France night-lighting and shadow cinematography. Classic. I wonder how many reference movies the staff/director watched to get the right shots. OH MAN, THESE COMPUTERS. Ep 11 Man, spy thriller shows necessarily change so much generation to generation, thanks to technology. It’s impossible for things to remain so stupidly cryptic in today’s world. Rather, the criminal element would have a lot of information. For being assassins, they sure are good at firefights, which for assassins who don’t have a military background, and are supposed to be at such a high level of stealth, should not be so experienced at large group altercations. MIREILLE IS TOTALLY BEWILDERED LOLOLOLOLOLOL. She is completely out of her depth. I love how little poetry she has in her soul. She always wants to get right down to business, and doesn’t want to indulge in pointless niceties and cryptic bullshit. In that sense, her opinion on “garish” killing is one big irony joke, because when it comes down to it, she’s the less refined one at heart. And yet at the end, when she sees how the social conventions are going during the tea part, she bows to them in resignation. (Seriously, I am going to pursue this “Mireille represents the sociopath in us all” line as long as they keep giving me the material.) Chloe is SO smug about catching Mireille in just a shirt. Delicious. Ep 12 So I bet the REAL reason Chloe is being groomed as the new Noir is because she has the heart to indulge victims’ sentimentality, save the target for herself, etc., where Mireille doesn’t give a shit, and since Kirika is following Mireille’s lead, she’s no longer suitable, either. Man, these assassins don’t like using poison, huh. Huh, so if Chloe really is taking on the Noir name, and not just as jabs towards Mireille and Kirika, then what are the latter being groomed for? Is Chloe just Noir until the others are “fixed”? It’s a lost cause, of course, If Chloe’s any indication, then Mireille and Kirika are using aobut 1000% too many guns in their kills. Mireille’s “daily bread” philosophy is also probably a problem on that front. No poetry in her soul for things that are just “jobs.” She just shrugs at target backstory, and would never take the initiative for a second kill, as Chloe did here, not without it being an assignment first. This serves as the perfect contrast to Ep 6, wherein if it was Chloe, and not Kirika-following-Mireille’s-lead, she would have followed up with the other parties to end the cycle. Ep 13 Ah, the differences in budget. If it were KyoAni, he would have been doing different non-looping brush strokes. Dissonant jazz vocals!? Death by tally: Meh, waterfall subterfuge. Not so crea—DEATH BY – WHAT DO I EVEN CALL THAT. 8D 8D 8D 8D 8D 8D It’s not bungee. Tether-jumping? What? I don’t even know what to call that other than your other FLIPPING AWESOME squee. HO SHIT, SON. KIRIKA IN THE FUCKING HOUSE. BEST PARTNER EVER. See, Mireille, why didn’t you let the girl take the lead in the first place. She don’t got emotional baggage crippling her in this fight. I don’t see you shooting blades into pieces and not shattering them from far away up a hill. Tsk, tsk. DEATH BY COIN-ASSIST. Wish it had been true death by coin, but ah well. DEATH BY TREE BRANCH-ASSIST, DEATH BY OWN GUN-DRAW, DEATH BY NECK-BREAK BREAKING HER UPSIDE DOWN FALL FROM SAID TREE BRANCH. And Mireille thinks it’s garish. Silly girl.

Hey guys! Sorry for disappearing for a while... this pandemic has just been so nerve wracking and just a mess. I’ve been really busy working and trying to find new ways to earn money and make most of my time rn.
I know most of you are asking about Target, I know you want an update, really, really bad... I want one as well, I have a draft ready but it’s just NOT of my liking, I don’t feel it and honestly while I’m writing this fic the only thing I can think about are the manga spoilers and all that. To be honest, until this arc ends or until we get answers to Dabi’s big identity (which we have been waiting an ETERNITY FOR!!) I don’t know if I’ll update it just yet! I just feel we’re so close now and is such a big piece of Dabi that would definitely define a direction to the fic or maybe even tear it apart.
I just wanna be sure. I’m sorry for making y’all wait for so long!
Of course, if by any chance I manage to edit or rewrite the draft and feel confident on it I’ll post it!
Thanks for understanding!

Target [Dabi x ua!Reader] Chapter 10
So long, you guys :) First of all, I wanna say I'm so, so sorry for taking so long. I have no proper excuse other than the fact that I was busy and completely blocked. Writersblock's a bitch. Anyhow, heres the new chapter, and this is probably the first time I'm liking a chapter of this fic so much, hopefully you agree.
PLEASE read notes at the end
[TARGET INDEX/CHAPTERS]
READ IN [AO3]
or below the cut
It was a day after she told him everything that his nightmare began.
It all started when Kurogiri suddenly appeared in his room (his door was fucking locked. He had a lot going on in his mind and was in no mood to deal any of the idiotic members of the League at the moment) and told him (while ignoring Dabi’s death glare) that Shigaraki called them all to a meeting, urgently.
The moment his words got to Dabi’s ears, sourness invaded his mouth and an unsettling feeling started in his stomach.
Dabi rarely lost his cool. Just like he rarely got worried about anything for the matter. So, the few times he felt like this, he just knew there was something really, really serious going on… and something that he’d definitely not like.
His mind briefly flickered the image of the captive girl, but he was quick to shove the image away.
In his well rehearsed emotionless face, and in usual aloofness, he unlocked his door and walked through the halls making his way to ‘the office’, at least that’s what they called it.
It was the room that kept all of the computers, devices and so that they might need for any of their missions; and it was also the room that was furthest away from where their prisoner was being kept. Whenever Shigaraki wanted to have a meeting, or wanted to discuss any matter that he didn’t want the UA student to hear, they’ll meet there.
Everyone was already there when he entered the room.
Dabi could already could already feel Shigaraki’s eyes on him as he closed the door behind him.
It took a few moments before he started to talk.
“You were right when you said the heroes were desperate” Was the first thing that came out of his mouth, eyes looking straight at him even if they were hidden behind his bangs “But that didn’t actually work for the better” this time, he gazed at all of them.
For a brief moment, he thought this was it.
Shigaraki had made up his mind, changed his initial decision and decided to kill the girl for once and for all.
The girl was dying.
For a flicker moment, and after years of never feeling anything like it, Dabi felt a bubble of desperation rising up his throat. His usual comebacks and quick thinking wouldn’t ever be fast enough to come up with an excuse this time. But, the feeling almost went just as quickly as it came when his mind stopped his mental mumblings with a ‘Wait’.
What, exactly, changed?
There must be a reason why Shigaraki changed his mind, or was this one of his immature tantrums?
Even if he was curious as to why the reason of this might be, Dabi wouldn’t give him the satisfaction to ask. He knew there was something going on in his sick mind, whatever it was it promised to be no good… And Dabi wasn’t stupid enough to give him any sort of leverage or add fuel to the fire.
When Shigaraki seemed to realize that he wasn’t getting any sort of reaction out of him, he finally spoke.
“The Pros are desperate.” He said again. “And the fact that they don’t have All Might to help them with this seems to make things worse” He was pointing out the obvious, and Dabi was starting to wonder if this was one of the ‘Please see my master’ talks once again… But the sour feeling in his gut wasn’t going away. “So now, they searched for the next best thing…”
Holy fuck.
Every single muscle in Dabi’s body stilled… because he just fucking knew where this was going.
You gotta be fucking kidding me.
“It’s just been announced that the case’s being transferred to Endeavor” Shigaraki continued, but his raspy voice seemed far away now.
It was taking almost all of his strength and self control not to blast off the entire base.
His jaw was clenched so tight, his teeth felt like they would explode in little pieces any moment now, knuckles hiding in his coat pockets were probably white as snow by now, and nails digging in pierced the already weak skin of his palms since he started to felt a liquid sensation settling on his fingers.
But God or the Devil help him… he’ll de dammed if he reacted even in the most imperceptible way.
He’d rather get his already burnt skin ripped off like a band aid than let Shigaraki, or anyone of the League for the matter, know who he really was.
“While he’s no All Might, he’s the Number 1 Hero now… with an almost insane need to surpass All Might” Shigaraki continued as Dabi tried to control his raged breathing. He was right about that. “That means we’re short outta time”
“Does he has a lead on us or somethin’?” Magne asked, clearly not understanding the seriousness of the situation.
“It’s only a matter of moments before he has one” Kurogiri practically took the words out of Dabi’s mouth.
If Enji didn’t have a clue yet, he’ll have one soon enough.
“We need to be even more careful now. I’ll go fetch everything we need to last for a few weeks, and no one will leave the base unless strictly necessary” Kurogiri continued.
“You heard that?” Shigaraki asked him, only earning a side glance from Dabi. “You have two weeks to deal with the little brat. If you can’t make it happen by then, I’ll deal with her” He threatened, to then leave the room with Kurogiri tailing behind him.
Shigaraki was a fucking idiot if he thought they have the luxury of two weeks. Endeavor’d rather die than take that long, much less when this was his first (not to mention of extreme importance) case as the Number One Hero.
Thinking they have two weeks before Enji got close to them was a delusion.
“I’ll hurry if I were you” Spinner muttered to him on his way out.
Like he didn’t fucking know that.
But, Enji now being in charge of the mission was just the tip of the fucking Iceberg.
After the meeting, it took Dabi several hours to cool off. Hence why Twice took care of the prisoner’s breakfast while Dabi tried to not set his entire room a-flames.
And while he still wanted to burn to crisps everyone that crossed his path, he got out of his room for lunch, with a better self control over himself, yet even more angry than before.
What definitely didn’t help, was that Toga was in charge of lunch and there was barely anything to make a decent meal to eat. Kurogiri and Shigaraki were still trying to figure out what the Pros and the Police might know about them, so he wouldn’t be leaving to get food till later.
So, when Toga left something gross-looking she claimed to be soup on his hands, there was barely any other options. He just gulped the disgusting thing down before his tongue could even taste it and he hoped he didn’t get sick later.
The moment his soup bowl was empty, Toga was in front of him with another one and he almost jumped up from his place and fled thinking she was offering a second round.
“You’ll be taking lunch to (Y/N) or is Twice doing it?” She said with a ‘sweet’ smile that could almost fool him.
He blinked at her with half-confused eyes and looked down at the disgusting bowl on her hands.
“I’ll do it” He simply said, and Toga jumped in glee almost spilling the whole thing on him.
“Great!” She squealed. “Specially made for her” She said, as she placed the bowl and a spoon on his hands with the same sickly sweet smile.
And honestly… he should’ve known something was off right then.
Blinking as Toga walked away jumping around, he then rolled his eyes and made his way towards the cell.
She hasn’t finish the book Twice gifted her yet, so he found her reading it as he usually did this past days.
Her eyes flickered at him for a moment, looking at him through her lashes, to then return to the book.
“Hmm, I thought you died when Twice brought me breakfast today” She said, not looking at him, as he made his way towards her. “Pity” She said sarcastically, and if the conditions were different, just like any other day, he’ll let a short chuckle at her sassy antics.
But since the eyes of his stupid father were still clouding his mind, he didn’t.
And she quickly took note of that.
“Someone’s in a mood today” She pointed out, as she looked curiously at him.
“Would you just shut up and eat?” He just said. She was right, he wasn’t in the mood today.
“Yeez” She quietly muttered as she rolled her eyes and moved closer to the bowl that was now resting in her hard bed. “Holy cow!” She exclaimed once she got close enough. “This smells absolutely disgusting!” She added with a gag.
He didn’t disagree.
But, again, he wasn’t in the mood today.
“If you have the impression you’re staying in a five star hotel right now, sorry to disappoint you, princess. We don’t exactly have a Professional Chef out there” He said, and it definitely came out way more acidly than the intended.
She turned to look at him with wide eyes.
“Jesus Christ, Dabi, what is your deal today?” She exclaimed clearly shocked.
She was talking to him like she was some old friend. With so much familiarity, considerably comfortable around him… and he was to blame for that.
“Would you just eat your damn food?” He sighed tiredly, not caring that he ignored her question.
But her eyes flickered down, to his hands and her eyes widened even more, if possible.
“Oh my God” She whispered. “What happened?” She asked as she took one of his hands in hers, and carefully brushed her thumb around the bloody, red marks his own nails left.
He was quick to snatch his hand away… Because her touch fucking burned him and that was fucking ironic and fucking hilarious.
It was the first time she was the one that reached out to touch him… and he couldn’t even describe how that felt or if he liked it or not.
It seemed that you didn’t notice his rash action nor minded it, because your concerned eyes were still trained on his now recoiled hands.
“Are you all right?” She asked, and her concern almost seemed genuine.
“No need to pretend you care around me, babe” Dabi said with a dry smirk on his lips. “Just moments ago you told me it was a pity I didn’t die”
She looked offended now.
“That was a joke” She spat out, like it was obvious. “Contrary to you, I don’t take pleasure in people getting hurt. Wether they’re villains or not” It sounded honest.
But, if she was trying to get a reaction out of him, she was wasting her time.
“Ever so righteous” He said mockingly, and he could see hurt flash her eyes for a millisecond, but she quickly masked it away with a scoff while darting her eyes off of him.
“Forget it” She muttered.
Dabi felt just the tiniest amount of unsettlement in him, like he did something wrong, but when his eyes landed in the untouched soup bowl he remembered what he was here for.
“Finish that up already” He said, pointing the bowl with his eyes. “It’s Toga’s food, and it’s fucking disgusting but it’s probably the only thing you’ll be getting till late at night or till the morning”
She narrowed her eyes at him.
“Y’all seem to be awfully busy” She said, clearly suspicious.
“Eat up” Dabi ordered, tired of fooling around already.
“You’re delusional if you think I can put this in my mouth without puking!” She complained.
“For fucks sake, just gulp it all down!” Dabi exclaimed nearly exasperated.
If another word dared to escape her mouth, he was going to force the thing down her throat himself.
But there was no need, because she held her breath, lifted the bowl with her hands, placed her lips on the edges and did exactly what he asked her to.
And it only took him seconds to regret that decision.
She only gulped the soup down twice before starting to cough the whole thing out.
For a second, he thought she was fucking lucky that not a drop landed on him, because if some of the fucking thing landed on him he would’ve blasted her face off to a better place.
But, when he turned to look at the splattered liquid on the floor, soup was not the only thing that’s been cough out there.
There were traces of red. Deep red.
He distinctly remember it to be a beige-greenish color. No fucking red on it.
But the red color wasn’t the only thing out of place.
There were little chunks of something. Something other than the veggies.
He felt like his soul was leaving his body, color draining from his face and completely breathless.
His eyes widened like never before when he took a closer look and realized with nothing else but horror, what those chunks of something actually were.
Sharps of glass and metal.
His head snapped towards the girl that was still coughing out blood relentlessly.
She could barely even breath, unable to stop the coughs.
Her face was crimson, and so were her now tearful eyes.
There was blood on her lips and on the corners of her mouth.
Dabi could swear… he never felt this terrified before.
“O-Oh my G-God” She managed to get out only to continue to cough right after, making Dabi almost jump up to help her.
“Hey! Hey!” He exclaimed, desperation now clear in his voice as he held her. “C’mon (Y/N), breathe!!” And she tried to, she tried to take a deep breath but was cut off instantly as she continued to cough out blood and pieces of sharps. “Fuck!!” He cursed out loud.
What the hell was even going on!?
The coughing just wouldn’t fucking stop, and she looked more desperate to breath with every passing second.
Dabi was loosing his goddamn mind.
“Calm down, (Y/N). Just breathe!!” He didn’t even know how he should be assisting the situation. The only thing clear was that he was fucking terrified. “Okay, just lift your arms, alright?” It sounded like he was pleading. But it was no use. Wether she wanted to do as he said or not it seemed like her hands couldn’t stop clutching her throat and chest.
Dabi just decided to do it himself.
He held her as he tried to place her in a more comfortable position, and then proceed to lift her arms. This was what people did when chocking, right!?
He didn’t know what the fuck he was doing wrong, because it was not fucking working.
She was facing him now, their bodies almost touching as he tried to keep her arms up. He was well aware that his white shirt was splattered in blood now, since he was forcing her to face him. But Dabi couldn’t care less.
He just wanted her to stop coughing.
He just didn’t have a clue. He knew how to patch up burnt flesh perfectly, treat cuts and deal with broken bones… But he had no clue what to do now.
And he was loosing his mind.
“(Y/N), wait here for a second alright?” He told her, his voice unrecognizable. “I’ll be right back, okay? It’s gonna be fine. I’ll help you, I promise” As soon as she made even the most imperceptible indication that she understood what he said, he bolted out of the room and didn’t give two fucks that he left the door open.
“Twice!” He shouted, and that was enough to bring each and every League member to where he was. After all, this was fucking Dabi, he never lost his cool.
“What is it, Dabi? Damn, you sure are an annoying little shit!” Twice said as soon as he appeared.
“Get in there, now” Dabi was quick to order while pointing at her door. He wasn’t worried about Twice. He knew the part that cared for the girl overcame the other one. Hence why Twice bolted towards the room without so much as a reply.
“What the hell happened to you?” Shigaraki asked, and while that freaky hand covered his face he was clearly looking at his shirt.
“Kurogiri, go fetch a doctor, now” Dabi ordered, completely ignoring Shigaraki’s question.
“Excuse me?” Shigaraki said again, clearly offended.
“You have blood on your shirt, Dabi. Did that ungrateful brat attack you?” Compress asked, pointing down at his shirt.
“No” He simply said, and was about to urge Kurogiri again when giggles stopped him short.
“So, the party has begun” Toga said between snickers.
He didn’t know why he hand’t realized it before, or maybe he hadn’t even have a chance to think about it since he his mind was currently occupied with the (possibly dying) girl a few rooms down the hall.
But, the minute her psycho giggles were heard, he put two and two together in less than a second.
And it took him even less to pin her agains the nearest wall, hanging her up in the air by the neck with one already considerably hot hand.
“Only God knows what the fuck’s your problem, psycho bitch” He hissed at her with narrowed eyes, hand tightening around her throat while growing hotter. “But don’t you ever fucking doubt, that I won’t fucking kill you if I want to”
“Can any of you idiots tell me what the fuck’s going on!?” Shigaraki exclaimed at them exasperated, but Dabi didn’t lose his hold on the crazy girl (who was somehow, still smiling), not even a bit.
“Kurogiri, go fetch a fucking doctor” Dabi ordered again, through clenched teeth, eyes not leaving Toga’s.
“No one’s doing shit until someone tells me what the FUCK is going on!” Shigaraki shouted this time.
“I-I just t-ook care of the p-problem” Toga said gasping for air as she clenched to Dabi’s offending hand… still giggling, somehow. “I-I just… made h-her an… e-extra special… m-meal” She added, and giggled as she could until Dabi tightened his hold on her even more.
Before anyone could say another word, Twice came rushing to where they were. His clothes now also splattered in blood.
“Dabi, she just won’t stop coughing blood! I don’t know what to do! And to make the matters worse, I stepped into all that glass because of you!” Twice said, lifting up the soles of his villain costume for everyone to see.
Soaked in blood, and pierced by tons of glass and metal shards.
“Kurogiri” Dabi said again, and this time as a warning.
“A-Alright” Kurogiri stuttered out, clearly shocked. But, before he got the chance to activate his quirk, Shigaraki’s raised hand stopped him.
“Wait” He simply said, and for the first time since Dabi got a hold on Toga he turned to him with disbelieving eyes.
“Are you fucking shitting me!?” Dabi nearly growled out. There was barely anytime to loose. Only God knew how serious this was or how much long that girl could take being in this condition.
“Why?” Shigaraki asked.
“Why!?” Dabi parroted even in more disbelief.
“Why should we tend her?” Shigaraki asked again, in complete calm. “Toga was right. She was just taking care of the problem. It was without my permission, which I can’t say that it doesn’t bother me. But, it she just wanted to get the job done” He said carelessly.
What fucking excuse could Dabi even give him?
What could he possibly say that was at least a bit reasonable?
“I didn’t join the League to do half-assed jobs” It was the first thing that came out of his mouth. But he knew he was loosing it. He was acting recklessly, and his facade was nowhere around anymore.
Even he wouldn’t fall for such a weak ass excuse.
“The message is the same” Shigaraki shrugged. “We killed the girl before the Pros came. Point for us”
He didn’t know what the fuck to say.
“W-Why do you look s-so worried, D-Dabi? Shouldn’t you be r-relieved?” Toga asked him and he instantly turned to her. She was clearly mocking him. A Cheshire cat-like smile adorning her face.
There was nothing else left to do now, so fuck it.
“If Kurogiri doesnt get a doctor here now, there’ll be two girls dying here today.” Dabi said, and the temperature in his hand rose considerably, making Toga cry out out loud.
“Shigaraki Tomura!” Kurogiri suddenly pleaded. Clearly realizing there were only two ways out of this. Either they find medical help for the aspiring hero, or they’ll be dealing with two corpses soon enough.
Shigaraki stayed completely still for a few moments, while Toga desperately tried to get out of Dabi’s hold, and Kurogiri pleaded him with his eyes.
“Careful, Dabi…” He then said. “Or one might think you actually care for this girl” The smirk on his face was so wicked, it looked straight out of a horror movie.
Dabi said nothing.
It was only when Shigaraki shot a glance at Kurogiri, and he quickly left using his quirk, that Dabi dropped Toga on the floor.
“I’ll get out of my sight if I were you” Dabi hissed out, and Toga was quick to do as he said, bolting right out of there the moment she could.
To Dabi’s fucking relief and fucking mental state, Kurogiri and a villain doctor he already knew (from previous post-missions and so) appeared right after.
He’d better fucking fix her.
A.N.:
I intended to make this chapter a big longer than it ended up being, but while writing it it just didnt feel right and decided that what happens next just fits better the next chapter. Anyways, while I do like this chapter, I'm still kinda worried. I'm worried I'm not getting the character's personalities right. So, if you think this is a bit OOC please let me know. It's kinda hard to figure this villains out tbh. Another thing (and I don't remember if I already told you this or not but I'm too lazy to check right now) most of my inspiration for fics I write come from songs, believe it or not. There's just nothing that puts me in a better creative mood than songs, and this fic is no exception. Mostly, I listen to "Natural" by Imagine Dragons, "Young God" by Halsey, "Play With Fire" by Sam Tinnesz, and "11 Minutes by YUNGBLUD, Halsey and Travis Barker because they make me think of Dabi. My point with all this is: If you have a song that reminds you of him or of this fic, please let me know? It helps. Anyways, Thoughts?

Note
i don’t want to set the world on fire by the ink spots really reminds me of dabi’s relationship with the reader because it feels like they have a subtle sort of longing between them but they can’t act on it cuz their motives might be put into question
OMG!! Thank you!! I’m gonna check it out right now ♥️
