Haha, and then marry him to Irene, so he can really be Jayne Cobb? xD Tempting, but he seems like more of a Wash than a Jayne to me. Maybe with a little bit of Kaylee mixed in. Man, I really should rewatch Firefly again...

I'm assuming you made this lot?

It’s a makeover of a Maxis one from the bin! When I originally placed it I made the mistake of assuming that 1. I wouldn’t use it and 2. if I did, it wouldn’t look totally ridiculous. Why I keep thinking this about Maxis lots, I don’t know.

ANYWAY. I edited it using the same method as with the hobby lots, so now it looks marginally less ridiculous.

Thanks guys! :D I’ll take any opportunity to use my favorite statues. Maybe the Secret Society uses it as an entry test--if you get through the maze without being scared by Bigfoot, you’re in!

Yeah, same here. It’s not proper of her position to do so and she loves Clara since she treats her so well, also, she wants to face her real feeling. So I think that’s why she feels guilty to love Victor, she’s struggling with that, it’s really dramatic in her heart! 💓

Myshuno Meadows Park – replacement for Myshuno Meadows, 64x64, no cc

It's a park. It has some trees in it and other stuff. Not a lot of landscaping, because I didn't want it to load for hours.

Some, um, highlights: 1. Kids’ corner – a "sandbox" with toys for toddlers and a llama game table/monkey bars for children. 2. Pervy corner – some park stuff to woohoo in. 3. Community garden –  fruits, veggies and flowers – normal quality so you don't get too rich. 4. A lake and the Boathouse – no boats there. I kept the wedding arch but removed the chairs – sims haven't been sitting at weddings since 2015, so why keep pretending.

There are also yoga mats, chess tables, speaking podium, workout machines and some space to place whatever your heart desires. I would advise against building something on a foundation unless you hate my masterpiece of a park sculpture, "Ballerina and a Spaceman". Or the playground. Or both.

On the main strip in Lynport Benjamina Florès runs her used clothing shop, Second-hand Chic.  It’s become quite popular with the folks of Newlyn Hills.

(I had to sneak in a @simmingstuff build for the perfect small storefront as I didn’t want to loose @jenba‘s row of lovely shops - also, how amazing is @aroundthesims thrift shop pack!?!?!?!?!?!?)

It took me a moment to figure out what’s going on here because for me the links all seem to be working when looking at the post on my dash, but you’re right - for some reason links to outside of tumblr don’t redirect properly when you try to access them from my blog’s page. The Art Students League – 30x30, restaurant, no cc

This is basically a big, simple block of sim-bricks, hosting an art school for my sims and a small restaurant with a bar and karaoke/bubble blower corner. Some areas are decorated, some less, some barely xD.

Gameplay tip – I've noticed NPCs/townies getting unhealthily obsessed with workbenches, so if you want your sims to get decent service at the restaurant, better remove the door to the "sculpture" studio beforehand, adding it only when needed.

Better placed with MOO on (bb.moveobjects on) – otherwise one of the columns goes missing (EDIT: and some wall deco, as seen in my preview pics).

DLCs used: City Living, Get to Work, Dine Out, Get Together, Outdoor Retreat (plants, rugs and some clutter), Perfect Patio Stuff (exterior wall deco and a sculpture), Cool Kitchen Stuff (posters), Movie Hangout Stuff (a puff/chair) and Backyard Stuff (just the lemons clutter object thingy)
