This save file uses all EP’s, GP’s (not Journey to Batuu), SP’s and most of the kits (Country Kitchen, Blooming Rooms, Incheon Arrivals, Retro Fit, Industrial loft, Moonlight Chic, Little Campers, Pastel Pop, Everyday Clutter, Bathroom Clutter, Simtimates Collection, First Fits, Desert Luxe, Modern Luxe, Poolside Splash, Book Nook, Basement treasures, Greenhouse Haven, Pastel Pop and Bust the Dust).

What’s new in this update?:

Chestnut Ridge and Tomarang have been completely redone, added multiple new lots, updated other lots and provided make-overs for the households.

Added new households (when living in world; with jobs, friends, preferences etc).

Added rental lots in multiple other worlds outside of Tomarang (Brindleton Bay, Henford-on-Bagley, Britechester and more).

Spooky Fall Festival has been moved to Chestnut Ridge (bigger with haunted house ride). The old lot in Brindleton Bay has been changed into a cemetery.

What do you get with this save?:

For my save file all lots are either completely new builds (almost all) or renovations, ofcourse created by me. Exceptions: I have added the official builds for the releases of the Paranormal SP by Dr Ashley and the Dream Home Decorator GP by Deligracy to this save, since I thought they deserved a spot. These two are therefore not my own creations, credits are given in the description to Dr Ashley and Deligracy. Mt. Komorebi, Henford-on-Bagley, Tartosa, Moonwood Mill, Copperdale, San Sequoia and Chestnut Ridge lots are largely created by GameChangers. Most lots have gotten smaller updates, others are completely new builds by me.

All the townies had make-overs plus I added new families to spice it up a bit. Some of the townies are made by other creators, who are given credits in the description of the household. All the townies in the different worlds have a story, some include sentiments and adjusted relationships to the story.

Added plenty of community lots to give your Sims something to do (YAY!). Almost every world has one restaurant, but it also includes festivals that represent the four seasons (park lots) and a fully functional shopping street in Magnolia Promenade (toy store, bridal store and more).

I have added rental lots so you can go on vacation in more worlds. For example in Sulani, Willow Creek and Windenburg.

Other details:

As mentioned at the beginning, this save uses almost all packs (except Journey to Batuu and some kits). This means that if you download it without owning or installing most of the packs a lot of objects will disappear from the save, but if you are not bothered by this you can still download and play in it.  

I disabled the autonomous fame gain and neigborhood action plan voting/environmental changes, you enable them again in the pack settings menu.

I would love to add some households in this save created by all of you! Add your household under the hashtag #fleuraliatownies in The Sims 4 Gallery, you can add a storyline and world in the description but thats not obligatory. If I respond on your creation it means that I have incorporated it in the save for the next update.

Sadly every game update comes with a lot of bugs. I suggest before reporting problems in the save to me, to check on forums if its related to a general bug/glitch or to mods (if you use them).

How to make it work in your game:

Download the save file from the link below.

Drag it in your saves folder under: PC/Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/saves.

Change the numbers if you already have a save with the same name.

It should now show up in your game as: Fleuralia Save Version 7.0.

SimPrint | Newspapers, payphones, and extras for TS3!

The SimTimes finally found room in their budget for color printing of their newspapers! The bad news is, no one reads them anymore. Maybe they'll start now? In other news, The SimNation Telecom Company has been required by law to reactivate disconnected payphones to promote accessiblity to phone connectivity for all. Here's a quarter - go tell someone who might care! Important info and download 💾 under the cut:

This is an assortment of items that I worked on in 2022 and 2023. Most of this is comprised of different newspaper default replacement sets, the textures of which I converted from a few different creators. Additionally, you will find a few different things here... STC Payphone - Network Connected Original creator: Grande Lama I made this phone fully functional, and added geostates for when the phone is in use and when the handset is back on the hook. I also made this phone available in the in-game world editor, and it's flagged for use in CAW as well, so you can place it in your CAW metadata and use in worlds. It does function off-lot (as photographed!)

Crosley Simlish Serenity Payphone Original creator: ArwenKaboom (for The Sims 4 @TSR) I converted this phone and made it fully functional, and like the abovementioned phone, added geostates. I also added Simlish textures for all of the details and writing on the phone. I included the English ones too for those who might prefer them.

Functional Newspaper Stands and Dispensers Original creators: ATS3, phoebejay, alienpod, Episims, VeganKaktus, Budgie I figured I'd add the textures for the various newspapers to newspaper stands and dispensers that alienpod converted and added their textures to. They require the actual script from PhoebeJay to work. Without it, they will be decorative items. They can also be placed off-lot in the in-game world editor or in CAW. PhoebeJay's mod Simlish Bus Texture Override Original creators: FreshPrince, Lyralei As someone who probably spent half of their uni years on public transit, I was so excited for Lyralei's Bus Manager mod and was happy to test it out while testing my tennis mod. At some point I did a quick Simlish recolor override for the signs, license plates, and side-wraps, and I figured I'd share it now with this set! Lyralei Bus Manager Mod I also threw in a few deco book objects I converted from TS2 quite a while ago that I enjoy using in my lots! The newspaper default replacement texture varieties come from the following TS2 creators: Alienpod: Newspaper Defaults Epi's Sims: Newspaper Default Replacements VeganKaktus: Newspaper Default Replacement

I included replacement textures for both the reading version and the folded up versions of the newspapers. Please note that, like with my tennis default replacements, you can only have one active newspaper default replacement in your game at once. Each default includes both the reading and matching folded version. The variety is there in case you would want to switch it up between different saves and/or worlds! Making these made me so nostalgic for the early 2000s...walking to the store with a payphone outside to make an important call and getting a coke ICEE for the journey to visit grandma who has a Crosley phone in her kitchen...our sims deserve that.

Since we can now edit the Community Lots(!), Noxee gave Jenna Fashion in Dowon an 'Operation Decorator Storm'!

I'm a bit in a hurry (because we have an upcoming story event), so I didn't spent too much time, but I will be back later and make it more Noxee's Style ;)

TMI: Noxee already owned Strawberry Cake Fashion together with Saiwa back in our Sims 4 days. It all started when Sai and Noxee met for the first time and Saiwa agreed to sell Noxees surplus clothes online. Later, it became and online shop and there was a small depot in the basement of the Space(balls) Bar. Then they had a big depot in the attic of the boarding school. A while later the store in Tomarang. Oh my, and I don't think many people had that much fun with the Simtimates Collection as we did hahaha.

Sadly we can't edit the outside of the building, so it remains 'Jenna Fashion' :3

The store is now decorated with fashion posters from ATEEZ members, because:

I have Sims 4 and have yet to spend any money on it. Even the DLC I have was obtained for free when EA temporarily offered them for free. The DLC I have is the Holiday Celebration Pack (it was always free even when the base game still had an upfront price tag), Grim's Ghoulish Guitar (I got it for subscribing to EA's emails and then immediately unsubscribing once I was sure I had the guitar; does it count, though?), My First Pet Stuff, Backyard Stuff, Romantic Garden Stuff, and the Blooming Rooms Kit.

Later, I got mods and custom content that seems to require DLC I don't have. In particular, to make all of that custom content work, I need Get Together, Get to Work, Get Famous, City Living, Island Living, Seasons, Snowy Escape, Discover University (all of which are expansion packs), StrangerVille, My Wedding Stories (both of which are game packs; I have a mod to let me use the base game weddings instead of the still broken ones in the latter game pack), Luxury Party Stuff, Nifty Knitting Stuff, Vintage Glamour Stuff, and the Simtimates Collection Kit. The full price of all of those combined, when all is rounded, is $395! But if I were to do this, I'd wait until a sale happens.

As a potential alternative, I could instead attempt to replicate my Sims 3 content in Sims 4. What DLC do I have for Sims 3? Seasons, Generations, Ambitions, High End Loft Stuff, Late Night, and Pets. I got it all on Steam, so the base game, expansion packs, and stuff packs were all $20. I once thought it was greedy to charge the same for the base game and DLC with different amounts of content, but now I understand that it was a permanent price cut and appreciate it more.

If I were to get DLC to replicate stuff from my Sims 3 DLC, I'd get Get to Work, Seasons, Get Famous, City Living, Luxury Party Stuff, the Cats & Dogs expansion pack, the Growing Together expansion pack, and the Vampires game pack. The price tag for that (assuming I don't take advantage of any deals, which I would) would be $340! And if I wanted horses in Sims 4 enough to also get the Horse Ranch expansion pack, that would add another $40. But I probably wouldn't get that. And I'd wait until a sale to get the rest.

As a third option, I could attempt to get the content EA temporarily offered for free that I missed. That list would include the Desert Luxe Kit, the Jungle Adventure game pack, the Luxury Party Stuff pack, and the Fashion Street Kit. The price tag for those four (assuming I pay full price, which I wouldn't) would be a more reasonable $40.

As still another option, I could attempt to get the overlap between those. That would include Seasons, Get Famous, City Living, Get Together, Get to Work, and Luxury Party Stuff. That would cost me $210 at full price. Again, I'd look for ways to save money.

That all said, I don't know if I have enough storage space on my hard drive for all of that DLC. And I don't have any source of income either.
