Sims 4 Build Challenge - 10K Starter Home Challenge

This challenge was really fun as I had to keep the budget 10K or under. Normally when I play I like to give my sims all the money they deserve, so it was an interesting challenge to try to furnish a home on a tight budget! Dollhouse - Mid Century

This is adorable! Much harder challenge than I thought it would be. Styled as a mid century family home. I did not player test this lot, so I don’t know how accessible the third floor attic is. I made a cut-a-way wall to make two rooms on the second floor for the laundry and bathroom. No CC!

Fairy House!!

I decided to give @pois0nsage build challenge a go :) I’m pretty proud of it to say the least. I will be putting a speed build of my challenge up on my YouTube channel. Sims 4 Build Challenge - Every Room is a Different Colour! 

This was my first Sims 4 build challenge that I have ever done. It was really fun to do and it took me out of my comfort zone! I used a random colour generator to pick the colours for each room. Trying the single color challenge, I did a random number draw and ended up with white as my color. At first, I thought it would be boring but it turned out so cute! I even made it a tier 1 tiny house. Player tested though I don’t know if two Sims will be able to use the murphy bed.
