Badges of honor, that were tucked quickly behind shame and scars... but are truth.... I will always be indebted to those who helped me out of my dark spaces and gave me a place to rest and feel safe. This is just a reminder to tell those around you that you love them, give them a hug and make sure they know you're there for them when they need you, not when it is convenient.
