“With the cackle of a Kookaburra and the kick of a Kangaroo, Eureka is a top candidate for being the most dangerous Decepticon. The resident veterinarian, she knows how to improvise and to catch anyone by surprise. She landed near the hot unforgiving beaches of Australia, and has survived this far before the nemesis picked her up. She’s the most adaptable Decepticon to almost any situation, which makes even Shockwave somewhat scared of her”
i did it!! i made a reboot of my OC!!! and look! she has different versions of her depending on the Universe! i'm so happy that she's done. i feel she looks so much better and that she now has a look that is her's. to help me, in each universe, her helm design is based off of an Australian bird. TFP, RID 2015: Sulfur-Crested Cockatoo TFA: Laughing Kookaburra G1: Australian Hobby Bayverse: Australian Eastern Rosella IDW: Cockatiel Earthspark: Yellow-tailed Black Cockatoo Cyberverse: Australian Rainbow Sittella
anyway, here's the story of her
Eureka, the queen cobra herself, is the loud Australian Veterinarian. Sure, her accent is the thickest you've heard but she's very good at her job. no animal leaves her care unwell. Eureka is what the decepticons call "strange". She's very much a living meme and loves to live life. Her pets involve multiple types of venous and non venomous snakes as well as some very strange cats. Eureka is the survivor of a plague that caused the deaths of her father and is out for revenge. She joined the Decepticons to find the autobot that caused the accident that caused the plague. She's childhood friends with starscream, and they've become conjunxes. Eureka imagines a planet without humans, where the grass is greener and only animals roam. But she knows Megatron will not allow her to have this. Unbeknownst to Megatron however, she and Starscream have their conjunxship behind closed doors. Eureka is very much not always aware her antics are foreign to everyone and sometimes forgets she’s from overseas. She also has a strange illness where, like a snake, she becomes lethargic in the cold. She has a strong value of fairness. Optic for optic. She especially is known to rage at cheaters, which may  be why she especially hates slot machines and anything rigged. She believes in “fair and square”. Her primary weapon is her spear. If she must do a stealth mission, she utilizes snake venom. She cares very much for the environment but she understands some things aren’t exactly the solution… almost. Because of her illness, it’s very dangerous to go vegan, which she fully accepts.

September 29, 2017 - Varied Sittella, Australian Nuthatch, Orange-winged Sittella, or Barkpecker (Daphoenositta chrysoptera)
Found in woodlands throughout much of Australia, there are five subspecies of these birds which vary quite a bit in their patterning. They eat insects, searching for prey as they move down tree trunks or along branches. Their deep cup-shaped nests are built from bark and spiderweb in the forks of branches. Often breeding cooperatively, pairs may have several helpers, though only breeding females incubate the eggs and brood the chicks.

Appellation: Swan Valley Coffee Rock Shiraz Domaine: Sittella @sittellawinery Cuvée: Année / Year: 2016 Cépage / Grape: 100% Syrah (Shiraz) 🍇 🍇 We are in the middle of the Australian vineyard support period. It is therefore important for me to associate myself with it but without forgetting the essential, good wine. This bottle chosen by @perthwinegirl esta loca chica with a great knowledge in wine already had everything to please me. On the nose this wine has notes of black and red fruit, pepper and spice. In the mouth we find fruit but also complexity. The tannins are present as it should be, there is a nice freshness and a length on the palate with notes of cocoa. It is a Syrah close to the Provençal or Languedoc style but obviously different from the north of the Rhône. 🍇 🍇 #drinkaussiewine #drinkaussiewines #aussiewine #sittella #sittellawinery #sylvainlazureen #syrah #shiraz #unlimiteduncorked #blogtrip #winephotographer #winephotography (à Sittella) https://www.instagram.com/p/B7_HayQikqo/?igshid=o81nl4x06t26

This was taken on a wine tour of the Swan Valley. Our first winery was called Sittellas.
As i do not drink wine usually i ended up surprisingly drunk. this might have been in part to do with the cider i drank on the bus in-between the winery stops :P.
Overall it was a lovely day drinking with friends and family.

Offshore RPO Company in a New Normal, Sittellas
After pandemic, a new normal era will be started and that will be work from home era or work remotely. Most of the tech giants will prefer to give option to their employees to do work from home. And, the Staffing and recruitment industry will not be untouched from this. Someone can say it’s very good but someone will not like this. But my perspective is, it will be beneficial for some people, whether it's a candidate or company and not helpful for others. Because when employees return back to their work, it will be very hard to say whether they will easily engage with people they work with or not.
According to a survey done by an organization, 2021 will bring many benefits to entrepreneurs because many start-up and small-size staffing companies are at the same level in this pandemic and in 2021, both will get equal chance to grow their company. In this, Sittellas, a four plus years old company doing business in RPO, Staffing and IT sector is offering multiple benefits to their clients to gain as much as possible attention from clients so they could stay above in the market. Only time will say whether they will succeed in this or not and if they succeed, then how far they will go.
Now, the question is, since work from home or work remotely will be in trend then how employees and companies can use it for their own benefits. Because, it is not necessary that companies get the same outcome with people, who are working remotely and monitoring outcome of work from candidate, who is working remotely is not that easy. Companies will try to get 100% obviously otherwise they will lose their business and getting 100% from remotely working employees is not that easy. For getting 100% and staying in the market the same as before, companies need to plan things carefully so it will be beneficial for both, companies as well as employees.
Reopening strategies and work-from-home policies need to design in a way which results in a positive direction for both employees as well as companies. Because when offices reopen things will not be the same as before of pandemic. Some people might take it as a whole negative and some might take it as a new chance to grow with full speed. Whether this pandemic will leave back positive things or negative things, no buddy can change it but there is one thing that people can do, which is consider every opportunity as a positive opportunity and try to give the best of you.
Many companies are trying to offshore their work to overcome from the problem of work remotely or work from home. In fact, offshore work can give you better result then ever with lots of other benefits. The reason behind this is, offshore RPO companies not only try to get the business but companies like Sittellas Software Inc located in Miami Florida, and Sittellas Software Pvt. Ltd. located in 91SpringBoard Sector 1 Noida India, try to maintain their image in the market as well as try to help their clients to grow. Reason behind this is, they do believe, if their client will grow then only, they will grow. So, if you are confused in hiring best RPO company, my suggestion is to consult with Sittellas once and try their customized RPO solution and see the difference.

Tumblr media Tumblr media
Longmornis is known from the Fauna Zone B of Riversleigh in Australia
Tumblr media
Physical Description: Longmornis was a bird that was practically a modern sort, within the group of living Orioles and possibly nested firmly in this group. However, this hasn’t been tested (as far as I can find) via phylogenetic analysis, so take that with a grain of salt. Longmornis was a mid-sized perching bird, about 32 to 34 centimeters in length. It had a broad, triangular beak, which was curved downward. This is very similar to the living Figbirds, a group of Orioles also from Australia. However, the only bit of Longmornis that has been found is the jaw, so the rest of its body shape is uncertain; it would have been small, with skinny legs for perching in trees, like the rest of its group.
Diet: The shape of the bill indicates that Longmornis was a frugivore, like the living Figbirds it seems to be closely related to.
Behavior: Longmornis would have behaved similarly to living passerines - spending most of its time perching in trees, scouring the branches and the forest floor for fruit to eat. Like living Orioles, it probably would have stuck to the canopy, mostly in more open parts of the forest, though it may have stuck to the dense forest areas. The breeding behaviors can’t exactly be determined, especially since the Orioles Longmornis resembles the most are Figbirds - while most Orioles are territorial monogamous breeders, the Figbirds breed in loose colonies. As such, it is possible that Longmornis bred in either of those ways; it did, however, take care of its young.
Ecosystem: Longmornis lived in the famed Riversleigh fauna, a diverse Paleogene - Neogene transitional ecosystem from Australia as it changed from a dense rainforest to a more open, arid shrubland as found today throughout Australia. Longmornis, however, lived earlier, while this environment was still a very dense forest. This is an important fossil site mainly because it showcases how the weird mammals of Australia evolved during the Cenozoic. Here there were monotremes, a million marsupials, bats, and a tree-dwelling crocodile Trilophosuchus, as well as many other lizards, crocodilians, and snakes. Birds were extremely common too - the lyrebird Menura tyawanoides, the corvid-sized Corvitalusoides, a bird of prey Pengana, an unnamed Cockatoo, the logrunner Orthonyx, the sittella Daphoenositta, the cracticine Kurrartapu, and many more - making Longmornis one of many birds diversifying in this lush habitat.
Other: Since Longmornis hasn’t been tested in a phylogenetic analysis, and it also is only known from the one beak, its assignment as an Oriole is a bit of a misleading one. This was done from a more qualitative analysis rather than a quantitative one, so it must be taken with a grain of salt. That being said, Longmornis does resemble the living Figbirds to some extent; it is entirely possible that it is closely related to that group’s ancestor. This jaw is also notable because, frankly, songbirds don’t fossilize well, and jaws and skulls fossilize even worse. So, further study of the skull of Longmornis may aid more in understanding the diversification of this extremely speciose group of dinosaurs, the songbirds.

This is the first part of Sittella Winery. A Suicide Squad cast ensemble x reader script. Eventually, this will be posted as a final pdf file.
Summary: Friction unravels itself in many ways. One of them is found at the end of a wine bottle. It’s Margot Robbie’s 25th Birthday Party. The cast of Suicide Squad set off for a winery tour. However, it starts to get interesting when Jai decides that the stranger that just walked past by the bus deserves the final, free seat.
As always, feedback is love ❤️
