hi! yes!! my favorite season is season 3 (my favorite in most of the remakes lol) but second favorite is 7/isi (partly bc i rlly love sascha, i think he’s my favorite character in the whole thing). idk if this is an unpopular opinion but third favorite: season 5/nora. i think the writing was the best of all the new gen druck

do wanna mention though i rlly wanted to love season 6/fatou, i saw advertising for it and that’s why i started watching the new gen druck in the first place, but i think maybe i went in with too many expectations? i felt like the pacing was a bit off & while fatou and kieu my had good chemistry, i wish they had more on screen time and they communicated better, probably fourth favorite? (ik you asked for my favorite but i’m giving you up to four <3) put more wlw in skam!!

Anyone ever watched SKAM France? And if so pls I need to know if I'm going to enjoy it because I want to watch it for how cute two of the characters seem but the last time I got swindled by that gay shit I tried watching Call Me By Your Name and it was uh not what I was hoping for.

hey! i saw your tags, and no they’re not doing the same season. in skam france the main got raped by her bf, she came to terms with that and told her bf who didn’t take it seriously. she sticked signs in front of the school saying he raed her and as revenge he leaked her nudes. in druck, mailin took pictures of her boobs and sent them to an asshole because she felt insecure? tbh it’s still unclear and he spread it around the school not saying it was her but another student

Yes! They make my day, I screenshot my faves. I also love when someone finds a fic that has lots of chapters & I get a flurry of comments 🤌🏻

What is the fic you wrote with the angstiest ending?

Tricky, I don't usually finish on angst. Echo (Wtfock) follows on from a very horrendous part of the show or Season 5 - Magnus (Skam) never got finished so it's been left in the midst of angst.

What's the fic you wrote with the happiest ending?

Most of them end on a happy note but Love, Henry (RWRB) is probably the happiest.

Do you get hate on fics?

I think there was a little back when I started in Riverdale but I think it more anger on their part for a topic I could have written more sensibly I suppose? I've had critique on fics now but never hate.

Do you write smut?

I've written it one time years ago & it felt weird. I loooove writing foreplay though! But I've not ventured into smut in my current fandoms. That might be something I do though, my bigender Alex fic might go into that if there's sequel.

Craziest crossover:

I've only done one and it was a Riverdale meets Teen Wolf, it was a Christmas special and they had to help reunite Santa with his reindeer. While I haven't watched Riverdale for ages, I'm still really proud of that fic!

No but I'd absolutely love to collab this year, in the RWRB fandom in particular y'all are so talented 🥲

All time favorite ship?

Firstprince (RWRB) probably. Wilmon (Young Royals) is a close second atm, I'd love to write some YR fics soon. I'm still a massive Yousana (Skam) and Davenzi (Druck) shipper too. Oh and Nathan/Annalise/Gabriel (TBSATDH) - can't remember the ship name! That show got cancelled too soon & it was basically like a fix it for the books.

What's a wip you want to finish but doubt you ever will?

I have a Teen Wolf reader insert fic with a pregnancy story line that I left on a huge cliffhanger but frustrates me but not enough to motivate to finish it. I also have my Skam season 5 - Magnus fic that I'd love to finish one day but I haven't found the plan I made for it originally.

What are your writing strengths?

Dialogue and character voice I think?

What are your writing weaknesses?

Plotting? I'm good at writing scenes but writing a longer storyline in fanfic is something I struggle with.

Thoughts on dialogue in another language?

If you can do it, go for it! I wish I could incorporate more Spanish in my RWRB fics but alas I only got French or German at my school, I only stuck with French. Maybe I'll brush up & add some in for Henry (RWRB) or Nick (Heartstopper).

List 10 Comfort Shows

Tagged by @thegalwhorants! Thx for the tag! (I think someone else might’ve tagged me as well a while back, but I’ve been going back through my mentions and I can’t find it…if that’s you, I’m sorry!) A lot of these are purely for sentimental value. They all have a special place in my heart.

1. Outlander - It’s the vibe of this for me. The beautiful Scottish highlands, the music, the characters. Claire is my spirit animal.

2. The Eclipse - *Everyone pretends to be shocked* …not much to say except I love it. FK = comfort.

3. Young Royals - I don’t know what to say about this except it’s such a sad, heartfelt story told in a short amount of time.

4. Agents of Shield - I watched all of this as it was airing with my sister and it just feels very close to my heart.

5. Alice in Borderland - Idk if I’d call this a comfort show exactly, but I love it so much that I couldn’t not include it.

6. Bad Buddy - This technically wasn’t my first BL, but it’s the first show that really got me into BL, specifically GMMTV’s content. Also, that rooftop kiss had me bawling for days. They make my heart so happy.

7. SKAM (all versions, but specifically France) - I can’t explain why, this show just had such a hold on me.

8. The Office - Yes, I know this is a very basic answer. It’s funny, ok?? Lol. (When it comes to comedy, I am also a big New Girl fan @thegalwhorants!)

9. Not Me - I love Gun sm. Also, Yok? I’m in love. Anything with First is comforting tbh.

10. Stranger Things - Specifically the first season. I was just OBSESSED with the vibe back when I first watched it. I probably watched it 10 times. Also a very basic answer, I know.

I know this isn’t what this game is about, but I want to throw out a most-anticipated show, because I’m getting really hyped about it and it just screams nostalgia/comfort—Percy Jackson. I just can’t help but bring it up, haha.

... Did you know next week marks the fourth anniversary of the start of Skam France S3?

That's four years since we saw Lucas and Eliott hanging out at a bus stop, four years since we fell in love with Lucas playing the piano, four years since the hedgehog and raccoon drawings, four years since Eliott wearing the Romance hoodie, ... The list goes on!

I know right, time flies when you're having fun! :slight_smile:

To celebrate, we want to challenge everybody to create some art inspired by the episode titles and post them in the right week on their platform of choice. It can be inspired by the episode itself, or one of the clips in the episode, or just be inspired by the title.

Obviously, we interpret 'art' in the broadest sense possible: visual art, digital art, written art, audio art - whatever you feel like really!

It doesn't have to be long or polished, just create! I will write a little fic for one person who manages to do something for every week (just let me know, because I might miss some of your creations - feel free to tag me!).

Oh, and most importantly, the art you create doesn't have to be Elu-centric (though it would be great to see our chaos boys, of course)! It doesn't even have to be for Skam France - any Skamverse goes, as long as it's inspired by the title of the S3 episodes! Hello everybody, I saw a comment about this and went to investigate and I saw the the recation channel A Story Worth Telling have been suggested to react to Wtfock for Robbes season in October. The channel is run by two gay men reviewing LGBTQ+ media and they have already reacted to Skam and Skam France. You can find the comment on this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b8vx9YACH18 So far it has some likes but the person has asked for support in spreading the idea so the channel knows it's something a lot of people are interested in.
