Meet the Skam Big Bang 2024 Mods

We’re Skam Writers, Artists & Betas, from Europe, Australia & the U.S, spread across five time zones. We’ve created content for multiple Skam verses and participated in numerous past Bangs. Two of us are even returning to mod again. Because of how much this event and fandom has given us. we’re all excited to give back to the Skam community and continue this annual event!

Chapter 2 is up from my new @skambigbang 2023 fic! This one is a love letter to all us fans of the show. You’ll see what I mean, I hope you like it! Thanks @mazarin01 for all the inspiration! Here’s a small snippet from this weeks chapter:

These thoughts of Even, of a life they never lived, haunting his days. Those moments when Isak still feels bathed in Even’s warmth even now, months later like the light of a star that’s already died, the brilliance of it is still somehow more real than anything else in his life. He feels like he’s losing touch with reality, this reality, this world without Even, where everything is somehow disjointed and off-kilter. Wrong in some deep fundamental way, a quantum fuck-up so to speak. Not yellow curtains. No. Maybe this is the one fucking world where him and Even don’t end up together and he just happens to be living it.

So instead, he finds himself yearning for this other world, some parallel universe where things are as they should be, right in every way. A world that feels more real each time he finds himself falling into it. Certainty like lead sits heavy in his gut. Things are not supposed to be like this. Things should have been different.

every time i see someone talking about simon telling wille he 'isnt alone' i get flashbacks to evak's 'you're not alone' and i cry a little bit because i love them both so much

This is the moment that Even just taps into his inner strengths and overcomes his own insecurities and decides to go for a kiss. HH is so good at being open to the moment, showing Even’s indecision, the overcoming and the raw need and the inner strength it takes to just kiss this beautiful boy in front of him. This boy he just can’t keep his eyes off. This boy that stared at him unabashedly from across the room.

Thank you HH for these Indelible moments forever stamped in my brain. Please come back to the screen soon.
