haven’t done any art since the beginning of april, so i attempted something that seemed easier to bring my self back to it.

毎週日曜日は先週の大きなひとこま絵日記です。

1週間を1ページにコツコツ描いていくスタイルで、2021年1月から始めて159週目になりました。

#コメダ珈琲 のナポリタン。初めていただきました。

ナポリタンそのものも20年ぶりくらい？

#非常食 の #ソイジョイ 。仕事していたら時間を忘れてしまって。買い物に出るためのエネルギー補給に。

#明治 のチョコレート。

犬にチョコあげちゃだめだよ。

それから、 #亀の子束子西尾商店 へ行ってきました。

目的は建物。大正時代の建物だそうで、見たかったんですよね。

1階はお店にもなっていて、#たわし がたくさん。

お店の方にタワシについて説明をしていただき、すっかり亀の子束子ファンになりました。

たわしは職人の手仕事なんですよね。

私が買ったのは、 #亀の子スポンジ と #白いたわし 。

見た目はベーグルで、とってもかわいい。

#サイザル麻 で作ってあり、大きな方はやや柔らかめ。

食器はもちろん、テフロン加工のフライパンも洗えるそう。

しかも、お風呂で体を洗うのにも使える！

ただ、そのまま触っても気持ちがいいので、今のところ、机の上に置いて、時々触っています。

亀の子束子については、後ほどしっかりと絵日記を描きたいなぁ。

今年はたくさん建物を見て、描くつもりなのです。

そして、新しいバッグを買いました。

ずっと使っている布製のバッグの姉妹版。

これで交互に使えてますます長く使える。

織り柄の一部を描きました。

というわけで、1週間、楽しく終了！

また次の1週間へ。

Delicious seafood galore - sketched from a photo we took of the assortment of seafood prepared for us at the end of a 2-day cheesy day trips to see Ipoh's Sky Mirror & Blue Tears algae specials (because some members in our group were just too bored to stay put in the fishing village we were staying in).... to city dwellers like us, the food was great, but according to the locals, not so great, cheap stuff meant for tourists. But I like how the dishes were all served on banana leaves. If you ask me, I wouldn't recommend the tours, but since we don't really have boat rides in Singapore, I did enjoy these trips because we were taken out to the lakes and the sea. Pretty fun to be out in the open. By the way this was almost a month ago.... I am just too slow to post.

im not so noble as my drawings might suggest in their appearance or subject. for example, often all i really want to do is scream as loud as i can at the drawing table.

anyway, do something easy and do it well and let that carry you through the day or night or whenever you read this, thanks.)

こういうごちゃごちゃしたものを描くのはとっても楽しい。

ところどころおかしいけれど、それもまたヨシ。

色鉛筆の仕事が続くと、無性にペンで描きたくなります。

でも残念ながらこのペンは製造終了。

2、3年分確保したから、しばらくは大丈夫。

使い切ったら、つけペンに戻ろうかと。
