Mario Slam Basketball (Nintendo DS - Nintendo - 2006 - FHG) When you think about sports simulations, you don’t automatically think about Square Enix, right? Well, it is what happened here. Mario Slam Basketball is not a true sport simulation per se, more precisely a party game disguised in a traditional basketball game, with tons of stereotypical Mario stuff, like coins and koopa shells. The game is gorgeous, but the action is too confusing to be entertaining.
