Yeah im afraid there may have been a misunderstanding. Saying nonbinary people are trans is not erasing their identity but rather including them in a part of the community they helped build and are essentially a part of.

Theres a lot of debate on certein lgbt+ definitions. A lot of the time when people hear the word trans they think a person born male who identities as a woman and vice versa. This post was just stating that trans is a broader term than that and that the flag covers more than what people typically think as "trans".

Obviously if your nonbinary and you don't wish to also identify as trans than thats totally fine but as an umbrella term any of those who do not fit perfectly in the gender they were asigned at birth are considered trans. The trans flag was made not just to include trans men and women but to include any and all gender identities that are not 100% cis.

The blue and pink stripe represent masculinity and femininity and the white stripe is for intersex, transitioning, and neutrual/undefined/other gendered individuals. Its not erasure its inclusion.

Hope this clears things up a bit.

i know everyone has their own opinions and everything but i just saw someone say that they always thought andrew was the bad guy and i can't process it because even in 2012, how could you get that so wrong? this is the problem imo with people not understanding that that era was about highlighting the characters flaws and delving into them to get them depth and allow them to grow properly. not to mention, andrew didn't do anything that could even classify him as a bad guy. he just wanted people to let him do what he wanted with his life.

But, yeah fr. Even before 2012, Andrew is just some kid. On the Robinson scale, he's like, a 3. Maybe 3 and a half when he cheated on Tash. I've said it before, but Andrew is like, the neutrual ground of Robinsons. he's not really a good person, but he's certainly not a bad one either. He's just a guy! Neighbours also does a kind of interesting thing in the Andrew era where characters are often allowed to be both the bad guy anf the good guy in a situation. Like it's bad Summer cheated on Tash, but she's also the hero for uncovering the fake pregnancy plot. Tash is the wronged party, and Andrew should not have cheated on her, i mean like she says. She ran into a burning building for Summer! but i mean yeah faking a pregnancy is quite terrible. Rebecca should NOT have tried to kill Paul -- But he did cheat on her. You know what I mean?

Too your point, I absolutely agree with the idea that the Bower era is misunderstood in what it's trying to achieve. There is almost no situation where a character is 100% good, or 100% bad. It makes for compelling television.

But gee willickers. I couldn't fathom seeing Andrew as a villain.

Sonic games, Classic or Modern? Good. Sure there are a few apples but the fandom blows things outta the water. I grew up with both classic & modern so im on the neutrual side basically. I also prefer the characters rather than gameplay??
