I hate working but I actually really do love working with kids. Like how dare you interrupt my (barely kept) internal stream of complaints to very politely say "I've never been here before and I'm kind of scared can you help me?" Like of-fucking-course I'll help you!!!! and I'll heal a discombobulated little part of myself too while I'm at it or whatever. Damn

#i only work with kids occasionally but its so nice. i really think more people should value intergenerational interactions.#shit is wholesome!#you're just a little guy!!! im also just a little guy but im pretending km not s little so you feel less little #but omg secret!!!!! we are actually little together isnt that crazy?#some of these gremlins are rude as hell HOWEVER i forgive them imagine being 14? uhh #the worst #and YEAH actually im hard on the stance of let kids have more relationships with adults #there are better steps we can take to prevent abuse that isn't ''let the trauna festef in isolation of mature perspectives''#cause kids are gonna be abused. thats a fact of the universe.#we cant prevent it ENTIRELY but we can offer ghe type of immediate support and understanding #that prevents a bad moment from actually becoming trauma (its not instant! respince matters!)#anyway off my late night little tirade #just feeling so much love in my heart (in general)#lush chats
