Warrior Cats AU

I've made a Warrior cats LU AU. because the books were my childhood, and I've been thinking about it lately. This is mostly just names and a few notes about their position in the clan.

I stole Wild's name and Ravio and Legend's prefixes from the Faronclan AU by Teaminoe on AO3. Mostly because Wildpath is an excellent name, and what other prefixes could I use for Ravio and Legend except Rabbit and Hare?

Time: Owlstar - Leader - His warrior name was Owlmask, for the owl-like markings on his face. After his eye got scratched out by Fierceclaw, a warrior from another clan, his warrior name was changed to Owleye. Mentored Twilight

Warriors: Stagfang - Deputy - Everyone thought Twilight was going to be deputy, but Warriors got the position instead. It was a fair appointment, but unexpected. Warriors doesn't expect to ever have to pick up the mantle of leader. One of the most skilled fighters.

Twilight: Lightheart - Warrior - Strongest cat in the clan. Mentored Wild.

Sky: Skyfeather - Warrior

Legend: Hareleap - Warrior - One of the fastest cats in the clan. He was supposed to mentor Hyrule, but he became the medicine cat apprentice instead.

Wild: Wildpath - Warrior/Medicine cat assistant - He started out as Wildbranch, but was hit by a car and took a long time to recover. While he was recovering, he became very familiar with the different herbs. He still helps the medicine cat often. His name was changed to Wildpath to honor his strength in overcoming the odds.

Hyrule: Mossspark - Medicine cat. I don't like the triple s in the middle of his name, but I can't think of a better prefix or suffix. Maybe Mothspark?

Four: Mousepad - Apprenticed to Sky, very close to being made a warrior. He is very stealthy. He was actually part of a very large litter of five, but all his littermates died of disease when he was still a kit. His littermates were Greenkit, Bluekit, Redkit, and Violetkit.

Wind: Windripple - Apprenticed to Warriors

Ravio: Rabbitlegs - Warrior - He used to be a rouge, but was brought into the clan by Legend.

Malon: Gingerpelt - Warrior/Queen - Warriors, Athena, Twilight, and Dusk are all her kits from the same litter.

Lullabye: Songshine - Warrior - Alternative name: Birdshine

Dusk: Duskfall - Warrior

Athena: Falconclaw - Warrior

Sun: Suneyes - Warrior - She gets omens from Starclan often, which makes her think she should have been a medicine cat

Fable: Fallowstep - Warrior - I mostly chose Fallow because it sounded similar to Fable.

Flora: Flowernose - Warrior - She has an unhealthy fascination with cars after watching her littlermate (Wild) get hit by one.

Dawn: Dawncloud - Warrior

Aurora: Fogberry - Medicine cat apprentice

Dot: Frecklepelt - Apprenticed to Lullabye, very close to becoming a warrior. Had a littermate named Shadowkit, but he died of the same sickness Four's littermates died of.

Tetra: Lakeflight - Apprenticed to Dusk

Well BrightEmber, Gearran, and SongShine are family in real life, BrightEmber is my Internet bro and Melodiva’s my Internet sis, Slick and Ivory are dating, J and Bright mutually bully each other in a friendly way, and quite a few of us consider each other some of our best friends. 

So yeah, quite a few of us are pretty close. :)

Aniya kept herself glued to Jimin’s side for the rest of the day. She wasn't expecting to as nervous as she was; she was shy, sure, but not usually this shy. The boys offered to come and pick her up after practice to go shopping so she wouldn’t have to hang around the studio while they trained, but she turned them down. She really didn’t mind waiting, and besides, maybe she could pick up more about the boys while she was there. ‘You can just sit over there if you want…?’ Namjoon asked, a little nervously himself, as he pointed to the corner of the studio. ‘I’m sorry we don't have anything more comfortable — usually we don't have an audience.’ Aniya just smiled at him and nodded, assuring him that she was happy enough as she was. She settled into the corner, pulling her phone out of her pocket while they boys got ready to go over the new choreography. She checked her email, disappointed to see nothing from her dad. Usually he would have contacted her by now — as it was, it had been two days since she’d heard anything from him. But she was sure he was very busy, and he’d contact her as soon as she could. A water bottle dropped into her lap, and she looked up, startled to see Jimin grinning down at her. ‘You might be here for a while.’ She bowed her head to him shyly in thanks, and he turned back around to get into line with the others. Jungkook glared a hole in the back of Jimin’s head the entire time they danced. He didn’t know why he felt like smacking him, but it was messing with his ability to focus on practice. ‘Jungkook-ah!’ Hobi complained. ‘What’s up with you? You’re on the wrong side.’ ‘Sorry, sorry,’ Jungkook flushed with embarrassment, quickly slipping by Taehyung to stand at the other side of the line. If he didn’t focus up soon, Namjoon was going to be all over him.

‘Ah!’ Jin and Yoongi flop to the floor immediately after the practice session is called to a halt, and Aniya tries to hide her laughter as the rest of them collapse down beside them, exhaustion all over their faces. She gets up to hand out water bottles, and the members gratefully take them. Jimin slaps the floor beside him, offering for Aniya to sit down. She complies, flashing him a shy smile. ‘I’m starving.’ Jungkook complains. ‘Can we go eat?’ The rest of the members grunt in agreement, and Namjoon looks over at Aniya. ‘Hungry?’ She nods enthusiastically. ‘Okay, we’ll go eat and we can shop after. Sound good?’ Jin asks. Aniya nods again, smiling, and Namjoon has to keep himself from imitating her, for fear of embarrassing her. But he has to admit it’s kind of funny, the way she nods her head like a bobblehead. Taehyung didn't think about it too much, and immediately started imitating the fast paced nod, causing Aniya to blush and laugh at him. ‘Yah!’ Jimin throws his empty water bottle at Taehyung’s head, but he just laughs as it bounces off. ‘Stop embarrassing her!’ ‘No, no, don’t,’ Aniya grabs Jimin’s hand to stop him from lunging at Taehyung, who has devolved into a fit of giggling. ‘It’s fine.’ She whispers under her breath. Jimin looks at her, a worried crease forming between his eyebrows. She’s too shy to hang around all these crazy boys, and they’re too loud and boisterous to hang around with such a gentle girl. She’s gonna get hurt, and they wont even mean to hurt her. But instead of embarrassing her further, Jimin decides to let it slide for now. He’ll talk to the others, especially Taehyung and Jungkook, later, and make sure they don't do something stupid and upset her. For now he nods to her and changes the subject as quickly as possible, urging everyone to get showered so they can go eat. Everyone quickly disappears out of the studio and off to find the showers after that, lured by the promise of a good meal. Aniya shoos away Jimin’s offer to stay with her while the others clean up so that she’s not left alone. After all, she’s spent the past three hours watching them practice, and she has her phone with her. What’s ten more minute? While the boys are gone, she plops down in the middle of the practice room floor, lying out flat and holding her phone above her head. She sifts first through her own social medias, and then through her dads Facebook. She didn’t really expect anything, since he never used it, but maybe he had updated it with pictures of Europe… She sits up straight when she hears the door open suddenly, looking up expecting to see Jimin, since he had promised to be quick. But it had only been five minutes, and the guy standing in the door definitely wasn’t Jimin. ‘Oh.’ The guy says, brushing his dark hair out of his eyes. ‘I didn’t know we had trainees on this floor.’ ‘Oh, no, I’m not— I’m not a trainee—‘  Aniya gets to her feet so quickly her phone drops from her hands, and she ends up awkwardly trying to wrestle it up off the ground as she attempts to put together an explanation for her being here around her rapidly beating heart. ‘A rookie?’ He asks, eyebrows shooting up to his hairline. ‘I haven’t seen you around so I just assumed—‘ ‘No see, I not supposed to be here— Not that I broke in, I didn’t, really, I just—‘ ‘She’s with me.’  Jungkook suddenly appears behind the new guy, his hair still wet from the shower. Aniya’s not sure if she’s supposed to be scared of Jungkook or not. Shy and nervous are emotions she’s used to feeling around him and all the boys, but scared is a new one. Still, she cant help it. He’s glaring at the new guy like he’s about to throw a punch at him, which is the last thing that Aniya is ready to deal with right now. ‘Jungkook.’ Now it’s Namjoon’s turn to appear out of nowhere, dragging everyone’s focus off of Jungkook and onto him. It’s obvious that that single word was issued as a warning, but from what Aniya wasn’t quite sure, but either way Namjoon quickly transitioned it into a warm greeting. ‘Songshin,’ he smiled over a the new guy, subtly pushing Jungkook back a step by passing him to shake Songshin’s hand. ‘It’s been a while.’ ‘It has.’ Songshin smiles back a little weakly, glancing between Aniya and Jungkook as if trying to figure out what just happened. ‘How are things?’ Namjoon introduces Aniya to Songshin, and continues to banter back and forth with for a few minutes, but soon the other members arrive back from their showers, ready to eat. The other members quickly greet Songshin before they say goodbye, the group leaving him in the practice room, and bringing Aniya with them. Once out of the BigHit building, everyone piled into the van together to go and find someplace to eat, and everything seemed to be forgotten until Taehyung spoke up, glancing between Namjoon, Aniya and Jungkook. ‘So what happened with Songshin?’ ‘He just dropped in on his way back from practice,’ Namjoon answers quickly, before anyone else has the chance to say anything. ‘But we were gone so he said hello to Aniya.’ ‘He thought I was a trainee.’ Aniya speaks up a little, although she immediately ducks her head. The whole situation frightened her a little, especially Jungkook, whom she still cant look at directly, but she kind of liked that part. She never really dreamed of being an idol, but it was nice that he hadn’t thought the idea was completely preposterous. Everyone looks at her when she speaks, unused to her offering information without being asked. ‘Really?’ Hoseok grinned back at her from where she was lodged between Jimin and Yoongi in the middle seat. ‘You kinda look like an idol.’ He says, squinting at her. ‘Yeah,’ Taehyung leans forward over the backseat. ‘You’re really pretty.’ He grins a perfect rectangle smile at her, and Aniya’s face gets hot she’s blushing so hard. Someone thinking she might be a trainee is one thing, being told she was pretty by Kim Taehyung was a very different thing, and one her blush reflex wasn’t going to let her away with. ‘Yah!’ Jimin yells, smacking Taehyung on the head, forcing him back into the backseat. ‘Didn’t I tell you to quit embarrassing her?’ ‘That’s not embarrassing!’ He insists. ‘Calling her pretty when she is pretty shouldn’t be embarrassing!’ The more they talked about it, the more embarrassed Aniya got, and she tried to hide her face, but squished between two boys she ended up mostly hiding into Jimin’s shoulder. Through all of this, Jungkook didn’t say a word. He had his headphones in, and was pretending not to have heard any of it, but he didn’t even have music in. He was watching the way Jimin and Aniya interacted. First Jimin insisting on sitting beside her during the car trip, then him helping her find the belt buckle, which was lodged between two seats, and now her hiding her face in his shoulder? He wasn’t unaware of Jimin’s hand coming to rest protectively over her head as he continued to give out to Taehyung either. He was painfully aware of every detail of the whole situation. He didn’t get why Jimin had appointed himself as Aniya’s personal bodyguard. He kept making sure she was comfortable and okay with everything, and yelling at anyone who embarrassed her. Who decided that was his job? It wasn’t like he was her boyfriend. That thought made Jungkook’s insides boil. He loved Jimin, but every time he saw him so close to Aniya, it was hard not to want to smack him over the head. The worst part was, he had no right to feel that way. He had no right to feel any of the things he did about Jimin and Aniya, and especially Aniya. But he did anyway, and if he didn’t get it in control soon, something bad was going to happen. He just knew it.

Bu blogda bir webtoondan bahsedeceğim hiç aklıma gelmemişti ama daha yeni üzerine yazmak isteyeceğim oldukça etkileyici bir webtoon bitirdim: Subtle Disaster. Birkaç ay önce başlayıp 5-6 bölüm kadar okumuş ve bırakmıştım. Dün yeniden okumaya başladım, iyi ki de başlamışım. Okuduğum en iyi webtoon demem biraz anlamsız olur çünkü karşılaştırma yapacak kadar çok okumadım. Ama çıtayı hayli yükselttiğini söyleyebilirim. Konusu oldukça ilginç ve farklı; hikaye zekice ve incelikle işlenmiş. Her apartmanda yaşanabilecek “Sen daha çok gürültü yapıyorsun, hayır sen daha çok” tarzı basit bir kavganın ve inatlaşmanın nasıl bir kaosa ve büyük felaketlere yol açabileceğini, insanların ne kadar bencil, düşüncesiz ve zalim olabileceğini gayet basit diyaloglarla anlatıyor. Hatta hikaye üzerinden bir toplum eleştirisi de yapılabilir. Olaylar ilk başta basit gibi ilerliyor ama hikaye gitgide taha kötücül ve sinir bozucu, aynı zamanda çarpıcı oluyor. Kısaca konusu şöyle: Çalışmak için sessiz bir yer arayan ve bir tepenin başındaki apartmana taşınan yazar Songşin (Songshin) beklediği sakinliğin yerine gürültücü komşularla karşılaşır. Bu durum sese karşı aşırı hassas olan ve bazen saatin tik-taklarına bile tahammül edemeyen Songşin'in bütün hayatını bir anda alt üst eder ama sorunu düzeltmek için başvurduğu çareler olayların daha da büyümesine sebep olur. Bir solukta okunacak kısa bir webtoon. (İki soluk da olabilir, emin değilim) Webtoon uygulaması üzerinden okunabiliyor, ayrıca fanlar tarafından yapılmış Türkçe çevirisi de var. Veya www.webtoons.com web sitesinden de okunabilir ama uygulama daha kullanışlı.

Did anyone in the cast and crew know each other before joining the team?

BrightEmber and Gearran are brother and sister, actually, and SongShine’s their mom. :) So yes, our Flowey and Frisk are siblings in real life. :0

Slick knew some of the others from projects (he actually auditioned for another project of mine first), and I believe Edbee and bearandrocky1 know each other.

I think that’s about it.
