Capcom really made 3 awesome original characters for Marvel Vs. Capcom 2 and then decided to never use them again huh 😭

If Capcom ever were to make a new Darkstalkers game one of my very specific wants, is they'd bring back the original characters added in MvC2, I think they'd all fit in really well, which isn't really surprising when you remember Ruby Heart is a rejected Darkstalkers character herself. I don't know, I just really like their designs and maybe part of it is the uniqueness of this group of characters strictly in a crossover game and not appearing in any other (major) title and adding them to future games would lessen that... but again, I don't know!! I just like Ruby Heart and SonSon and wanna see them more!!!

This is my first "official" drawing after my vacation to Ireland.

I think I still could've done better with a character I'd have drawn more often, but it's the best drawing I ever made of her so far.

She's cute. I like her.

I haven't actually played much Marvel vs Capcom 2, but the recent announcement of the Marvel vs Capcom Fighting Collection reminded me how much I liked the character Sonson. She was created specifically for that game, and she's supposed to be the granddaughter of the main character from the early Capcom arcade game SonSon.

Outside of a couple of minor references, Capcom never used her in any other game ever again.
