LONGEST YEAH BOI EVER
Rae would be a prog rock girlie aaaaall the way. Lots of Nightwish and Coheed and Cambria, but her guilty pleasure would be Eminem, haha. Holly would try to get her into Pink Floyd but she would scoff and tell her it's "for old people".
I HAVE DALSUTA QUESTIONS. How much do people know about Dalsutas as a species in-universe, and what are some common exaggerations or misconceptions about them? How did Shad and Mindy meet? What is a Dalsuta's average lifespan and about where is Sev at the start of the story?
I'm in the mood to introspect, does anyone wanna play OC telephone? Send me a fact about one of your ocs, and then ask a question about one of mine (can be a specific chatacter if you know any or generic if you don't) then I'll answer and add a follow up question, and we see how long we can keep the thread going!! Someone please play w me I'm boredddd.
#oc ask game#weeeeeee thank youuuuuu#y'all should follow my friends oc blog#especially if you are furry adjacent#lots of good doggos and gryphons over there#oc tag#Rae is 15 at story start so her music taste would be#half sophisticaed half unhinged#I kinda wanna make a modern au playlist now#I'd call it angsty music for teen crows or sum

âYou never once referred to Dion as your husband.âÂ
âP-pardon?âÂ
That caught you off guard. Frankly speaking, calling the man your husband aloud is stomach-turning. Not that you would admit that, or rather not that you could. The punishment you would receive from Lant if it were to ever reach his earsâŚ
âWell, we havenât been married for even a week.â Carefully explaining yourself, you scan behind her to check if anyone was there. âSo, I am still a bit shy about it.â You smile shyly. Blood rushes through your veins and you can hear the thundering pumping and feel it.Â
Your blood becomes ice and skin slime as Roxana observes your behavior and reaction before making a move. Fresh coral lips tug into a soft smile as Roxana sees past your lie and stares into your soul. Her eyes remind you of your husbandâs; glowing scarlet that curtains their true emotions and thoughts.Â
Sinister or otherwise, youâre afraid to drown in them.Â
âI see. Thatâs adorable.â She reminds you of a venus fly trap; inviting only to trap you. Even so, her âaffectionâ towards you nearly has you tripping on your feet. No. This is how she gets people.
âLady Roxana, I had a fun time speaking with you.â You halfheartedly bid her farewell, bowing. You plan on walking the moment you raise your head. What you donât plan on doing, however, is returning to your chambers immediately.Â
Ah, but⌠where would you even go?Â
âOh, right. Do you remember the way?â She blinks at you while you blink back. Your mind is a void - absolutely nothing in it. Next, she laughs.Â
It sounds like bells on Christmas, a chorus in the church, that exciting and relieved feeling you get once you hear âshiftâs over,â from the managers. Head full of cotton, you allow yourself to simply enjoy this moment. Once the blissful laughter has ended, she offers to guide you.
Personally.Â
âO-oh, itâs fine - â you just got mind fucked - Roxana willingly go anywhere near Dionâs room? Somethingâs not right. You take a step back.Â
âI wouldnât want to inconvenience you.â You give her a faux smile, worried.
Worried for what? Your safety? The possible argument that could break out between the two siblings? Seeing something youâre not supposed to? Or having to awkwardly stand to the side as Dion acts weirdly and creepy towards his sister?
⌠or have her be in that position as your husband observes you like youâre a circus animal?
âItâs fine; Iâd like to get to know you more. Weâre family now, so itâs natural.âÂ
Weâre family now.Â
â...Iâll accept then. Thank you for taking care of me.â The scream that wishes to burst from your chest, the saliva drowning your gums and mouth, the quiver that threatens to take over your body - you hold it back. You have to.Â
âItâs not a problem.âÂ
Fear prevents you from asking about Hana.Â
You follow once she starts to walk, the sound of heels hitting the floor echoing. Even her back is elegant - perfect form, back straight and head up. Carrying an air of sophistication and confidence, Roxana Agriche deserves the female lead role. Her blond waves lightly bounce with each step.Â
She is the definition of beauty.Â
And as a dedicated fan - also driven by fear and mental stress - you will stay steps behind her. Itâs for the best, itâs for your safety. Walk in her shadow but not at her side. Let the spotlight shine on her so you wonât be noticed, left alone by anyone and everyone. That is one plan for survival.Â
âOh? Sorry, I didnât realize that you were behind me.â The fifteen-year-old girl waits for you to join her side after stopping, refusing to walk another inch until you do so. And your eighteen-year-old self heistates - not because you feel inferior to her. God no, but because her mind is a puzzle you canât solve.Â
You donât have the power to read her thoughts. You are only able to guess.Â
This isnât fiction anymore.Â
âItâs fine. I was also lost in thought.â Busy with admiring her rather. You pick up your pace a bit if only to please her. She resumes guiding you once youâre right by her. Nothing falls into place despite observing her from the corner of your eye. You donât sense anything.
No hostility nor mischief. There wasnât a hint of pity on her face. Mockery was also absent, genuine joy nonexistent.Â
âIf I may say, youâre more lovely than I heard.â She compliments you, offering another one of those sweet smiles. And like the fool you are, you trip over both your feet and words.Â
âA-ah, youâre too kind. If anything, the saying goes towards you.â Your neck feels hot and your mind is turning to mush. âTruly, you are indeed an interesting person.âÂ
She stops again, taken aback. But she quickly recovers before returning back to the conversation. âInteresting? Youâre the first person to describe me as such.âÂ
âThatâs a surprise. I thought many would have.â You think about it. What was the first thing everyone notices about Roxana? Her beauty, of course.Â
But, as a reader, how could you ignore and forget her personality?Â
âŚthen again, this entire time you were mentally obsessing over her appearance and voice. You were no better than everyone else.
You take a turn in the ridiculously long hallway. Just for a moment, tranquility replaces the harshness of reality. Funny.Â
One moment youâre afraid of her and the next she brings you peace. Sheâs a bit easier to deal with than Dion. Softer, gentlier, and outwards she is humane. The most sane person in this hell.Â
âWeâre in the main hallway,â Roxana informs, and the staircase looks familiar. When you had made your way with Hana to the dining room, you were disorienting so hard you didnât even realize your feet were moving.Â
âUp these stairs and weâll be closer to your room.â Roxana tells you, a hint of disgust in her voice. Aha. So she doesnât want to go near him. Then why guide you?Â
âOh,â you say, âhow nice.â How wonderful indeed, seeing the husband who left after your first night, whoâs acting weird, whoâs brutal personality is hidden beneath a layer of âindifferenceâ, who probably stalked you while -Â
Oh.Â
Oh God.Â
â? Are you okay? You look pale.â Roxanaâs question brings you back to reality. Blinking, you try to calm yourself before your breathing gets heavier. Your heart wonât stop rattling. Your blood wonât stop rushing. Your ears are ringing.Â
Never once did you think of the possibility that Dion Agriche had stalked you during the duration of your engagement. The shampoo, the sheets, that horrifying look in his eyes -Â
âOh. Oh, yes, of course. Iâm just a bit⌠nervous.â Did he stalk you? If so, why? To drill even more fear into you, to show you that he could easily cause you harm? To silently threaten the safety of your family if you were to ever act out?Â
âBut yes, Iâm fine. Just need a minute to gather myself.âÂ
Either out of curiosity or obligation, or even consideration, Roxana lets you do just that.Â
- - -
You arrived at your - his - chambers sooner than wanted. Way too soon.Â
Despite the show your sister-in-law displays, she canât hide the disgust and hatred in her eyes as she stares at the heavy double doors. You donât blame her. Even if he acted out on orders, your husband still killed her brother. Their brother.Â
He also attempts to harm her mother. Just to see her cry.Â
âŚwould he do the same to you?
âWell,â turning to her, you show a smile. It doesnât reach your eyes. Youâre too tired to even try. âThank you for showing me the way.âÂ
You open the door before she could even get a word out. Shutting it behind you before every single ounce of bravery evaporates, leaving you a slimy mess. Monster or not, Dion Agriche is still your husband. And, as you were raised, you have to play the role of his wife.Â
 His pretty, little, obedient wife.Â
Only to see that no-one is in the room.Â
â...hahaâŚwowâŚhahaha!â Like a mad woman you giggle, falling to the floor as your legs give out. Was it from stress? Relief? Does it matter?Â
Youâre happy - you donât have to see his face for a bit longer. Even if itâs only for a minute, you donât have to be in his presence. But with happiness comes realization - Dion will eventually show up. He told you such.Â
â...I⌠I just want to sleep.â Your shoulders slump as you become boneless - so much happened within the span of a few hours. Odd behavior, old memories, confusing and conflicted feelings - youâre not meant for this environment. Forget about being murdered or tortured - your mind would dismantle before anything could happen.Â
The floor is uncomfortable but all of your strength is gone. Were you always this weak? This hopeless? So much that you couldnât even last a single day. Pathetic.Â
â...â ahead of you is the bed. The same bed you will have to share with your arranged husband. It was comfortable, but the fact youâre forced to share it with Dion makes you bitter - the fact that heâll fuck you on it makes you so fucking sick.
Youâd rather sleep on the floor.Â
Moonlight fills the room from the glass doors closing off the terrace. Jeremy said you should escape. Is it worth it? Was jumping off the terrace to attempt an escape worth it? Would you survive it?Â
Get caught?Â
Die?
Your mind is becoming muddy. You havenât even met with Lant yet. The worst of the worst. Yet here you are, already thinking foolishly. Of course you would be caught. Dying wasnât something you wanted to do, though. Neither was being punished for attempting an escape.Â
Your ears perk at the sound of the doors opening behind you.Â
âDo you find the floor more comfortable than the bed?â Low and deep, Dion doesnât even properly greet you. Well, not like you want to either.Â
You want to tell him to try it out of spite. But youâre too tired to even turn around and face him, much less stand. His footsteps get closer until heâs right behind you. Your eyes shut close.Â
âWife.â He calls once, and you donât respond. You donât want to.
You want him to stop calling you that. You want him to stop talking to you. You want him to stop existing.Â
His footsteps echo in the room before he kneels in front of you. Finally, you look at him. What type of expression are you making?Â
His hand is cold as he brings it up to cup your cheek. Scarlet that glows in the moonlight that looks at you in such a strange way. Do you know what was swirling in his eyes? Do you want to?
â...Dion. Welcome back.â Acknowledging him, you peel his hand away from your cheek. He already touched you the night before. Thatâs enough.Â
Instead of leaving, he grasps your wrist. Firm enough to where you couldnât tug your hand away. You eye it before giving up. Just for now.Â
âIâm sorry, but Iâm too sore from last night,â you say, assuming that sex is on his mind. Obligation, lust, a soon-to-be routine. Either one could be the reason.Â
âIâm not here for that. Nor do I want it.âÂ
Your head tilts to the side before he continues. âFather expects us to dine with him tomorrow.âÂ
âI see. Is that all?âÂ
âYou look dead,â free hand cupping your face - again - Dion gently swipes his thumb under your eye. Your fondation catches on his thumb. âWorse than when you showed up for dinner.â Hah. Is he enjoying himself?
âIâm just tired,â lying your eyes travel to your lap. âIâll⌠if thatâs all, then Iâll retire to bed.â You want him to leave you alone. You want to go home.Â
On shaky legs you force yourself up and your husband lets go of your wrist. Your knees buck as you walk towards the bed. Itâs fine. Itâs going to be fine. All you need to do is make it to bed. Changing clothes isnât even on your mind - you just want to lay down.Â
âYouâre not going to change?â Your husband inquiries. What was wrong with this man? He barely spoke a word to you before the wedding. He left after cumming and leaving you alone, in pain and shivering like a fucking newborn foal.Â
Sure, he was called away, but he never even returned like the bastard he is. He didnât spare a fucking glance at you during dinner until his siblings showed up.Â
âWhere is Hana?â You ignore his question, focusing on the one person who doesnât feel like a death trap.Â
âShe retired for the night. On Roxanaâs orders.âÂ
âWhat? Why?â You almost get whiplash from how hard and fast you turn your head to look at Dion. Your husband has been looking at you this entire time.Â
âShe didnât think Iâd show up here.âÂ
I wish you didnât. I wish you would have stayed indifferent as you were until today.
âOh. Then, Iâll just sleep like this.â Flopping onto the bed, you kick your heels off. The corset is still tight, and it makes it harder to breathe. But you refuse to ask him for help.Â
Thankfully, your husband makes no move to. Instead you hear him walk and the sound of the closet opening. Ruffling of the clothes before it stops. From what you heard, nothing dropped to the floor, rather, heavy boots walk towards the bed until they stop right next to you.Â
Amazing how being so mentally and physically worn makes a person forget their survival instincts. How it makes fear turn into annoyance and gulps become huffs.Â
But annoyance becomes confusion when something soft and loose lands on your back. Did he just⌠throw something on you?
Why canât your husband just pick a side? Decide to ignore you. To be nice to you. Not go back and forth like itâs a fucking swing boat.Â
âWife,â there he goes again with that dreadful title, does he not remember your godforsaken name? âYou wonât fall asleep with it on. Youâre unable to.â Youâre one second away from tearing your hair out. One second away from strangling him.Â
You can regret everything tomorrow.Â
â... Will you leave me alone if I change?â Supporting yourself on your elbows, you crane your neck to look over your shoulder. Your husband only nods, not explaining why heâs so insistent on having you change.Â
Youâre so done that you donât even realize heâs enjoying this side of you. Your frustration, your annoyance, all spent and directed towards him. Tomorrow, when youâre of clear mind youâll freak out, kicking and yelling at yourself for risking making him mad, only to question why he didnât say anything in the first place.Â
âI canât reach behind my back,â you communicate to him, waiting for his reaction. A reply that may never come.Â
âJust lay face down. Iâll untie it and wonât touch you further.â You wish he would leave and maybe fall down the stairs and break something. Ah, but maybe Lant should go through that instead. Break his neck and lay there, lifeless. How would the scene play out after that?
âAlright,â you give in, preparing for a war that doesnât exist. Dion removes whatever he threw onto your back before nimble fingers quickly and carefully undo the strings on your dress. Once heâs done with that, he works on the corset, completely gentle.Â
Wait, something wasnât right.Â
âWait, how do you know how to undo the strings so quickly?â Waiting for his answer, you donât make an effort to watch his reaction. Youâd rather not look at the man whoâs walking on thin ice right now. Yes, you are going to consider chucking yourself into the nearest river tomorrow. If you could find one.Â
â... I was taught.âÂ
âBy?âÂ
âA teacher.âÂ
He leaves it at that, choosing to leave out the details. It makes you suspicious. âŚwas he also taught those techniques by a so-called teacher too?
Considering the amount of wives Lant has, STDs most likely donât exist in this world. Regardless, the mere thought of your husband sleeping with someone before you irritates you. Not because you were jealous or anything of that sort, no; but because it was hypercritical. You were expected to stay âpure,â a virgin while -
âYou are the only person Iâve touched, much less slept with.â Was he a mind reader? Or were you just that obvious?
âAs your wife, I think I should meet and thank your âteacher.ââ Exhaustion does wonders to a person. The brain doesnât work as it should and fright is no longer a thing. Instead itâs replaced by reckless behavior and a clouded mind.Â
âAlthough, I do wish they also taught you aftercare.âÂ
âThat person,â Dion begins, âis someone you know but are unable to see.â Sure Dion Agriche, sure. âAs for afterwards⌠Father called for me.âÂ
âMhm. For what?â Cold fingertips barely graze your spine as he looks at your skin. By now everything was untied yet the male doesnât move. With lidded eyes he considers biting it. But heâs already breaking his promise by granting himself the pleasure of grazing it.Â
And youâre giving him a pass, perhaps with a blurred mind. Otherwise, you wouldnât be having this conversation, much less show something other than fear in his presence.Â
âTo discuss further action regarding our marriage.âÂ
âYou know,â you yawn out, rubbing the sleep from your eyes, âmost people in arranged marriages would refer to the marriage as âthis,â not âours.ââ The call of sleep is tempting you.Â
âIâm not most people.â
âI know. If you were then youâŚâÂ
âThen what?â
Then you wouldnât be a product of two insane and mental people. You wouldnât be so jaded nor affection starved to the point you consider hatred as it. You wouldnât have killed your own siblings or live solely to make one cry. You wouldnât wander around the earth until your sister decides to kill you.Â
You change the subject. âYou could have let me finish at least once. It was my first time - youâre supposed to make it a positive experience.â Why you brought this up, youâre not sure. You doubt he feels guilty about it.Â
â...Should I make you now?â He traces your spine, the cold sensation making you shiver. Odd. His touch doesnât feel as gross as earlier. You must be going mad.Â
Even more so since youâre hallucinating the hint of hunger in his voice.Â
âNo. I hated the entire thing. Just jerk off and Iâll shove it in, or something.â The idea of his sperm going anywhere near you repulses you, but you understand your role as a wife. His wife.Â
âYou also found my crying cute. I donât like that, I actually hate it.â Was communication always this easy when your body is boneless and mind worn? Was he so talkative because heâs tired as well?Â
âI canât help it, â Dion rubs circles between your shoulder blades and it makes you melt. For a split second, you forgot who youâre talking to. Where you were, who your husband was, your in-laws forgotten. For a moment, everything was ordinary and domestic.Â
âI enjoy seeing you cry.â His fingers travel higher until his fingertips are at the sides of your neck, feeling your pulse. He wants to squeeze it, see you squirm. The urge to make you cry over and over again from overstimulation gets harder to resist. Youâre allowing him to touch you, to see the skin of your back, to see you so vulnerable - surely, you could offer him a taste too, right?Â
â...Youâre not supposed to be this way.â A light chuckle comes from your chest. âYouâre supposed to be brutal, selfish, unredeemable - well, you probably still are, but still. Youâre not supposed to be married nor basically asking your wife to fuck.âÂ
You go on.Â
âYouâre not supposed to be this way. Youâre driving me crazy, acting so different from what I know.â Youâre supposed to be the character that was written in the story. Not⌠whatever this is.
Maybe you misunderstood his character. But you never did finish the novel and the webtoon was put on hiatus because of the shit the artist went through⌠you hope sheâs doing better now. Way better.Â
âEven Jeremy and Roxana are behaving weirdly.â You leave it at that, becoming silent. Dion doesnât say anything.Â
You decide to ask him a question thatâs been nagging you ever since he mentioned his âteacher.âÂ
âOh, by the way⌠how would you react if I also had a âteacherâ?â An undertone of teasing laced your voice - of course, you didnât mean it. Unless it was a lover, you wouldnât sleep with anyone outside of marriage. Although, you never did enter a relationship once prior to your engagement.Â
The atmosphere becomes stiff. You suddenly remember who youâre dealing with - an Agriche. Dion Agriche, to be exact.Â
Horror spreads throughout your body once you realize just what you asked him. Your breath catches in your throat as you feel him lean over you, fingers putting slight pressure on your neck, a silent threat to choke you. Heâs like a heavy cover, you can barely breathe.Â
When he talks itâs lower and deeper, sinister and possessive, his breath hitting your ear as he answers.Â
âEasy. I would kill them.âÂ

A list of things I have noticed in LaDs pt. 2.2 ft flowers (ft Zayne and Sylus)
Hellooo Iâm here doing more flower analysis. Take all of this with a grain of salt since Iâm only doing a brief study into each and Iâm adding my own stuff.
Pt 1 here ft Xavier and Rafayel
Sylus

So Sylusâ flower is the Datura, also known as jimsonweeds, devils trumpet, hellâs bellâs, and moonflower. Already pretty fitting. I dunno where in lore it says this (probably in his myth or something) but it looks like this irl

Any purple or black variant makes it look different

Other than that I believe it.
Relating to the nightshade family, it is highly poisonous and has hallucinogenic properties. A quip from Wikipedia says
âTraditionally, their psychoactive administration has often been associated with witchcraft and sorcery or similar practices in many cultures, including the Western world,â
Hmmmmmmm you donât say. This and MC being called a sorcerer in Sylusâ myth makes me further believe Infold looked at flowers then make Love and Deepspac lore.
Another from a plant care site,
âA genus of over a dozen annual and perennial species. We offer a species (Datura metel) from southwestern China with large, trumpet-like flowers that produce a sweet perfume, redolent of Honeysuckle, that's especially strong at night.â
Just thought that was interesting.
The datura is overall associated with poison, medicine, and the occult.
A post from @/kadmachameleon on Reddit said,
âDatura flowers can cause hallucinations if ingested. And them laying in a field filled with this flowers, dreaming of their love đ âŚNow, on the cultural context, I laughed SO HARD when I saw what this flower is known as in Mexico, where I am from (and I believe in some or all of Latinamerica, pls let me know if you do) and mind, I have quite a dark sense of humor, so it made me laugh but it is also very VERY sad what I am going to explain: Datura flowers are also know as "Toloache". We have a saying that goes "Te dieron Toloache" (You were given Toloache) that we use when someone is so madly crazy infatuated... obssessed in love with someone. We use that phrase to say this person has been bewitched, like they were given a powerful aphrodisiac. A love potion, that is what Toloache is for us.â
Mmm suffering
Anyways
I donât believe that the flowers in Sylusâ myth are Datura unless they are explicitly said to be (I donât have his myth lol)
To me they look like petunias, along with his With Him flowers.
Petunias symbolize (from flowermeaning.com)
âThe petunia flower symbolizes anger and resentment especially when they are presented by someone with whom you have recently had a heated disagreement. They can also symbolize your desire to spend time with someone because you find their company soothing and peaceful. According to some sources, petunias are also a symbol of not losing hope.â
A black petunia, specifically the sophistica blackberry petunia, means (from greg.app)
âThe SophisticaÂŽ Blackberry Petunia isn't just another pretty flower. Its deep purple, almost black hues, evoke a sense of mystery and sophistication. Historically, purple has been tied to royalty and wisdom, suggesting that these blooms are more than mere decorations; they're a statement of elegance and intelligence.â
To me these make a bit more sense, just a bit.
Red datura, or red angel trumpet, looks like this

I dunno thatâs just me.
Ik that in his myth itâs implied that MC is actually alone and hallucinates/dreams being with Sylus so it being a field of datura makes sense. But also the hallucinations from datura are not pleasant and thatâs why datura is not a popular hallucinogenic so I dunno. MCâd just wildin
Zayne
Zaynes flower is obviously the white jasmine flower.

Itâs mentioned everywhere that his flower is jasmine like itâs not even funny.
He makes one in your hand in Relax Time under Gift. (Like how Master of Fate did)
Pretty sure his birthday cake had jasmine flowers
His echo bottle from Touring in Love has one (itâs the only one that specifically identifies it as a certain flower in the description) (I mean Rafayels mentions the smell of gardenias but his flower is technically the flame lily so I wonât count it) (gardenias mean purity, innocence, and gentleness and are used in wedding arrangements btw) (anyways)
(Edit: nah I just looked it up and gardenia and jasmine are very similar, they both have a strong and similar smell, both have small white flowers and gardenias are also known as Cape Jasmine. And both are used in wedding arrangements. The only real different is the region they originated from and their stems. I dunno what to do with this information but itâs interesting nonetheless)
In Dawnbreakers anecdote he has a jasmine plant and visits a jasmine field because he sees Dr. Zayne with jasmine and attributes it to MC.
Ik Master of Fate has jasmine flowers though I donât have his memories.
Iâm pretty sure in the memory Forestâs Breeze, one of Master of Fateâs 4 stars, those are jasmine flowers.
The 4 star memory End of Depths also has them.
In his Secret Times, A Long Nightâs description is literally âLet us see the sun set for one last time in the jasmine fields.â
Also I think it comes up in the main story too, canât remember where tho.
I donât think any other LI had a flower so aptly dedicated to them.
Thereâs more than 200 species of jasmine.

Jasmine symbolizes peace, affection, and sensuality.
A post from @/Tsarwonderful on Reddit says
âIt means loyalty, purity, chastity, charm, and sincere love. It's used to express steadfast love. The specific language can also be "You are mine". The white jasmine in particular means kindness/and sensuality.
This makes sense to me. Zayne's a classic man with classic devotion. I can also see him as one of the more possessive MCs as he's always taking care of her, making sure she's doing well or even choosing what she's wearing.â
(from flowermeaning.com)
The jasmine flower is associated with love.
Jasmine also symbolizes beauty and sensuality.
In some cultures, Jasmine represents appreciation and good luck.
When used in religious ceremonies jasmine represents purity.
Jasmineâs meanings varies depending on the culture and setting.
And I need yâall to know this, jasmine comes from the Persian yasmin or yasamin. Yasmin means âgift from Godâ
Ohhhhh Love and Depression, how you hurt me so
Ik for sure that jasmine is mentioned a lot in Foreseerâs memories. I just havenât mustered up the courage to read them yet lol
Master of Fate, specifically with his combats abilities, refer to orchids (Orchid Metamorphosis) and bamboo (Bamboo Mirage), two plants regarded in Chinese culture. Master of Fate in general is Chinese culture wrapped up in one man. Talismans, jade, orchids, bamboo, and his clothes?? Yeah
I also found a post about Zayne and Osmanthus that yâall should read if ur interested

The last flower post will be about Caleb. Then I plan on making a small post about the secondary characters names or something, like Mephisto and Astra.
Thank you for reading

Designing a Stylish Commercial Space with Acoustic Wall Panels: Top Trends for 2025
As commercial spaces evolve in 2025, the intersection of style and functionality has never been more important. Acoustic wall panels are becoming an essential component in creating noise-controlled, visually appealing environments. With the increasing need for noise management in offices, restaurants, hotels, and retail spaces, acoustic solutions are also being embraced for their aesthetic value. In this blog, we will explore the top trends for designing stylish commercial spaces using acoustic wall panels in 2025, highlighting how these elements not only improve sound quality but also elevate the overall design.

1. Bold, Custom Designs to Match Brand Identity
One of the leading trends in 2025 is the move toward personalized and custom-designed acoustic wall panels. Brands are opting for acoustic panels that reflect their unique identityâwhether itâs through colors, logos, or patterns. Customization not only helps create a memorable atmosphere but also adds a personal touch to the space.
Why itâs trending:
Enhances brand identity and recognition
Creates a distinctive atmosphere
Provides a creative outlet for designers
Examples:
Retail stores featuring branded geometric patterns.
Corporate offices using corporate color schemes with integrated logos on acoustic panels.
2. Sustainable and Eco-Friendly Materials
Sustainability is at the forefront of design trends in 2025. Commercial spaces are increasingly turning to eco-friendly materials for acoustic wall panels. Materials such as recycled PET (polyester) felt, bamboo, and upcycled fabrics are gaining popularity due to their minimal environmental impact while still offering excellent sound absorption.
Why itâs trending:
Increasing demand for sustainable solutions
Supports green building certifications (e.g., LEED)
Appeals to eco-conscious consumers
Examples:
Acoustic panels made from PET felt, produced from recycled plastic bottles.
Wall panels made from natural wood or bamboo, contributing to a more sustainable design.
3. Integrated Technology and Smart Panels
As technology continues to evolve, so does the role of acoustic panels. In 2025, there is an increasing trend of integrating smart technology into acoustic wall panels. These panels not only control sound but can also incorporate features like wireless charging, ambient lighting, and even digital displays.
Why itâs trending:
Aligns with the growing demand for tech-enhanced spaces
Offers multi-functional designs
Provides added convenience and aesthetic appeal
Examples:
Acoustic panels embedded with LED lighting that can be adjusted to change the ambiance of a room.
Panels with built-in wireless charging stations, especially in offices and co-working spaces.
4. Textured and 3D Panel Designs
Textured and 3D acoustic panels are becoming an essential trend in 2025. These panels add depth and dimension to walls, creating visually dynamic environments while also serving the purpose of sound absorption. From wave patterns to geometric designs, textured panels can make a significant visual impact in any commercial setting.
Why itâs trending:
Adds a modern and contemporary look
Transforms otherwise plain walls into artistic features
Combines style and functionality in a single design element
Examples:
Wave-like 3D acoustic panels in hotel lobbies for an elegant, flowing aesthetic.
Geometric-shaped panels used in office walls to create dynamic visual textures.
5. Minimalist and Neutral Tones for Clean, Modern Spaces
In contrast to bold designs, minimalist, neutral-toned acoustic panels are also becoming increasingly popular. These panels are ideal for creating sleek, understated environments, particularly in high-end offices, hotels, and professional spaces. Soft beige, gray, and off-white tones are being chosen to blend seamlessly with modern decor while still offering acoustic benefits.
Why itâs trending:
Appeals to the desire for clean, sophisticated spaces
Enhances natural light and openness
Provides subtle noise control without overpowering the design
Examples:
Neutral-toned acoustic panels in corporate offices, allowing for a sleek and professional environment.
Subtle shades in hospital waiting areas, enhancing comfort without disrupting the aesthetic.
6. Acoustic Wall Art: Combining Sound Control with Artistic Expression
Another exciting trend for 2025 is the use of acoustic wall art. These panels combine high-quality soundproofing with artistic designs, turning walls into functional pieces of art. Businesses are incorporating large-scale artwork or custom images into their acoustic panels, allowing them to provide noise control while creating an inviting, artistic atmosphere.
Why itâs trending:
Combines aesthetics with acoustics in one solution
Perfect for creating a more dynamic and engaging environment
Offers the opportunity to incorporate art and branding elements
Examples:
Large murals or abstract art pieces designed as acoustic panels in creative offices.
Custom-designed acoustic wall panels in cafes, adding character while managing noise.
7. Modular and Flexible Panel Systems
As businesses prioritize versatility in 2025, modular acoustic wall panel systems are gaining traction. These systems can be easily moved or rearranged to suit changing space requirements. Whether itâs an office that needs to accommodate a growing team or a restaurant that wants to create different dining experiences, modular panels offer flexibility without compromising on sound control or design.
Why itâs trending:
Suited for evolving spaces or multi-purpose areas
Easy to install and relocate
Allows for creativity in layout and design
Examples:
Modular panels in coworking spaces, allowing for easy reconfiguration of sound zones.
Flexible acoustic panels used in conference rooms to adjust sound control based on meeting sizes.
Conclusion:
In 2025, acoustic wall panels are more than just practical solutions for noise management; they have become key elements of stylish, functional commercial design. From bold customizations and eco-friendly materials to the integration of smart technology and artistic expressions, businesses can create spaces that are not only acoustically effective but also visually compelling. As the need for both comfort and aesthetics grows, acoustic wall panels will continue to play an integral role in shaping the commercial spaces of tomorrow.

Also, grandifloras absolutely require deadheading to maintain their good looks. Note that you will typically find cultivars in a range of colors within a recommended series, as well as mixed options, when purchasing seeds or starts. Best Uses: Containers, specimen plants in small garden beds, hanging planters for cascading varieties. Recommended Series: Aladdin, Amore, Aphrodite, Avalanche, Cascade, Cascadias, Constellation, Daddy, Diamond, Dreams, EZ Rider, Explorer, Falcon, Famous Laser, Fanfare, Flash Sweetunia, Frost, Go!Tunia, Limbo, Hulahoop, Magic, Mistral, Pacta Parade, Sophistica, Storm, Success! 360°, Super Cascade, Supermagic, Surfinia, TriTunia, Trumpet, Ultra, Viva Top Pick for Your Garden: Spellbound âDark Purpleâ has frilly blooms with painterly, veined white centers that seem to spiral before your eyes. And theyâre lavish, at four to six inches wide Spellbound âDark Purpleâ Spellbound âDark Purpleâ is available in four-plant bundles and packets of 15 seeds from Burpee. Petunias of this type, with a cascading habit and frilly, corrugated petals, also belong to the superbissima group. 2. Multiflora Multifloras produce plenty of flowers but theyâre smaller than grandifloras â about two inches wide â on more compact plants. These usually grow about 10 to 12 inches tall, and spread 10 to 15 inches. They may require some pruning if they start to become leggy. Plants in the Mambo series are good picks if youâre looking for a dwarf option. A welcome advantage to choosing this type is that these flowers are often self-cleaning. If this is true for the variety you pick, the spent blooms will drop without deadheading, which makes them the optimal choice for large plantings. They also hold up better in rainy weather than grandifloras. Another type with a long history dating back to the 1950s, multifloras can have single or double blooms. These cultivars are known for presenting the widest range of colors, and the plants grow a bit more quickly than grandifloras. Best Uses: Mass plantings, garden beds Recommended Series: Carpet, Dot Star, Easy Wave, Espresso, Good and Plenty, Hurrah, Mambo, Mirage, Pearls, Primetime, Tidal Wave Top Pick for the Garden: A mixed collection of unnamed multiflora petunias that bloom in shades of coral, light purple, and pink, with a veined pattern on the petals. Multiflora Packets of 500 seeds are available from Outsidepride via Amazon. 3. Floribunda Floribunda plants are often grouped with the multifloras, and some â like those in the Wave series â are also considered spreading varieties. Hybrids of grandiflora and multiflora-type plants, these exhibit the best qualities of both, with lots of large blooms, tolerance for rainy weather, and increased disease resistance. They grow about eight to 15 inches tall, and spread 10 to 12 inches, though some plants are more compact. These types are not typically self-cleaning, and they will usually require some deadheading or pruning. Best Uses: Borders, containers, garden beds Recommended Series: Celebrity, Double Madness, Double Wave, Freedom, Frillytunia, Horizon, Pretty Flora, Prism, Madness, Merlin, Wave Top Pick for the Garden: Madness âRed Picoteeâ features three-inch blooms in vibrant red, edged in white. Madness âRed Picoteeâ Pelleted seeds in packages of 1,000 are available from True Leaf Market. 4. Milliflora One of the more recent introductions, these miniature petunias have smaller, single blooms, usually just one to one and a half inches in diameter. But what you lose in size, you gain in number. Milliflora plants will spend most of the season covered in flowers. These are also good for small-space gardens, and most milliflora types are self-cleaning, so they wonât require deadheading. The dwarf plants are more compact than other varieties, with a mounding habit. They grow just eight inches tall and wide on average. You can space millifloras just four to six inches apart, versus 12 inches for multifloras or three feet for spreading ground cover varieties. Donât confuse Calibrachoa (Million Bells) for these â though they share the same growth habits and care requirements, these are not actually petunias. Adding to the confusion, Petunia x calibrachoa hybrids also exist, like the âPetchoaâ SuperCal series of plants. Best Uses: Containers, edging flower beds Recommended Series: Fantasy, FlashForward, Picobella, Shock Wave, Tiny Tunia, Vivini Top Pick for the Garden: Picobella âCarmineâ truly puts on a show, producing tons of tiny hot pink blooms that will look gorgeous spilling over the edge of a patio planter or hanging basket. Picobella âCarmineâ Pelleted seeds are available in packs of 1,000 from True Leaf Market. 5. Trailing or Ground Cover This group of series and cultivars grow vigorously and spread enthusiastically, covering 10 square feet of garden beds or borders per plant in a single season, and typically reaching only about four to six inches in height. With some varieties also referred to as spreading or hedgiflora-type plants, theyâre particularly heat and drought tolerant, and donât usually require deadheading to look good. Tidal Wave is known as a hedgiflora type, for example, thanks to its ability to produce a thick and lush ground cover. Several different Wave series plants are often included in this category, though they technically fit within other groupings, as mentioned above. With a creeping growth habit, these are also standouts grown in hanging baskets, where the vines trail over the sides instead of along the ground. And if youâre designing your own blooming containers for the summer patio or a balcony garden, remember that trailing petunias can be both the âfillerâ and the âspillerâ in a combination. Best Uses: Hanging baskets, pedestal pots, ground cover; mass plantings in borders, along paths, or in hard-to-reach spots in the landscape Recommended Series: Blanket, Double Blanket, Hang Out, Supertunia, Tidal Wave, Velvet Top Pick for the Garden: Supertunia âPriscillaâ has light purple double blooms with deep purple veins. Like other ground covers, this cultivar grows quickly, with a mounding or trailing habit. Supertunia âPriscillaâ Supertunia âPriscillaâ is available from Proven Winners in four-packs of live plants from Home Depot. Tips for Choosing Petunias to Grow at Home Itâs all too easy to fall in love with a series or cultivar name, or opt for the first petunia plant in the color youâve been seeking to complement a scheme in your landscape. But go beyond whim and whimsy to find the very best type for your design or growing needs, and do your best to find out what will work best for your growing space before you buy. First, determine if your choice falls into a group that requires deadheading. Grandifloras and floribundas usually need their spent flowers to be removed to look tidy and keep blooming. !function(f,b,e,v,n,t,s) if(f.fbq)return;n=f.fbq=function()n.callMethod? n.callMethod.apply(n,arguments):n.queue.push(arguments); if(!f._fbq)f._fbq=n;n.push=n;n.loaded=!0;n.version='2.0'; n.queue=[];t=b.createElement(e);t.async=!0; t.src=v;s=b.getElementsByTagName(e)[0]; s.parentNode.insertBefore(t,s)(window, document,'script', ' fbq('init', '176410929431717'); fbq('track', 'PageView'); Source link

Grandifloras and floribundas usually need their spent flowers to be removed to look tidy and keep blooming. !function(f,b,e,v,n,t,s) if(f.fbq)return;n=f.fbq=function()n.callMethod? n.callMethod.apply(n,arguments):n.queue.push(arguments); if(!f._fbq)f._fbq=n;n.push=n;n.loaded=!0;n.version='2.0'; n.queue=[];t=b.createElement(e);t.async=!0; t.src=v;s=b.getElementsByTagName(e)[0]; s.parentNode.insertBefore(t,s)(window, document,'script', ' fbq('init', '176410929431717'); fbq('track', 'PageView'); Source link
