as soon as chan opens the passenger door to yn’s black BMW , he was immediately greeted with the smell of lavender and the sound of ‘the lakes’ playing. “finally , the great bang chan decides to arrive 7 minutes late.” yn says as she checks the time accompanied by a playful smirk. “you’re acting like you weren’t just late to your practice, and now you have to get dinner for everyone. so shut up and start driving.” chan retorts back in a quiet voice. even though he thought he said it quietly, yn could still hear it perfectly fine, seeing as he wasn’t as quiet as he thought. yn gasps dramatically as she says something about him being so sassy today, while she turns up her music and starts to drive to the cafe. “don’t even mention that tragic event again… they all want fried chicken and dumplings. and what’s even worse is that i have to drive them too! but hopefully the staff won’t let me drive, so maybe one of them will drive.” yn stops to take a breath then continues. “it’s horrible, they all act like hungry animals who have never eaten in their life when i have to pay for things.” yn continued. chan laughs at yn’s ‘tragic’ event as he opens his phone to be greeted with spam messages from the straykids groupchat.

a while later, they are still driving in the car with the only sounds being heard are; yn humming, taylor swift’s evermore album playing, and chan typing and occasionally laughing or sighing. that is until chan says, “your driving actually isn’t bad. i thought this was gonna be my revenge for not giving you lee knows number.” yn does a little shrug and says “nah, im not worried about that. anyways, how is your little mischievous undercover twitter account going?” chan stays silent for a while. “i dont know,” he murmured. “its not like i was actually trying to get followers or make friends. i just wanted see how and what stay were doing, buuuutt it seems like i never get what i want.” he finishes, before picking up his phone to check the account.

yn makes a confused face, but before she could ask a question chan changes the topic and says “turn left here, why aren’t you paying attention?” she softly hits him on the shoulder in a playful matter and says “oh im sorry sir chan, would you like to drive on the way back since you are so much better at driving than me?” she jokes. chan looks at her weird and says “maybe i will if you continue to risk me getting in a accident. i have to prepare for a comeback.” yn rolls her eyes and is about to say how her driving isn’t even bad, but they already made it to the cafe and she decides to stay quiet and focused to find parking.

a few minutes after, they found parking and are walking into the cafe with masks on so no one recognizes them. “could you order for us while i get seats?” yn pleaded. “there’s a certain seat i like to get in here and i want to take it before anyone gets it!” she says while getting her card out to give to chan. “ugh fine just go you loser.” he says playfully as yn smiles and goes to find the seat.

➳ hi i was just in the mood to write felix, i love him, that is all. ♡

you two spend practically every waking minute together

and when you’re not he’s spamming you with memes and funny tiktoks 

honestly 90% of your phone notifications is just felix tagging you in funny posts

you’d have like a million and one inside jokes with him just like the most obscure things that would always raise some eyebrows from the people around you

he was your other half really, whenever something exciting came up in your lives you immediately wanted to tell each other

felix would definitely have a bunch of pet names for you as well, just variations of your name, or teasing nicknames in relation to something embarrassing that happened to you

he can’t really pinpoint just when exactly he fell in love with you, because truthfully, you’ve always made his heart race with excitement, you’ve always made him grin so big his cheeks would hurt. 

he’s always been an affectionate person, cuddling with his friends, playing with their fingers mindlessly, he did it subconsciously, without much thought. but unlike when his fingers are twiddling with jisung’s or jeongin’s, with yours his skin feels lit aflame. his heart contracting when you push your back against his chest, nuzzling into his warmth.

he’s never felt the overbearing urge to kiss chan or minho before, but with you, it’s all he can think about really.

falling in love with you was possibly the easiest thing he’s ever done. he already thought about you throughout the majority of his day anyways. anticipating the next time you’ll be together, the next time you’d fall asleep on his chest and he’d pray you couldn’t hear how loud his heart was hammering in his chest.

he’d think about how hard he’d laugh at your overly dramatic expressions to the cookies he baked for you, how you always acted like they were god sent delicacies, which they were but felix was pretty humble about his knack for baking.

the way you always know what to say to him to get him to double over in uncontrollable giggles

his happiest memories are with you by his side, his best naps are always with you entangled in his arms, everything always funnier when you were by his side, laughing along with him

the moment it hits him like a ton of bricks though, is when you're animatedly telling him a story that is too hilarious for you to choke out without giggles interrupting every other second.

he hasn’t processed a single word you’ve said, his thoughts only filled with your laughter, such a wonderful sound, the way you smiled at him so unabashedly, just for him to take in and admire.

wow he’s really really in love with you huh.

with his heart pounding in his ears he’d lean in and kiss you, mid-sentence, and you’d be so taken aback that you couldn’t do anything but stare in disbelief as your best friend kissed you with so much fervor it winded you.

despite your lack of response, felix would be so overwhelmed with emotion he’d just cup your cheek and kiss you further, deepening the kiss with the tilt of his head, his lips slightly chapped but so warm and inviting you’re just about to kiss back before he pulled away once realization hits

his entire face burning crimson, and he’d just open his mouth and close it over and over again like a dead fish 

god he’s so cute 

“i-i … i can explain-” his eyes would search yours for some kind of response but your facial expression would be too difficult for him to decipher. his brain is panicking and going like a mile a minute because you’re still just looking at him with eyes all wide trying to process what happened because you swear a second ago you were telling him about your ridiculous coworker and the argument they had with a customer today but then he kissed you? and kissed you hard at that? 

“f-felix y-” he’d interrupt you immediately,

“w-wait listen- i’m sorry- i just, you look so cute when you smile and i love when you laugh and i think i’m in love with you sorry if that’s weird, or like, creepy, i didn’t mean to kiss you i-i- mean you just looked really really cute-” he’s blabbering on again and only seconds into his sentence, you’d give him that smile again, the one that leaves him breathless and he’d finally shut up not because he’s talking too much but because he kind of forgets how to function when you look so beautiful right before him. 

cupping his cheeks in your hands you’d rest your forehead against his, eyes flickering over the freckles that paint his cheeks before resting over his own that were filled with worry and guilt and so much love. he always looked at you like that, with so much love and affection and you cursed yourself inwardly for never noticing it until now.  

“you’re so stupidly adorable felix, if you wanted to kiss me you should’ve just said something.” you’d rub your thumb over his cheek gently, feeling the flustered heat radiating off from them and laughing softly to yourself. 

he’d blink, once then twice, opening his mouth again before closing it and yeah he was at a loss for words but he’d manage out a “i’m… just- wait what the fuck is happening-”

just like that any anxiety or worry that filled the air dissipated, you snort in disbelief at the situation, unable to hide your amusement as the two of you broke out into fits of giggles 

after a few moments, you’d catch your breath, managing to clarify “i like you too!”

nuzzling your nose against his and he’d just burn red all over again, a shy laugh escaping past his lips, he’d hide his face in the crook of your neck trying to calm his racing heart because wow his best friend liked him too? what the fuck happens now?

thinking on it for a while, he’d finally gain the courage to ask what’s lingering on his mind, “does that mean i can kiss you again?” his voice is all muffled because he’s still hiding against your neck, arms wrapped around your waist squeezing slightly in anticipation for your answer. 

you’d lift his head up by his chin, forcing him to meet eyes with you and the sight of him so flustered, hair disheveled and a dopey smile on his face, it was you this time overwhelmed with the overbearing urge to kiss him

so you did, and he wouldn’t waste a second to kiss you back, that grin of his interrupting the kiss every now and then, causing the kiss to become a bit messy and uncoordinated but it was perfect nonetheless

he’d be so elated he’d push you down on the couch and start kissing your face everywhere because let’s face it kissing you on the lips was just a clang of teeth at this point, neither of you capable of completing the ministration properly from excitement.

I wasn’t sure if I should post this but I mostly want it archived so here we go. This is from like,, September?

So. “An Innocent Sin” is a dumpster fire unlike anything I’ve ever seen. I don’t remember why I decided to read it. maybe I was crazy. Either way... I read it. It soon started to touch upon (very very outlandish) sexual abuse which I thought was interesting. (the angst, not so much some of the wack circumstances surrounding it)

ANYWAY. at some point... we have a flashback. And not just that. It has a gay character.

And it turns rly gay. which mind you, is still in a het smut manwha (that has a “gay” side couple, but still!)

And it destroyed me.

For those who want to read it because I genuinely think the flashback is a decent bit, it’s all the bonus chapters between chapter 77 and 78 I think. There’s a part before that too, but idk where exactly anymore. (It’s on lezhin! or your platform of choosing)

I don’t THINK you’ll need any other knowledge to get the flashback bit? but it’s been a while.

Look, I love them all but these have a special place in my heart.

Quackity, Slimecicle (I am fully aware he just joined but I still love him), Schlatt, Tubbo, Eret, AweSamdude, and Ponk.

They're just great in and out of character and just have comforting vibes.

when did you first start watching the smp and what made you get into it?

I gotten in during the Pogtopia era since it took me a while to get access to the streams.

I mainly gotten in with the Sad-ist War animatics along with me trying to catch up on Quackity's VODS. Just someone that I was already familiar with being an easier shift into story and learning others through him

what is your favourite part about watching the smp?

Just watching everyone interact with other and just seeing the plot progress in real time. Its literally just dnd but with extra steps but I enjoy it so much

The improv that they all do is amazing and how everyone have different approaches to their characters makes my writer's side so happy with dissecting everything.

What piece of cursed lore is your favourite

That Wilbur canonically fucked a fish and Philza canonically fucked a Samasung fridge and just seeing the fanbase try to change into something that will at least make a bit more sense.

Im included in this, I basically joined the side that has Sally being a mermaid shapeshifting pirate. Mainly because of pirate Fundy

Who is your favorite duo on the smp

Slimecicle and Ranboo: They're the same person but in different fonts, you can convince me otherwise

Schlatt and Quackity: They managed to be super funny together with all of the jokes and balanced with making a very realistic abusive relationship work. It was always fun seeing them flirt with each other for a joke then get hit with whiplash when canon comes in to remind me that this isnt healthy

Tubbo and Tommy: They're two dumbasses who share the same braincell but then they constantly lose it and Tubbo mainly has custody of it

Wilbur and Schlatt: I just enjoy seeing Schlatt messing with Wilbur and occasionally flirts with him to get Wilbur more pissed off

Who are your comfort streamers

Quackity and Slimecicle are comfort streamers

Eret, Fundy, and AweSamdude are my comfort people (meaning I dont watch them as much but I find comfort in their presence. And the other two are also under this category)

Who is your favorite character

Quackity due to how complex his character is and yet how it looks so simple

Schlatt because is just a villian who knows how to play the game without getting caught

Tubbo, watching him trying to be hopeful with everything destroy around him and he just slowly become used to everything going wrong

AweSamdude because he is just trying his best to be a father figure others and I just got family issues

Who do you think the best actor(s) on the smp

Imma skip over the ones that we all already said and get into the ones that dont get enough praise

Quackity: Just how he managed to make his character seem so basic but in reality its really complex. And just seeing the shift from him being a chaotic force of nature to being a serious character that is trying his best to reach something that has been hanging over his head is just *chefs kiss* and he always delivers amazing lines on the spot.

BadBoyHalo: He is doing great right now, even though he is a bit rusty with starting he still manages to get into character and stay in character the entire time. When slowly easing in, you can tell its a bit forced but once he finds his footing, he knows how to deliver his lines.

AweSamdude: His entire bit where he was getting rescued from the egg fucking hurt. How he sounded weak from the entire thing and tired to where he just wanted to rest was so well. And I know he can act more energetic when he was accidentally dragged into playing a cop during Quackity's and Bad's date

Fundy: You guys need to give him more praise for his acting because he is fucking amazing at it. The little touches to how he voice when speaks is so good along with his body language in game. He knows what he's fucking doing and I love him for that. And when he snapped, it made complete sense if you payed attention to his character

I didnt add Ranboo because he's automatically at the top section due to him being a dnd player. Same goes to Slimecicle even though he hasnt acted yet. I dont make the rules. You play dnd, you know how to act

What are your favorite quotes

I dont have favorite quotes, just dialog heavy scenes.

Before Doomsday, Quackity going to take his horse far away from L'Manberg, it being the one thing he cares about. It was just so good

The entire Schlatt and Quackity argument in front of the white house

The meeting between Schlatt and Quackity with Schlatt yelling out to him in a taunting way to where Tommy and Quackity are trying to figure out what happened to the tnt. I constantly rewatch it to feel the adrinaline pumping to feel something

Wilbur's slow descend into insanity and talking to Tommy. Just showing his paranoia and fears consuming him, him projecting his fears into Tommy as an attempt of manipulation, and his hero complex shift into villian one

Schlatt's winning speech of him projecting it as something that was bound to happen no matter what. The amount of charisma and confidence that was in his voice as I was watching Tommy hiding underground in fear was just a perfect scene

Tommy's argument with Dream when everyone is protecting Tommy. Its the small details of Tommy taunting Dream to kill him, knowing he wont no matter what. Him telling everyone to protect Tubbo and everyone listening without hesitation.

The debate that Quackity and Dream had for like 11 or 14 minutes. All of that was completely unprompted unscripted, it was just so satisfying seeing someone stand up against Dream for the first time and actually beating him. Sure it was in a verble conflict but it still counts as a defeat

Im sorry, but all of the Jackbox stream. You need a specific group of people to play together in order to actually make it funny and keeping the energy throughout the entire thing.

After a bit later, everyone has a tendency of pandering to the audience and repeat jokes. They managed to beat jokes to the ground faster than Tiktok AND Twitter.

Dont get me started with DreamTeam being in there. They're funny in thier own rights but the shipping jokes get so unfunny so quick and they dont know how bounce off of others well. The only exception to this is when Quackity, Velvet, and Ant were playing with Sapnap and Dream. And thats because they decided to mess with the straight white guys into accidently saying offensive shit and seeing those two suffer with trying tiptoe around was so amusing

Whats something about the smp fandom thay makes you sad

This doesnt get me sad, just frustrated and its mostly towards dsmptok and dsmptwt but sometimes this fandom doesnt fucking know how to analyze characters. Like when everyone jumped on Tubbo on being the bad guy when he was a kid trying to use old tatics that knows that worked before and stand up for himself

How when one person decides to do something that they believe is right, everyone just throws the term villian arc around

When one person does one good thing the suddenly everyone accepts into them being good and not ever looking into it.

For fucks sakes, I saw people keep saying that Quackity was turning into Dream or Wilbur and I just sat there being confused on how they conntected those dots that were in different books.

Its so frustrating to read through. But here on dsmpblr, you guys actually understand character analysis, are able to critique them and able to love whoever you enjoy.

Another thing is how this fanbase really puts everyone on a pedestal or objectify them. Just completely forgetting that they're human and treat the streamer as a character. Like, yeah they're playing up a persona whenever they're making content but theres a difference and you shouldn't hold them up like that.

You cant use the argument of "They're young, they dont know any better", when I first entered my first fandom (I was like 11/12), I fully understood that theres a boundary between me and the creator. What they are on screen is a persona but they're still human and I should treat them as such. Its just something that bugs me and its unnerving to see whenever people start getting wierd about it

Final bit is just how the twitch chat acts. They all force the streamer to follow the 'main' plot of it being Tommy or Techno or whoever the fandom chooses to have a favorite, completely ignoring the fact that they are their own character. No one wants to meta game because where is the fun in that but the fucking chat gets so annoying when the streamer goes against fanfavorite of the week. It drains the fun of it being multiple pov's and different characters.

When Slimecicle was barely starting stream I saw so many people spam "Go with Ranboo" and not let him even get into lore first. I hated that I knew it was coming but it was still so fucking frustrating seeing them try to boss him around. Please just let people live outside of the 'main' plot, not everything revolves around your favorites. Now shut the fuck up and let them play

a lot of the way the interactions in doomsday unfold are honestly BECAUSE tsukki and the reader are (i mean first of all, theyre tsukki and the reader with all that comes with) fully aware that:

they have abt a full day of life left

theres nothing that can be done to elongate that time or avoid death altogether

its not like some young adult novel where a group of ragtag teenagers save the world; its the tale of two adults who have had time to come to terms with the fact that their lives and the lives of everyone they know will end soon (and once again everything that THAT comes with). its why i rlly enjoyed juxtaposing the nice weather w the crippling realization of their own mortality 🕺🏻🕺🏻🕺🏻

IM SO GLAD YOU POINTED THIS ONE OUT!! this is EASILY one of my favorite parts of the whole fic mostly bc its something i go thru a lot? like im the definition of that tweet abt never making any damn sense but ESP when it comes to my i love yous or other serious things...i say it a lot and yes i mean it every time! but sometimes i MEAN it and i never quite know how to properly express that kinda thing. 

i think its especially big for the reader in the context of the world ending and in the context of their relationship with tsukishima to have that moment of transparency and complete sincerity for the EXACT reasons you described!!!

"It’s hollow; neither of you have been under the delusion that this was anything but." u said u werent sure about his characterisation but this screams tsukki to me. cuz hes blunt and i dont think he would lie to himself about something like this especially. and even when she tries just for a moment to pretend, he just shows her /no, its ok, this is the truth and we have to die with it/... nah it vibes dude. hes such a interesting character for this idea too? because hes not sappy or anything +

so his tears hurt so much more... oof. "This is my goodbye, he says with more than words." this just... i have so many feelings about this. cuz to me hes totally someone who shows affection through small actions when he cant find the words to match his emotions? so this is like a 4-book-saga laying out his emotions cuz he doesnt quite have the words to say it out loud and theyre out of time. its desperate, but not sad desperate? like its the end but its just him making sure shes knows everything 

ok first of all THANK YOU for saying that bc i wrote him being more vulnerable than i think we rlly see in any tsukki not like ... in junior high LMAO and immediately after i felt my characterization alarms ringing ... like yk those natural disaster alarms? thats the vibe...

but i had one of those Moments where i was no longer the one writing and it was the characters themselves just telling me what to say and how to say it nsfsfsd so im rlly glad it worked! and tbh when the concept first grabbed me by the collar i was juggling a few different characters around in my head but i think i made the right choice in the end. its like you said -- hes not a particularly sappy type and hes always been more grounded in reality imo than some of the other characters (another contender for this fic was akaashi but i realized i do NOT have any solid grasp of his character that isnt from fandom interpretation which is a double edged sword tbh)

and honetly i was ok until "If you’re going to take me out, do it in style, you’d said to him, once. So he does." and then i was all of a sudden crying. and the "stripped down to your bare selves" like theyre just being incinerated together and IM- NO WRODS JUST FEELINGS. i think the best thing about this is how unrushed it feels? and it hurts and its aching but they Know. +

and theyve come to some form of peace with it so when it does come, they can focus on eachother and not the end oh im gonna cry again. this was so gracefully put together, thank u for this. i might reread it and cry again, amazing work 😭💕

i didnt touch on it above bc i wanted to do it here but yes!!!! the absolute fucking DESPERATION felt by both parties in that last minute (which idk if you read my tags on the fic proper but 11:59 was originally one segment before i took those last couple paragraphs and made them the very last second ... i think i made the right choice? it rlly does scream FINAL to me) is SO poignant. all of the walls and hidden meanings fall away because in the end theyre all they have left, dying in each others arms at the very end of it all.
