Also for the record if any of these people are problematic I don’t know about it or what happened my entire YouTube feed for the past six years has been Reddit stories and video essays I use for background noise when I draw so if I mention someone sucky I’m sorry I haven’t consumed their content since at least middle school

For starters, I think Emma, Millard, and Horace avoid it altogether out of principle. Emma and Horace because people are stupid and they cannot believe this is what modern entertainment is and Millard because he has ruined many videos by pointing out every inaccuracy he could find and he got sick of the cesspool of misinformation that is the internet.

Jacob has been watching Minecraft videos since the beginning of the damn site. Specifically he discovered iHasCupquake and DanTDM a couple years after joining the loop and now when he’s bored and in a time with internet access he watches Minecraft Oasis and DanTDM’s Custom Mod Adventures on repeat. Noor is the exact same way, but with life hack videos very obviously aimed at middle school girls that have stuff like painting staples with nail polish and sneaking candy into class via empty glue sticks. Think Wengie and SaraBeautyCorner. They actually grew up with this so it’s more about the nostalgia than anything else

Enoch likes history videos. And videos about games like War Thunder and World of Tanks. He also likes Vine compilations, discovered when Jacob and Noor were quoting vines to each other and Enoch joined with them having absolutely zero knowledge he even knew what that was. (Horace also begrudgingly knows what Vine was, but instead of saying “yeah I sure hope it does” to Enoch’s “road work ahead???” he goes “I hate you and everything you stand for” and Enoch laughs.)

Olive, Claire, and Bronwyn watch Gacha Life/Club/whatever the fuck they’re on now I don’t know anymore music videos and Vine compilations. Bronwyn is here for quality control. (Bronwyn’s favorite YouTube series is Rosanna Pansino’s Nerdy Nummies series, even though she has no idea what any of the references are. What she does know is that she showed Jacob the Angry Birds cupcakes and he demanded they be made that exact day.)

Hugh is fascinated by all this but has little to no idea what’s going on. He did however get very invested in Sanders Sides and is very impatiently waiting with me for Orange to be revealed.

Fiona also doesn’t know what’s going on but she thinks Warrior Cats AMVs and multi-animator projects are INSANE she loves them and gets very sad when Noor is helping her look them up and they find out yet another creator is problematic

Ok so! I have zero plan for how I’m writing this (probably a bad thing) but here is a post explaining (??) Angela Gearlooose and her backstory/lore !

This is Lengthyyyyyyyy I didn’t mean for it to be but yeah

for starters, she exists within the headcanon/au in which Scrooge is Gyro’s adoptive father and where Gyro lived and grew up with Donald, Della and Scrooge. Angela was hatched before Della had and hatched Huey, Dewey and Louie. Della and Donald were ecstatic to be her aunt/uncle but no one was as excited as Scrooge was to become a Grandpa.

The plan was that Gyro would raise Angel in the mansion alongside HDL when they hatched with the help of Scrooge, Donald and Della but this did not happen after the Spear Of Selene. Obviously they all went their separate ways (Gyro obviously still works with McDuck Ind. but his close relationship to his family is no longer intact) and didn’t really have any contact with each other (I say really as for Gyro, Scrooge is just of arms reach but again aren’t as close).

Gyro raises Angel on his own somewhat and I’ve played with multiple ideas which I’ll talk about but I’ll talk about the original ideas first!

The first and original idea was that if Gyro was far to busy, he would drop Angel off at the mansion and she would spend the day there under the watchful eyes of Beakley (i stan Gyro and Beakley friendship they are real, in this I’d imagine Gyro and Bentina already know each other -with him being a McDuck ofc- and she is quite fond of him, their relationship being kind of grandmother-grandson / mother-son if that makes sense) . While at the mansion, she would also make and be good friends with Webby (I think Webby is a bit older than the triplets canonically so they’d be the same age).

Whenever at the Mansion, Angel tries her best to stay out of Scrooge’s way, she doesn’t know her relation to him yet but she feels as if she’s a bit of a burden in the mansion and that she’s always intruding when she is there so she tries to keep her head down and be respectful. As for Scrooge, I feel he wouldn’t want to address Angela, like let her know who he is, build an actual relationship at all (yet) because are you kidding me bro didn’t even do that for HDL the only reason that happened was because of Beakley and their trouble making. Not to say that I don’t think Beakley wouldn’t urge him to get to know Angel (she probably would as like I said she did the same with the triplets) but yeah Angel and Scrooge keep their distance and Angel doesn’t know how or even the fact that they’re connected.

The way she comes across the knowledge that he is her Grandfather is through Webby (because she knows everything McDuck). The way it went in my original lore explanation I made on my Instagram highlights was really lame but briefly (although yes this is basically it) it was:

Webby: how come you get so quiet and reclusive whenever Mr McDuck is around?

Angela: I don’t know, he’s an adult I don’t know, it’s respectful I guess.

Webby: wait what? But he’s your Grandpa

Angela: he’s my what.

She nervously and quietly asks Gyro about it and Gyro’s shocked because he didn’t really like tell her much about their past and other family as it basically has just been the two together as a family (looking back now it’s kinda dumb I had this because Gyro is a genius and his daughter is friends with the McDuck obsessed kid also Angela literally sometimes stays at the home of said McDuck but whatever). His explanation is just a vague ‘I’m sorry I’ve kept so much about our family from you, it’s hard to explain, something bad happened a long time ago and that’s why their family is like this (mysterious n broken lol) and Scrooge doesn’t mean to be the way he is and it’s just complicated’. I imagined that as a child and because she doesn’t know a lot about the situation and she doesn’t know any better, Angel would have like a tiny voice in her head that’s trying to convince her that she’s to blame for the rapture of her family but yeah 👍👍👍 that was the original idea.

One of the ideas I’ve played with was Launchpad helping Gyro out with raising Angel and become like an uncle figure to her (bc I also believe in Lp gyro friendship 💪💪). I feel Gyro’d just want to to do everything on his own (bc 1) being so hurt from everything and 2) being so stubborn) and, bc Lp is nearby -him working for Scrooge as well- Launchpad wants to be friends and eventually learns about Angela and wants to help. At first it’d be just Lp offering small favours (like offering to drive, hold things -perhaps if Gyro’s got a lot on his hands literally idk 😭😭- offering to bring things down to the lab, offering to buy him anything he needs, offering to watch Angel for a sec, etc.), to which Gyro refuses time and time again until one day he reluctantly accepted, much to Launchpad’s surprise. With Lp watching Angel Gyro would be extremely reluctant and hesitant (giving Launchpad’s clumsy nature) but he lets it happen and nothing goes wrong (maybe a broken cup or something that makes Gyro freak out if Angel’s ok for a bit before the reassurance that she’s fine from Lp) and he let’s Lp look after her more and they become closer and very much like family, the first family Gyro’s had kinda of like??? ‘Around’ ig since the spear of Selene

There’s more ideas but this post is already too long so ig I’ll talk abt it another day

So this is it lol 😭😭 this is probably really bad bc I don’t usually do stuff like this but like I realise I never actually share my oc lore to any places so it’s good have something down ig

Also I said in a post before that Gyro still works an unhealthy amount (coping ig) but finds a way to do it while caring for Angel I’ll link it here when I can lol

Edit: forgot to add but Angel spends most her freetime in the lab w her dad (idk if that’s important but ya)

Halloween was creeping around the corner quickly then people thought. People out buying costumes and decorations, only thing was when Halloween was arriving quick, the demons would also get out to play but nobody belived in demons right? It was all just spooky demon costumes and in movies, nobody thought Halloween was scary anymore, it was all about fun and candy. People used to be afraid before it was cute and stuff.

This could be fixed simply now that a certain someone was set free without being able to be stopped by his creator.

After all EVERYONE loves Halloween right? :)

Ah, Halloween, arguably one of the best holidays, and definitely one of Wilfords favorites! He loved the atmosphere, all the young ones running about collecting candy in their bags, the well made displays on front lawns, the wonderfully crafted costumes, he loved it all! And it was the one day of the year where he could go out in public and buy absurd amounts of candy without looking like he had a problem!

That was what he did right now, walking out of the grocery store with a cart full of nothing but various candies and sweets for him to enjoy. What could possibly go wrong?

first things first --- can we talk about how epic that music festival was? for all the performers and presenters, WOW, you blew up my mind. and for the rest, everyone was looking so gorgeous that i kept falling in love with everyones outfits every five minutes. on a not so happy note --- not so sure how many of you are Formula 1 fans but today’s race was a shitshow, proud of Carlos Sainz but overall just a shit show. for the rest... i’m finally free from all work related compromises so who wants to suggest me some places to visit, shows to watch, new hobbies or just stuff to do? @hfrpstarters​

The leggy blonde looked herself over in the mirror as she brushed through her long blonde locks, she was going over to Tyler’s place to discuss some gear making and to hang out with him a little bit. She didn’t know him too well, he seemed like a pretty quiet guy who kept to himself but after last time - she wanted to get to know him a lot better. It sounded silly but he was very attractive out there in the ring -- she couldn’t quite put her finger on it but it excited her in more than one way. 

Blake had on a white sleeveless crop top and a flower print skirt with some white sneakers to tie the look together, she pushed her lips together as she applied some baby pink lip gloss to her lips, rubbing them together, taking one last look at herself before deciding she was satisfied with her look for the night. She grabbed her phone and keys, walking out to her car, before taking off she sent Tyler a text message letting him know she was on her way. 

The blonde put in the address given to her GPS system and drove for about twenty minutes before arriving at his place, parking her car in the driveway, she took a deep breath. She felt anxious for some reason and she really wasn’t sure why? It wasn’t like there were any expectations laid out for them for the evening, she was just going over to show him some gear ideas she had sketched up for him, and to hang out. She couldn’t deny that she found Tyler to be extremely attractive though, he had a certain swagger to him and the way he carried himself intrigued Blake. She wanted to know more about him.  She still felt little butterflies in her stomach, rolling her eyes she walked across the pavement to the front door. Bringing her hand up to knock a few times before letting her arm drop down to her side once again.

He sighed to himself, he needed a vacation just for a couple of years. Running around for hours serving drunken fools, stopping a bar fight or two, knocking back a couple himself. Day in and day out for over a hundred years and he wouldn't have it any other way.

Hearing the ding signalling someone coming into the bar, Jinki waved his hand in the air from where he laid. “Hey I’m sorry but we’re closed, unless you’re a cute then come on in….or a robber than this is a church leave this holy space”

Closed Starter | Bryce & Ryan

Bryce came from a family that was far from traditional, but even then Christmas was always a somewhat enjoyable time for him. With this Christmas season being the first outside of deployment since he was enlisted, he was even more into the spirit; and having Ryan as a roommate simply just added onto all of that. The two had just went out and got a tree for their apartment, in which Bryce had been in charge of setting it up in their living room area while Ryan attempted to organize all of the ornaments she had previously bought. “Okay, I think the tree is all fluffed out enough, and it’s pre-lit too. Are we feeling the white lights, the colored lights, or the white lights that fade into the colored lights?” He asked pressing the button on the small remote to show the blonde their options. @ryanmillermu​

     Kaya didn’t expect to witness a bar fight, but it happened and she wasn’t complaining. It was usually quite fun to watch. One guy punching the other, and why? She had no idea, and probably neither did everyone else know. Those two guys seemed quite drunk.

     “Yeah, get him!“ she cheered as she was enjoying it. It took her a moment, but as they fought, she noticed the leather armor one of the guys were wearing. “Oh hey, that’s mine!“ Kaya called in excitement, but the joy was short lived as a beer mug was flying right at her, which she dodged the last moment.

Rental Week || Quinten, Dhani, Daisy

The only way that Quinten could possibly imagine what Daisy was feeling, was thinking about how it felt when Ophelia had left the island. That made it an easy decision to rent her for a week so that at least she would be with Dhani to help support her. He was pleased that he had managed to set out rules that convinced the Headmaster to let him rent Daisy. He let Dhani know what was going on with a grin before heading over to the cells to pick up Daisy. He greeted the others as he passed before stopping in front of Daisy’s cell. “Ready to go?” He asked, giving her a soft smile since the guards weren’t looking.
