Xigbar : Hm?

Lain : Duo!

Xigbar : Well now, congratulations on reaching here. I'm impressed that you actually made it this far. Your girl is on the Altar.

Duo : Xigbar! Tell me this! Answer my questions! Why is the Ohkuboverse doing this to Real World AU?

Xigbar : Let me tell something, robot geek. The Ohkuboverse that fans call it, is all just an illusion, there's no such thing as madness, or perhaps that word Madness kept saying it, would be a reference to the 2006 War movie 300, Madness was originated from a place called Greeks. To think that the evil forces from Soul World were all a complete a diversion for the galactic conquest of Demon Vibe's dream. Soul World created by Shinra, Death putting the blame on witchkind, protecting innocence from the evil forces, all of those were a complete setup by their author. The author of their world was only playing Japan with weirdness and stupidity, he made up the ohkuboverse so that he would impress Japan, Fullmetal Alchemist's author, and the world itself. The lies that Shinra Kusakabe given to Maka and the heroes of Soul World had been under the influence of him, his son was using them to exterminate Ashley's people in response of annhilating all factions around the real world and monopolizing political power!

Duo : That's what Shinra Kusakabe came up with? So the witches from Soul World were being used by the heartless as a scapegoat!? And the Meisters...?

Xigbar : That's right, hombre! Maka, the meisters, the weapons of DWMA their selves, they have all been pawns to the Devil himself, Shinra. He fooled the whole world just to get the heartless's attention so that Demon Vibe would never suspected his "real" intentions of destroying Real World AU. Can't say, they all thought Shinra's grandson, Asura, the was the destruction, and I realized that he created a heartless of himself just to fool Maka, the real Asura Kusakabe was betrayed by his own son, by getting killed by the hands of Necrodeus' minions in order to prevent the Heartless beings getting their hands on destroying the legacy.

Duo : Heh. I guess that Maka Albarn person was never involved of protecting the legacy, so I guess that means Kimial Diehl was in undercover to expose the dark truth of Soul Eater. So the reason that she never knew about her ancestor, Inca, because she did knew about Inca, she's the relative of that woman who was executed by the Time Eater in the Ohkuboverse 1000 years ago. That's just playing kooky crazy!

Xigbar : Kooky crazy it is! But far from it.

*flashback*

[Hidden Memories - Yutaka Minobe]

Xigbar : When Truth from FMA heard the whole thing from Shinra Kusakabe, Truth figured it out that Maka Albarn has been a fool to Shinra's Influecne, the same influence that kept spreading even further, unfortunately for the Gorgon Sister, the Gorgon Witch Trio grew and grew more Jealously over the Shinra himself, so they made a deal with the heartless to create doppelgangers from their hearts in order to overthrow the Kusakabe Legacy before they were double crossed and imprisoned in the coffins for more than 800 years, that's what led Kimial and the witches to become detectives influenced by Truth itself. Kimial's descent into Meisterhood was not the witches' very own hot cup of tea and was contracted with the powers of Shattered Resonance, the power gifted from her own ancestor.

*flashback ends*

Duo : So the reason why witches from Soul Eater were involved, because the Gorgon Witch Sisters grew jealousy over the years, they revealed that Inca nearly betrayed her humanity just for Darkness, for Demon Vibe as well?!

Lain : Now I understand why Soul Eater exists, the ruler of Shadow Realm has been watching over Real World AU for a long period time after his defeat by Angel Vibe, he wanted that dream so that he could become the ruler of the Galaxy, but Angel Vibe foiled his plans before it was turned into a rocky heart-shaped satellite.

Duo : ...Kingdom Hearts.

Xigbar : So now you know. DWMA's goal don't involve the morals of Shinra, the DWMA involves of winning wars against the heartless! That is the reason for Soul Eater's existence! But enough is enough, time for us to cut the chatter! First thing's first, I will give the challenge in order to save Lain Iwakura. I have found out that another Heartless Doppelganger has taken form of a giant lizard that tried to destroy the planet during the Space Colony ARK incident. This is the exact for Gerald's madness! Come on out! Big Brother of the Edgelord, the Biolizard!

*BIOLIZARD ROAR*

*DBZ SFX : Wall Hit/Crash*

Duo : NGH! Hmph! Wha-!? This is the Big Brother?

[Supporting Me (Biolizard Theme) - Fumie Kumatani & Heigo Tani]

"BIOLIZARD : PROTOTYPE OF THE ULTIMATE LIFE"

Xigbar : This would be prove entertaining. You'll watch your husband fighting a giant lizard like that, he'll be packing up a punch!

(Battle Begins)

Duo : This thing has the power to be that strong? So this is what the Robotnik's kept hiding the truth, must've been one of the ARK'S dark secrets to Mobius. I'm gonna be lizard food if that thing tries to eat to me from the mouth! But how on earth am I going to stop this creature from chasing me? *DING!* That's it! It's life support system on it's back! I'll just grind on the pipe from it's mouth and hit the life support system in the center! That's good idea! (Grinds on the pipe to attack the Life Support)

*RUMBLING+BIOLIZARD ROARS IN PAIN*

Lain : It's working! That should be the only weakness! Try to stay and fight and be careful! You never mess a man that is strong as a consort!

Xigbar : Heh! Typical! Only the Ultimate Life Form could defeat his brother twice after the incident, but how in the world is he that quick! There's no way an individual could go against a giant lizard like that in one fight!

Lain : Because, I called him a consort and he is the one that saved my life!

Duo : Right! That's what I heard from a girl wired girl like you. [avoids the Biolizard's energy sphere attacks by dodging up and down] Ha! Not even those attacks could stand against me!

Lain : Watch out from the sphere attacks!

Duo : Don't worry! I got this!

Xigbar : Impressive! This Gundam dude has some moves! Unbelievable! He's even way incredible then the Biolizard himself!

Duo : Now's my chance to attack him now! [grinds on the pipe and attacks the Life support system]

*BIOLIZARD ROARS IN PAIN*

Duo : Bitchin'! How do you like that!?

(during mid-battle)

Duo : Ha! He's almost weaking. His health bar will be reaching to ready any moment.

Xigbar : You might be the first human to battle the big brother, but can big brother do this?

*RUMBLING+PERFECT CHAOS ROAR*

Duo : What!? It can use balls to attack me!?

Lain : *sweatdrop* Hope you didn't come up with that one.

Duo : I might get across on the balls to attack the life support system!

Lain : That's a good idea, he doesn't have the balls to beat you, but you do have the balls to beat that sucker down! Now let him have a good a beatdown!

Duo : Right! (attacks the life support system)

*BIOLIZARD ROARS IN PAIN*

Duo : Alright! The health bar is reaching to red]

Xigbar : Looks like we'll just have turn the tables wide.

*RUMBLING+PERFECT CHAOS ROAR*

Duo : Woah, woah, woah, woah!

Lain : Yaaaaah!

Duo : He's shifting Zero Gravity! Now this is my last chance to defeat him, but I gotta make sure that I won't get hit by the balls! Prepare for another defeat, giant lizard horror of science! Time to make you go out of the ballpark! HAAAAAAAAH! (attacks the life support system one last time)

*RUMBLING+BIOLIZARD ROARS IN PAIN*

*DBZ SFX :Wall Hit/Crash*

Lain : Yes! We did it, Duo!

Duo : Easy as lemon pie!

Lain : Duo, say the thing. Everyone's watching you defeating the lizard.

Duo : Alright, if you say so, dear. [clears throat]

At least Panty and Stocking ended with a tease of more to come...It just took 12 years for an announcement to actually confirm that, yes, another Panty and Stocking project was coming.

It is going on 15 years for Soul Eater, and the fans are reading into "more merch" as "definitely a new anime coming."

...12...15...

Good God, even when the fans cling onto hope, Soul Eater still gets screwed over: longer wait, and just a promise of merch, not even unambiguous confirmation that a new project is coming.

And yet, so many people are reading so much into this morsel of information ("REBOOT IS COMING") that is so not confirmed yet.

It's like there is this concern that somehow the fandom is dying, so we have to cling onto the hope for more "official" content--when, you know, the fans are still out there, re-watching, re-reading, making more content themselves.

You know, when I made this back in 2013--
