The drama of the 2.10 Roller Jam really hits. Like Jazmín showing up in the same costume as Ámbar after all the times she tried to show her, Adrenaline showing up to surprise everyone but also carrying all their baggage with Fer trying to get Matteo and Ramiro trying to prevent it and also Pablo seething in the bg, and Matteo and Luna seeing each other since the “reveal” (even my usual Lutteo hating self is sat for it)

Then the costumes? The Ramiro/Matteo/Gaston three musketeers, Jim & Yam’s Yin and Yang, Roller Bands punk costumes, Luna also just looks stunning (in the most unbelievable trash art Mora put together but we’ll suspend our disbelief)

Soy Luna Season 2 Episodes 69-80 Thoughts

Okay these might be a bit scattered because I binged these episodes and then went on a date yesterday, so it's not as fresh in my mind as I'd like

Can't say I didn't see the Simbar falling out but it's still rough. It is sad how Ambar did really change thanks to Simon but Simon not believing in her caused her to act exactly how everyone expected her to.

Matteo's actions are so inconsistent and annoying that I cannot support him with Luna in any sense. She's given him so many chances to just be nice to her and things would work out, but he just doesn't and acts all pouty

Rey being the one to reveal the truth after he has no reason to be loyal to Sharon is fitting

The flashback of Lili and Sharon's argument which started the fire was a nice addition. It is Sharon's fault, why is she writing a love letter to Bernie years after he's been with Lili and has a kid with her???

Also I know part of it is having an actress in her early 30s playing Lili vs current Sharon (who's clearly in her early 50s) playing flashback Sharon, but no wonder Bernie picked Lili lmao. She's beautiful and based on how everyone talks about her, her personality is way more sensible and endearing

The Sliders are super cringey and kinda accurate (in personality) to how random edgelord teenagers acted in 2016 minus the goth makeup and clothing lmao

Sharon is such a piece of shit, and I love seeing her in her full-blown villain monologues about how she deserves everything because Lili "stole" Bernie from her and how Luna is "stealing" her fortune. She doesn't deserve shit. It is kinda funny how she packed up and ran the moment she saw Bernie and Luna 100% reunite as family members despite them not even having a full conversation yet.

This Red Sharks plotline is so annoying and seeing Mathias back as another skeevy man is not the Violetta actor return I wanted. Santi Owen felt weird, and this feels even weirder

THAT LUMON MOMENT AT THE END, WHY ARE YOU BRINGING IT BACK AFTER BARELY MAKING IT A THING IN SEASON 2 AT ALL??

Si no me abandonan los recuerdos, a las 0 horas de este día estaba escuchando música en mi cama. No sé en qué momento caí dormida. A las 8 de la mañana sonó la alarma que puso la Mariana del día anterior, la que escuchaba música y no supo a qué hora se quedó dormida. Se le ocurrió que sería buena idea madrugar un sábado. Aplacé la alarma media hora más.

Una vez leí que, al quedar dormidos, nos morimos por un instante; despertar es un renacer, una resurrección. Apenas son las 9 de la mañana y ya me he muerto dos veces en este día. Si recapitulo, a las 12 de la madrigada existió una Mariana melómana, somnolienta, que se recuperaba de la socialización de un viernes activo (había despedido a un amigo que se muda a los Estados Unidos; había celebrado el cumpleaños de un conocido del que conoce poco pero sabe que, al menos, cae bien; había recibido en su casa a su mejor amigo y, tras discutir temas de negocios, le preparó café y pan con mermelada; había ido a la Universidad y había aguantado una clase de Historia por cuatro horas, de 8 a 12 del día; recordaba el mito de un rey, de un toro, de un laberinto y de unas tablas de piedra que permanecen encriptadas).

La segunda Mariana vivió por menos de media hora, le estalló un brotecito de rabia en el pecho: la habían hecho madrugar. Ella cree que se merece media hora más de sueño. En todo caso, ¿qué se hace un sábado a las 8?

La tercera soy yo, por ahora. Voy a vivir lo que me dure este día, y el sol va a marcar mi partida, y la luna mi locura. Me paré de la cama y fui a la cocina. Estaba hecha un caos, situación usual en este hogar. Puse agua a hervir mientras lavaba los platos de una comida que me perdí por estar en la calle: un vaso que había contenido yogur de fresa; pequeñas gotas de aceite en la superficie del plato; cubiertos que aún dan pistas de su uso… Mi preocupación ahora es que todo quede impoluto, listo para nuevas comidas. La recompensa: la primera taza de café del día.

Con la taza en la mano regreso a mi cama, cojo mi diario, un lapicero, y comienzo a escribir esto. Mi madre entra y me cuenta que mi hermana se muda (de nuevo) el 29 de este mes. Más mudanzas. Me pregunta el motivo de mi madrugada (me conoce bien, sabe que no suelo hacer esto). Se me había olvidado decirle que Isabela venía a San Pedro. El ideal de lo que pasará en este día estuvo rondándome por la mente desde que planeamos este encuentro. Sería una recompensa para ambas, una vacación de la vida académica que solemos repeler. Isabela vendría y hablaríamos de poetas medellinenses, de Charly García, de la filología.

En mi vida y en mis escritos trato de omitir tanto como sea posible los periodos de espera, y por eso no creo necesario contar lo que hice mientras Isabela estaba en el trayecto Medellín-San Pedro. Pero llegó, como a la 1, y el punto de encuentro fue el lugar donde el martes probablemente estaré leyendo esto. Pedimos una pizza, compramos un six pack de Club Colombia (la dorada), y caminamos, bajo el sol, hasta la periferia elevada, donde nadie molestara: un descampado por Vista Hermosa, en el que la mierda de vaca se esconde entre la hierba alta, y hay dos árboles altos, y hay vistas panorámicas de todo el pueblo.

Ojalá pudiera detenerme en detalles de la conversación, pero me impide la brevedad impuesta a este escrito (y la mala memoria). Recuerdo la conmoción que nos provocó la belleza del lenguaje; ella incluso derramó lágrimas. Y la conversación se nos escapaba de las manos; estábamos tejiéndola, pero nuestra naturaleza parlanchina, volátil… femenina, anudaba la hebra y había que retroceder para recordar dónde habiamos empezado. «¿Yo por qué estaba hablando de esto?», seguramente fue la frase más repetida.

Aún era de día cuando nos retiramos. Coincidimos en que sería delicioso un café con algún postre. Recuerdo que bajamos por San Judas y volteamos hacia el parque. Era la segunda vez que Isabela venía al pueblo. No sé ese café con temática griega se convertirá en una tradición cada vez que me visite. ¿Qué tradiciones tendremos cuando ella me lleve de la mano por el centro de Medellín? ¿Será posible en la ciudad mantener una tradición como se hace en el pueblo?

Ya de noche y con algo de dulce en el cuerpo, fuimos por algo salado: Doritos y papitas de limón. Compramos dos paquetes grandes y nos sentamos en cualquier banca del parque a devorarlos. Todavía cargábamos tres latas de cerveza. No me acuerdo si en ese momento nos tomamos otra. Le sugerí ir a tomar otro café en el bar donde ponen rock y que tiene, entre otros tantos cuadros, uno de Jim Morrison. Estaba sonando Enjoy the silence de Depeche Mode cuando nos fuimos, a las 8 y cuarto. El último bus probablemente se iría pronto.

La acompañé hasta la terminal. Me dio la última lata de cerveza, que un no me he bebido. Estuve un rato en mi casa. Entonces me invitaron a salir de nuevo. Una despedida siempre precede a saludos. ¿En qué parte de la carretera estaría Isabela cuando regresé al mismo bar pero con otros amigos? Puede que ni ella misma supiera; puede que se haya quedado dormida. En el bar, pero ya en otros asientos y con otras personas (Samuel, Allen, Matías), pedí la misma cerveza, esta vez en su versión embotellada.

No sé por cuánto tiempo estuvimos ahí, alzando las voces por sobre la música. Les pedía que nos quedáramos un rato más para ver si ponían una canción conocida. Nunca sucedió. Allen, el trabajador, pagó las bebidas, y andamos. Caminamos sin rumbo por el pueblo. Al recapitular los hechos para escribir esto, me parece evidente el cambio de tono de la noche con respecto a lo que aconteció durante el día. Uno nunca puede saber hacia dónde lo va a llevar un sábado (porque un sábado, o al menos uno memorable, es imposible que resulte en un domingo); uno engulle, fuma, esnifa, se inyecta su vicio de preferencia en el rincón sucio de confianza, y así comienza el sábado. Bueno, esa es la ley implícita de las juventudes.

Terminamos en el skatepark vacío, jugando en los columpios o a calcular y comparar nuestros pesos en los sube y baja. Hacía frío, hacía sueño. Decidimos irnos cada uno para nuestras casas. Matías me acompañó a la mía. Supongo que el ciclo se repite de nuevo: me puse los audífonos, reproduje cualquier canción, de cualquier álbum, de cualquier artista. Y me quedé dormida. Sucedió lo nunca querido: el despertar del domingo.

Huilo Huilo, le Disneyland de la nature

Hola todos,

On en rêvait, on l'a fait : la réserve naturelle de Huilo Huilo. Ce lieu encensé par beaucoup de chiliens est une immense réserve naturelle située à une heure de Panguipulli, dont seule une infime partie est accessible. Surplombée par deux hôtels 5 étoiles à l'architecture très originale, cette réserve m'a laissé un goût un peu amer en bouche.

(Cette deuxième photo n'est pas de moi car l'hôtel en bois n'était pas accessible sans réservation, mais c'est pour vous donner une idée des deux bâtiments).

Depuis mon séjour à Santiago j'attendais avec impatience de pouvoir aller à Huilo Huilo, on ne m'en avait dit que du bien. En arrivant sur place nous nous sommes donc empressés de prendre le "full pack Chucao", permettant d'avoir un accès à toutes les entrées du parc sur 5 jours.

Le 1er jour était le meilleur. Nous sommes entrés par le "portal Huilo Huilo", en route pour la plus longue de toutes les randonnées que nous avons fait dans le parc. Le sentier, bien que très aménagé, nous a guidé au milieu d'une forêt assez sauvage (même si déforestée par des canalisations et chemins touristiques à certains endroits). Nous avons pu observer de très jolies cascades et nous promener sans croiser trop de monde. C'était très agréable. Rien à voir avec la folie du glacier de Villarrica, mais très plaisant tout de même.

Les jours suivants n'ont malheureusement pas étés à la hauteur du premier. Nous avons fait deux autres portals : "La Leona" et "Cuevas volcánicas" (cette dernière étant la préférée des employés du parc). Nous nous sommes alors retrouvés dans de courtes balades (1h maximum), REMPLIES de touristes, amenant à une grotte volcanique, une cascade sous laquelle les visiteurs pouvaient passer et un mirador donnant sur une dernière cascade.

Premier gros point noir : les déchets. J'ai été effarée de constater qu'au pied du mirador de la dernière cascade se trouvait un amas de canettes de sodas, de bouteilles en plastique et de mégots de cigarettes. Nous avons aussi croisé quelques déchets sur les autres sentiers, mais cet endroit était le pire. Les touristes n'ont clairement aucun respect pour le lieu, malgré les multiples panneaux incitants à emporter ses poubelles avec soi.

Deuxième problème : la sensation d'être à Disneyland. Pour passer sous la cascade, par exemple, il fallait patienter derrière une longue file de personnes. D'un côté il y avait les visiteurs qui passaient sous l'eau, de l'autre les photographes prenant des vidéos de leurs amis trempés et hilares. Rien de sauvage, rien de grandiose. Pour accéder au mirador et observer la seconde cascade, il fallait également se frayer un chemin entre les multiples personnes se prenant en selfie devant l'eau qui coule. On était loin de mon imagination qui rêvait d'un petit instant randonnée et déconnexion.

Bref. Huilo Huilo très sympa sur les longues randonnées qui découragent sûrement les touristes venus uniquement pour leurs photos Instagram. Très intéressant sur les courtes promenades amenant aux attractions touristiques et polluées.

Le seul point positif de tout ça est que nous avons dormi deux soirs de suite sur un même spot où nous avons rencontré une adorable petite chienne qui est revenue nous voir tous les jours. On a failli craquer et la kidnapper !

J'ai hâte des prochaines randonnées qui seront, je le sais, bien plus sauvages !

On est en route pour Valdivia pour voir un peu la mer, aller faire de la voile et trouver un garage pour graver notre plaque d'immatriculation sur nos vitres (une nouvelle loi chilienne étrange). Puis nous filons vers Puerto Montt dès vendredi !
