👉🏼 DICA DE VINHO TOP para o final de semana!! 🇪🇸 Este é o “Cune Gran Reserva 2015” da @CVNEvino — um belíssimo tinto espanhol da região de Rioja, produzido por um dos mais tradicionais produtores da região — corte de 85% Tempranillo, 10% Graciano e 5% Mazuelo (as uvas típicas da região). 🤯 Pra ser considerado “Gran Reserva” em Rioja o vinho deve “envelhecer” pelo menos 5 anos, sendo ao menos 24 meses em barricas de carvalho (franc��s e americano), o restante em garrafa, nas caves. 🍷 Coloração rubi de intensidade média+. Aromas de frutas vermelhas maduras, especiarias doces (baunilha e canela), um leve tostado, chá preto e mentol. Na boca é seco, tem corpo médio, acidez média+ e adstringência média+ , com taninos de ótima qualidade (granulação fina). Repete os aromas de fruta e barrica com média persistência. 📝 Ótimo vinho!! Para conmemorar este 6 de diciembre seguimos con @abadiaretuerta_ [Sardón de Duero (Valladolid)]. En este caso, su vino más conocido, Selección Especial 2015 (una añada calificada de excelente). 🍇 Coupage de 66% Tempranillo, 24% Cabernet Sauvignon, 8% Syrah y resto de Merlot, con una crianza de 12 meses en barrica de roble francés y americano. Complejo y estructurado, en nariz destacan los frutos rojos, notas florales que ensamblan con los tostados y acaramelados de la madera. En boca, se muestra de entrada suave y amable para dar paso a potencia y persistencia.
