娘がラフマニノフの「鐘」を弾くことになり、おかーさん楽譜買っといてと頼まれた。

「浅田真央ちゃんが踊ってたやつだってー」「へー」とやりとりをした後に、なぜか頭にインプットされたのは「鐘」じゃなくて「槍」。・・・当然検索しても出てこない。娘には「おかーさん、ちょっと失礼過ぎる」とムッとされました。

なんでかなー、字面のイメージだったのかなー。

大丈夫かしら、私の脳内変換。

それにしても家でラフマニノフを聴く日が来ようとは。

しばらくは、ロシアの暗くて寒くて長い夜を連想するあの重々しい曲が流れることになりそうです。

Wow, what a lesson this day was for me. Nearly a decade doing this project with a set of "rules" I had written for myself and I was ready to give it all up in a flash. All because my subject had fallen out of my pocket at lunch time and I hadn't noticed until hours later. I want to stop this project every so often but I think this was the closest I've ever come to it. After all, how could I possibly continue when my subject was missing? With many, many words of encouragement from mom I got through this month. I have also promised myself that this is for me and me alone. As long as I'm good with what I post at the end of the day that is all that matters.
