I’ll be pitching Neighborhood Watch at the Ottawa International Animation Festival this year!  I’ve worked on this project for awhile and I’m super happy to finally put it out there.  This is the cover for the pitch package! 

I’ll also be part of the Startoon panel.  I will see you at the festival!

Morwenna is a fun-loving, oddball girl who has a secret that's literally out of this world! By day, she likes to hang out with her friend Nigel and his daughter Alicia, in quiet suburbia. But by night, she goes off on adventures to save the world and help those in need.

This is an animation I made as a character pitch for Startoon, an initiative to help Canadian creators develop pitch ideas in the hope of turning them into animated series.

Morwenna was originally from a video game I made called Three Guys That Paint.

Update: MORWENNA MADE IT TO THE NEXT ROUND! Of 83 character pitches, she was one of the 30 picked (you can watch all 30 characters here). :D I’ll need to make a new video for the next round, wish me luck!
