Ever think about how the author of PIDW transmigrated into his most nothing character who only existed to push the protagonist on the “right” path to popularity before dying? Ever think about how he transmigrated into that character from their birth, completely deleting that person from existence, while his own existence as the creator of the world he now inhabits is so thoroughly erased that we readers only know his “real name” as the character’s name? How the only name he carries over from his first life is a shortened version of his innuendo pen name? As if his existence as a person is nothing next to being the author, which is only marginally less nothing by virtue of the job’s one purpose: to make sure a story is following the “right” path to popularity before dying to enshrine that fame/infamy amongst readers?

i think the actual disconnect between nie mingjue and jin guangyao is that nie mingjue is dying and knows he's dying and has to stick so so so closely to his morals and virtues or else it'll have been for nothing and then he'll have to come to terms with the fact that maybe he didn't actually have to die after all vs jin guangyao who wants to live, he wants to live and be safe and have all the things he was told he could never have-was told he was never good enough to have-and will do almost anything to make it so. and these are two like irreconcilable point of views right (and both Correct and Wrong at the same time) and so they can't understand each other because they aren't even having the same argument and neither of them can see that

i couldn't remember the latest dates for silverborn and I immediately was like "oh I should go check nevermoor source" and found them right away so thank you very much this is an awesome blog

You’re welcome! A lot of sites have outdated release dates still that show up at the top of Google, so I wanted to have a place to display the most up-to-date information in a way that was easy for people to reference. A lot of this blog is me thinking of stuff I want organized in a way I can easily reference and share (chapter illustrations, interviews, any merch, etc.) and I’m always glad to hear that people are getting use out of it as well :)

In case anyone is curious, we currently know that Silverborn releases on:

September 25th, 2024 for Australia 🇦🇺

September 26th, 2024 for the United Kingdom 🇬🇧

January 28th, 2025 for the United States 🇺🇸

Sorry for the lack of activity and art. Mental health has been very bad. Veeery bad. So I haven't been too active on social media. Most my art has been sketches recently, but maybe I can share those too.

Ok. Since I'm making some fair strides with the next My Immortal comic page, I've thought long & hard about this, but it's time I implement a new release schedule.

Every 2 weeks will be a new page. Released on Patreon Sundays for early access, & everywhere else on Wednesdays.

The next page should be out some time this upcoming Sunday.

It’s not a thought that has much in the way of teeth, considering that it’s been at least three hours since she’s been able to lift her head from the pillow, but she holds onto it with all the strength she has as she watches Cassian settle into a chair on the opposite side of the room. Cassian, who can actually do things like walk around and sit down in a chair without losing his balance or collapsing, like she already has twice today. The nerve of him. How is it that they can have been on the same assignment, and therefore have exposure to all the same things, yet she’s bedbound and he doesn’t appear as though anything has happened at all? This isn’t fair. This is the biggest pile of bantha shit she’s ever seen in her life.
