Shortly after accepting a position at another shop I had gotten an email to interview at Rudy’s, I told them about the other job and they were nothing short of excited for me and congratulated me on the position. A few months later I reached back out to them because I was not happy at the current shop. They willing gave me an interview and I can say after my first full week it was the right move. Should I have gone there first? Nope! I needed to go through the process of the other opportunity first to prepare me for where I truly needed to be! What may seem like failure can be a foundation for success down the road. Just keep showing up!
