Oliver Willis at Daily Kos:
On Wednesday night, President Donald Trump claimed in a televised town hall event that he couldn’t think of a single mistake he has made during his first 100 days in office, eliciting laughter from the audience of voters in attendance. The town hall was broadcast on the right-leaning NewsNation network and was hosted by disgraced former Fox News host Bill O’Reilly and disgraced former CNN host Chris Cuomo. They were joined by ESPN host Stephen A. Smith. A question submitted to the hosts asked Trump to detail the biggest mistake he had made in his first 100 days. “I’ll tell you that’s the toughest question I can have because I don’t really believe I’ve made mistakes,” Trump said, with the audience largely laughing in response.
[...] When he hasn’t been whitewashing his failures, Trump has made comments that raise new concerns about his mental state. During Wednesday’s town hall, Smith asked Trump to address his administration’s attacks against Harvard University. Instead of speaking about the issue, Trump began to ramble to Smith—who is Black—about Harlem, New York. “We had riots in Harlem, and frankly, if you look at what’s gone on—and people from Harlem went up and they protested, Stephen, and they protested very strongly against Harvard,” Trump replied.
Dementia Donnie phoned into NewsNation’s town hall Wednesday told the crowd that he made no mistakes during his 1st 100 days in office of his 2nd stint.
In reality, this man has made numerous mistakes during his 2nd term.

Marita Vlachou at HuffPost:
Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr., a prominent vaccine skeptic, on Wednesday baselessly claimed that the measles vaccine “contains a lot of aborted fetus debris and DNA particles.” During an appearance on NewsNation, Kennedy said the U.S. is faring much better in containing its epidemic compared to other countries facing measles outbreaks, adding that the number of cases has “plateaued.” “Now, there are populations in our country, like the Mennonites in Texas, who were most afflicted, and they have religious objections to vaccination, because the MMR vaccine contains a lot of aborted fetus debris and DNA particles, so they don’t want to take it,” Kennedy added. Kennedy’s statement is misleading. “Even though fetal cells are used to grow vaccine viruses, vaccines do not contain these cells or pieces of DNA that are recognizable as human DNA,” the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia notes. His claim echoes misinformation spread around the COVID-19 vaccine. The University of California, Los Angeles Health debunked that claim, explaining that none of the COVID shots contained aborted fetal cells. “However, Johnson & Johnson did use fetal cell lines — not fetal tissue — when developing and producing their vaccine, while Pfizer and Moderna used fetal cell lines to test their vaccines and make sure that they work,” their website states.
On Wednesday’s edition of NewsNation’s Cuomo, anti-vaxxer crank HHS head RFK Jr. spreads the notorious lie that the measles vaccine “contains a lot of aborted fetus debris and DNA particles.”
