Who do you guys hang out with the most? Be it Alpha, Caretaker or other Foster!

What do you normally do together?

Ash: "I stay by myself mostly, but im in Emperor's pack, so i hang out with my packmates sometimes,"

Wren: "I hang out with just about everyone! But I'm in Solar's pack, since I'm easily hurt, so I usually stay near her or my packmates, too!"

Bramble: "I stay by myself or watch others. I'm not in a pack, so I don't really have packmates to stay by."

Stitchwick: "Well- I don't have a pack, I stay in the neighborhood, but I hang out with Wren a lot! He's one of the reasons I'm already looking for a new home! He helped me come out of my shell." *He grins*

Vel: "I'm usually in my house when I'm not relaxing in the aviary, i have a home in the neighborhood and dont really plan on joining a pack? They're quite busy, and I'd rather not get used to having a large pack to potentially get adopted by someone without a pack at all,"

Asher: *he huffs* "I dont need to hang out with anyone, but i am in a pack, Easten is nice i guess, tries a little too hard sometimes i think,"

Clover: "Im still in Triton's pack, so i usually hang out with the other kids! Well, the kids- since im not a kid anymore!" *he giggles*

Loop: "I usually stay by myself- I usually stay by myself, i repeat a lot so it annoys others- it annoys others, but ill hang out with Wren- Ill hang out with Wren and Stickwick! they're- They're nice

Aurora: "Ill hang out with anyone honestly! Im in Salvator's pack and he's really nice! So is his room- lots of space to fly!"

Bomb: "Im in Salvator's pack too so i end up seeing a lot of bitties, but i usually stay in the aviary,"

Wren: "As for what we usually do together- we usually play games! Some obstacle courses, some fun games like musical chair or playing in the playrooms!

Stitchwick: "Yeah! I like story time though, but i havent joined this week since they're on old yeller- if i dont read the book the dog doesnt die in my mind!" *he chuckles*

Aurora: "I loce the obstacle courses and the play rooms!

No, we don't have Rarnaby Budge by Charles Dikkens-With-Two-K's-The-Well-Known-Dutch-Author, and perhaps, to save time, I should add we don't have Carnaby Fudge by Darles Chickens or Farmbury Sludge by Marles Pickens, or even Stickwick Stapers by Farles Wickens with four m's and a silent q!

When Magnus and Clary make the choice to press pause on their life in the city and move to a tiny little countryside town, they’re in for a culture shock. But the residents of Stickwick are more than happy to help out - and if some of them are really very pretty, well. That’s just a bonus.

Or: in which everyone is gay (everyone), small towns have their advantages, and Magnus and Clary should really learn to read the guidebooks.

Good old Stickwick Stapers. A very expressive illustration apparently by Frank Reynolds.

In this scene from Dicken’s Pickwick Papers, still a beloved book, Mr Pickwick was trying to ask his landlady if he ought to employ a manservant; whether ‘Two can live as cheaply as one...’ and the poor women gets the idea he’s about to propose marriage, fainting into his arms, just as Pickwick’s three friends walk in. The old ones are the best. 

Less amusingly, leading to the unfortunate Pickwick’s later prosecution and imprisonment for ‘breach of promise’. I could go on to write about the blatant ‘damaged goods’ chauvinism of this supposedly pro-women law, compare to ‘MeToo’ and probably mention that Rising of the Shield Hero is execrable sexist rubbish, but with Pickwick Papers I really can’t get too angry about anything in the world. God bless us, everyone.
