Hi everyone, here's a bit of a life/progress update for everyone following. I wish I had more to share right now, but I hope there will be more coming soon.

I've posted several times that Chapter 2 is coming soon, and I really have wanted that to be true, but I haven't quite been able to bring myself to finish it. I did recently manage to finish drawing new official art for each of the ROs, so here's a little preview of that (sorry, I wish I was better at drawing consistently):

As far as why I haven't managed to finish writing Chapter 2, it's just because my life has been sliding downhill for a pretty long time now, and it's hard to find the motivation to write anything nice when I feel this bad.

I guess I noticed things getting worse last year, after I caught Covid in February. I was sick for about a month, got really depressed, lost a lot of weight, developed new complications with my endometriosis and my eating disorder got a lot worse. Around the same time, I realized that my relationship was beginning to fall apart. I've been with my partner for ten years, and it hasn't always been stable, but I've fought hard to keep us going together even when things got rocky. Last year, they decided that they needed to start cutting stress out of their life. That led to them breaking up with me twice - both times, I begged them to stay and keep working on our relationship. I was terrified by the possibility that they could just end our relationship and take my whole life away from me, forcing me to leave my home and lose everything I've built especially when I was at such a low point already.

A few weeks ago, they decided to break up with me again, and right now it's looking like it's for real this time - they signed a lease with some friends the day after breaking up with me, and decided that they would just leave me to fend for myself so that they wouldn't be burdened with the "responsibility" of caring for me any longer.

So, I'm currently facing down the reality that I will likely have to give up the whole life I've built up over the last seven years of us living together. I don't have anywhere to live here - all my friends and family are hours or even days away by car. I was in the middle of searching for a new job when the breakup happened this time, but now I guess I can't really take a job here if I'm going to have to move away. I can't afford to live on my own even with the new jobs I was applying for, and I wouldn't feel safe by myself either. I've always lived with my family or with my partner. I may be moving across the country in the next two months - going Northwest to live with some friends that offered to find a place together, and my best friend lovingly offered to pay my moving expenses. I have no money in the bank (in fact my account is overdrawn as I type this), so this is all very stressful right now. I'm hopeful that I'll find a way to work things out, to get myself settled, and to find the will to be productive with my games again.

As far as plans go:

I've been making plans to start up a Patreon and Discord once I have at least a couple months of content backlogged - it would include Beta reading access for The Gilded and my other game jam projects, BTS previews of some other, larger projects I'm drafting, monthly SFW and NSFW sketches and short stories as voted by the Patrons, and eventually a tier to get your OC written into The Gilded. If that's of any interest to you, let me know! I think it would be really good for me to see people engaging with my content again, and I could honestly use the motivation.

INCOMING RAMBLE THAT GET'S JUST A WEE BIT SAPPY Okay, so I've been just looking at my old content (starting to redraw some of it too) and my gosh have I grown so much in so many ways. Like, I started in February with this blog and it's already getting close to Spooky month somehow. Looking back, I've certainly had some hit and misses with my posts. And sure. Some cute and some a bit weird. I still feel some of my older rambles had their charm. At the same time though, some of them don't in my eyes and I think that's okay! Not all of my old posts have to age well. Though 18, I was still a cringy highschooler at the time. Guess what I'm getting at here is that I feel much better as a person now. Still not exactly where I wanna be and I'm still innovating in my style and art and getting better at not being a little wimp when it comes to making comments and cool content I see. My goodness are there still so many pieces of art or rambles from other people that I've liked and had sitting there for months but have been too shy to say anything cus I don't wanna have another moment where I write something very cringy to an artist I respect. Or just any creative or any person anywhere. Or it's just that the stuff I've seen the folks I follow make is cool and I enjoy it and I want to make a comment but also feeling shy cus my brain just HAS to say something more. Like, I can't just look at a flower and go "That's really pretty! Good job!" I just have to infodump or make a joke or something along those lines. I like ensuring that I write enough where the art is appreciated and all!! Be a hype man! Also, I dunno why I'm suddenly writing all of this sappy stuff but screw it! I'm being authentic and all and like, that's cool or something? Honestly, I don't think I'll ever really get rid of my awkward dweeb energy. Think that's just stuck on me forever. That's fine too though. So, I thank you all and any newcomers for tolerating my gooberness! Like, really! From comments to reblogs, even if they aren't anything crazy. They don't have to reinvent like... shoot. What's older than the wheel? Like, the calendar? Okay, according to my minimal research, the wall is older which is also just making me think of the Pink Floyd album instead cus of course it is hehe! But, as I was saying, I really do appreciate everything a whole lot! Feel this 7th month long development of mine really makes me almost excited for the future? Okay. Maybe excited is pushing it hahaha! But, hopeful and happy? Like, my art makes people happy and it makes me happy I'm able to do that. I think it's also cus, way back even before my tumblr and before I even developed my IRL friendships, I didn't really have friends and also I had that cringy middle schooler "not like the other girls" phase which past me just thought i had no empathy for some weird reason. And then there was like 2020 with Covid and I was very much better and worse. I realized I wasn't the best in the past but also I had really bad anxiety in that moment in my life. I've still haven't recovered honestly even though nothing really bad happened to me in particular. Not that it makes what I feel invalid of course. Plus, there was also other shitty stuff that happened in my life as well after which I won't share cus that's inching to even more personal details and all. This all just feels nice though. Being able to find people I can relate to IRL or well, I SAY IRL but it's not really because all of my IRL friends are in other states in college while I'm taking my gap year, clearly not in college hehe. I hope I'm making sense here though which I feel I am but also I guess I just type that out whenever I'm unsure of myself, even when I am being clear. Plus, this is a ramble and all. It wasn't destined to make But, really. I thank you all. I promise I won't be too sappy in the future! Or I'll try to!

Frankie's birthday is July 17th and Clawdeen's is August 1st, and here's why!

Alright, as many of you may know, The Monste High G3 Doll Line "Skulltimate Secrets; Series 1" has the characters come in these cute lockers which includes a lot of photos and fun facts about our favorite ghouls! And best of all, they include... Birthdays!

There you go! June 23rd and August 30th... Wait, what? Ben! You goofball! This isn't what you put in the title! What does this mean?

Alright, alright... Let's, uh, hypothetically say... I don't believe these birthdays to be canon to the show in any way... LET ME EXPLAIN!!

Do I have any evidence of this? I mean, Drac's birthday is listed as February 14th, and at least going by G1 standards, that's pretty canon compliant to me!

Well... Let's look at a few of the episodes from the Nickelodeon show and see where that leaves us, starting with Episode 1, The Monstering (Parts 1 &2).

Here's what we know

Clawdeen celebrates her 15th birthday in this episode.

The episode takes place over the course of 2 days. Day 1 includes CD's birthday, when she finds Monster High and finds out she's a werewolf, and most likely the first day of school at Monster High. Clawdeen getting accepted into Monster High is Day 2 as we see it's morning already when Apollo recieves the letter.

Frankie is 15 days old as of Day 1 of The Monstering

Which means... Frankie's birthday is 15 days before the episode takes place... 15 days before Clawdeen's birthday...

Huh... I really don't think that's 15 days.

Well that's the evidence! The SS birthdays are not show canon, send tweet.

But wait. That still does not explain the weirdly specific dates on this post's title? It could also be the case that one of the 2 birthdays is canon and the other one takes place 15 days before/after, right?

If Frankie's June 23rd bday is canon, Clawdeen's would be July 8th

If Clawdeen's August 30th bday is canon, Frankie's would be July 15th

Well, you see, what we've done so far is the EASY part. Now's where I go full continuity nitpicker mode, so get ready, ghouls!

When exactly does this show take place?

Monster High is a show that's clearly supposed to take place around the year it came out, this being 2022, the culture seems not that different from ours, it does not seem to take place in the far past or future, but do we have any specific dates? Any true hint that it IS in fact, 2022 in the show in-universe?

Frankie's calendar, shown in Episode 14, "What's Up Watzie?", lines up exactly with August and September of 2022, which lines up with the idea of Season 1 taking place during the fall semester of the 2022/2023 school year. It's actually nice enough to tell us specifically which day the episode takes place in! This being September 21st & 22nd.

Alright, but where do we go from here? A lot of episodes have lines like "oh that was 2 weeks ago" or "oh that's happening next month", but is there anything concrete? Do we have a DATE, maybe?

Well, almost! Let's go back to Episode 7, Part of The Pack.

This is another episode that takes place over the course of 2 days but that's not really important for this post. The important part is, weirdly enough, Moon Cycles and phases.

You see, this episode takes place specifically during a Waxing Crescent Moon.

A Moon Cycle usually lasts around a month, which is noted when Romulus says they'll come back for next month's Waxing Crescent.

During the time range when the first season takes place, this moon phase happens around vaguely the 30th of every month, so let's go by that!

It cannot happen in September on anywhere after, as Episode 14 takes place during September 21st-22nd as previously stated.

It also cannot happen in July or before cuz, I'll explain it later but between the first 7 episodes there's at least a month's worth of time, and it would be a stretch for the school year to start SO early in July or even Late June.

SO we've got our sweet spot, the only reasonable date for S1E7 to take place in is currently August 30th! Which would leave more than enough space for episodes 8-13 to happen in early September before the 21st.

Aight, what's next?

That's right! Clawdeen met Romulus and Barkimedes in Episode 4, "Case of The Moondays", and that episode is stated to be "a few weeks ago", which isn't SUPER helpful, but let's take what we can.

We know that as of The Monstering, we witness the first day of school, and therefore our safest bet is to put it at the latest time possible, since Schools in the US (as far as I know from Google as I'm not from there lol) Can start anywhere between Late July and Early September, BUT, we can assume Clawdeen's human school is ALSO open, and therefore the earlier we go in the timeline the less likely it becomes for both to be open.

By "A few weeks" all the info we get it's that it's multiple weeks, meaning a minimum of two. Let's check what we get if we substract two weeks from August 30th.

August 16th!

Now, here's a small headcanon, but I think Case of The Moondays is also supposed to happen over the course of 2 days. You see, Day 1 would be all of the main body of the episode. CD meeting Romulus and Barkimedes, learning she can transform on will, yada yada... But I think the beggining and ending of the episode (Where she records her Monster Minute) take place the day afterwards, as she claims it's been 2 weeks since she joined Monster High, and if it was such a big event she could have recorded it at any point during the day! Most likely in between classes or around the time she met the Wolf Pack.) But she appears to be filming in bed, so she must have gone to bed AFTER meeting them, and THEN recorded her Monster Minute, making it likely she stayed up till morning to conmemorate it's been exactly 2 weeks.

TLDR for this part being, Day 1 of the episode takes place during Monday, August 15th (To make sense with the pun in the title, "Case of The Moondays"), while she records the Monster Minute the next morning, exactly 2 weeks after joining MH.

And know what do we got if we substract 2 more weeks from Episode 4 to get to Episode 1? Well, first of all that means it's about a month between Episodes 1-7 as stated before, but also...

Day 1 of The Monstering (And Clawdeen's Birthday) would happen in Monday, August 1st 2022

Day 2 of The Monstering, the day Clawdeen joins Monster High, would be Tuesday, August 2nd 2022

Substracting 15 more days would leave Frankie's birthday as Sunday, July 17th, 2022

Are these dates perfect and concrete? No! But I think they're the most likely, and I do have a few more reasonings.

As of Ep. 1, Monster High is presumably having it's 1st day of school, while Clawdeen's human school has started recently.

Could this be just an ordinary library? Yeah but, judging by the fact the 2 popular preppy girls are there, AND sitting in the same table as Clawdeen, it makes more sense for this scene to take place in their school's library. The earlier date we go, the less likely it is for 2 schools to be open already.

Also, 7 episodes is not that much, the earlier we go, the more spread out they become. It makes more sense for 7 episodes of this show to happen within the same month rather than a month and a half.

Also, let's look at it this way; Clawdeen's birthday is during the 1st Episode of Season 1, and takes place in the 1st day of the week, the 1st day of the month AND 1st day of class.

Tell me this isn't something Monster High would do. They gave the character with heart motifs a Valentine's Day birthday.

And for all of that, I'll be dying on this hill. SS birthdays ba damned.

Chapter 2:

Walking side by side down the stairs, you took a sip of your coffee and place your herd of keys the side of your book bag. yume was scrolling through her phone on tik tok, drinking from her coconut Carmel ice coffee. You didn't understand why she was drinking ice coffee in mid February, it was cold. It was surprising their wasn't any snow.

Grinning like an idiot, she shaked your shoulder, positioning her phone in front of you–you both watched the tik tok. You didn't laugh at first only smiling, yume kept gesturing you to keep watching, waiting for the punchline. Finally it came up and you both started laughing, you slowly shaked your head placing your hand over your mouth.

"NOOO, nooo. That was so wrong, yall are going to hellll" you whined out.

Yume wiped the tears from her face and continued down the last step. She opened up the door and slid out, you trialing behind her. You both proceeded to walk down the street, where all the park cars were out.

"We riding in rich today girlie, jump in," she lifted up her arm that held her drink, her other reached into her purse and grabbed her car keys.

"I thought we were gonna walk there? It's only 10 minutes." You headed towards her car as she unlocked it and sat in the driver's seat. She had a 2018 dark Grey Nissan altima. You remember her having this ever since junior year, you recalled her talking about getting a newer model since this one was old. Like girl what? Old your ass, if the car still functioning there ain't no problem. White people shit, man.

"Well, it's the first day of sweet college life," she dragged out the last few words, adding a sarcastic tone. Yume tossed her bag in the backseat through the open space from the front, She dropped her drink in the little cup holder as well. Catching up with her, you open the backseat's door and chucked your bag in there–immediately closing it after. You pull the passengers door open and sat down, closing it behind you. Yume did the same–letting out a large sigh as she used her long sleeve to rub her legs, which were freezing.

"Bruh, you were just cold. Shouldn't have wore that skirt knowing it was this cold. Your mother would be disappointed," you moved your head side ways, pretending to be disappointed. You dropped your dunkin' drink in the other cup holder next to hers.

"Y/n, shut upp." Rolling her eyes jokingly, She grabbed the buckled next to her seat and puts it on. You placed your seat belt on too. Automatically, her phone connected to the car, you check over at the screen in the middle. It had the time, the degrees outside and all that other fancy things.

"Wanna play something?" she inserted the keys into the ignition and started the car.

"Yeah, I'll type it in,"

You grabbed her phone, showing the screen to her to unlock it, automatically recognizing her face– the lock screen slid up, revealing all her apps. You went to spotify and played "C U Girl" by Steve lacy.

"OKAAYYY, MS. INDIE TIK TOKER." Yume said nodding her, jamming to song. It was only going to be a 5 minute drive, or 7 if you guys couldn't find parking. She swerved to the left, leaving her parking space and pulling off. You whipped out your phone and paused your music, rapidly switching to snapchat–you heard yume's loud singing.

"I WANNA SEE YOU GUURRLL, I WANNA PLEASE YOU GIRL....GO AHEAD AND BE YOUR GIRL," This girl was jamming her out heart out, steve lacy was her favorite along with Brent faiyaz and many others.

In response, you started cackling as you hit the record button—swiftly turning over it to the driver. Her black ponytail moving as she sang and motioning her head in all different directions. Eyeing towards your direction she sees the phone and leans towards the camera flashing a smile, moving her head side to side—still singing through the lyrics. Yume returned back to the road as she lightly taps the steering, avoiding the horn of course.

Once the quick little vid was done, you added a caption,

"I swear if we crash😭😭💕"

Your thumb jolted between posting it on your private or public. You decided to post on the public story because why not? The song was over pretty quickly as the next one played.

"Who knew white people had rhythm?!" It was obviously sarcasm. You knew she was half Asian but it was fun always calling out her white side.

"Naaahh, white people don't have any rhythm. What you saw there was my miki matsubara pop out". She eases down her breaks– the traffic light turns red. Miki Matsubara? Oh yeah, it's that woman who sung "stay with me". It was a good song, you were obsessed with the chorus mostly. 

You giggled a bit at her remark, you checked your socials once again.

"If this light doesn-" Yume sentence was cut off by the light turning green. She pressed her foot on the gas and carried on with attending class.

Pulling up to the parking lot, yume leaned towards her wheel, searching for a place to park. She slowly went down each isle searching for a vacant lot she could snag. You had your drink in between your lips, you took the last sip and shook the plastic cup trying to get a little more. All you heard was ice rattling against one another, dropping the cup back in the holder. You peer out the window looking at the campus, there were a ton of kids, like a lot. Anxiety began spiking up through your veins, this really is the college life, huh? Maria University. It was a school for literally anything, it was one of the biggest universities in the country as well being highly diverse. Yume would be allll the way on the other side of campus while you're slightly in the middle.

"Uggghhh! I regret not leaving earlier, I don't see any open slots." She whined. This was her 2nd time driving around the parking lot looking for a space.

"I said we should walk but nahhh, you wanted to be lazy and take the car." You rolled your eyes as yume, exaggerating, throwing your hands in the air. But you weren't going to be late on the first day. As the generous queen you are, you aided your roomie with looking a space to park. After analyzing for a few moments, you spotted a space and immediately tapped at the window, pointing towards it. Yume car swerved to the left, sliding right into the parking. Taking her keys out the hole, she grabbed her drink and headed out.

"No leaving trash in my car, miss L/n!"

You grabbed your plastic cup and opened the passenger door.

"Yes ma'am," you opened the backseat and grabbed the two bags and closed the door. Beep yume locked her car. She was sipping her coffee but gave a bitter expression when her sweet drink was watered down because of the ice. You looked at your phone, checking the time:

Slinging the bag over your shoulder, you handed yume her own, which she grabbed. You both were speed walking, despite her coffee being ruined she still continued to drink it. It was for the caffeine you guessed. Reaching the sidewalks, it was time to part ways. Yume turned her face towards yours pouting.

"We're leaving each other nooww," she stuck out her bottom lip staring at you. You grabbed her arm, pulling her closer to you. Her arms slithered around your waist, resting her chin on your shoulder–giving you a warm hug. You returned the hug by grunting and holding her tightly.

She started giggling and patted your back a few times, you released your grip and she started to jog in the other direction while looking back, waving at you. You waved back hollering a "BYEEEE!" A trash can was next to you so you dumped your empty dunkin' there.

It was now time for your own adventure, to find this damn classroom. You click the play button on your phone's lock screen, "baby powder by Jenevieve began playing. (Play the song whores👩🏾‍💻)

Walking downwards to the left side of campus, you searched for a pair of doors to go inside of. At this moment, you regretted not going to orientation. That day you were busy setting up your website for your makeup line. You haven't released any products yet, but you had plentiful of ideas and themes you wanted to do. Since it was black history month, maybe you'll drop something as simple as a face cream to help clear and brighten up the skin. But you discarded that thought because you weren't anywhere near ready to start your own small business. Plus, you had bigger things to worry about.

Standing in front of double doors, you grab the handles and pulled it back, you stepped inside while students behind you did the same. You came in slowly, admiring the interior. It was hella spacy with paintings and photos hanging along the walls. Students were roaming the hallways going back and forth from classrooms. Most of the students seemed to be in some sort of costume, or they were dressed fairly well like they were models. You didn't know the directions to your designated class, so you took up the courage to ask someone. You turned to search for someone who didn't seem busy, since most people were rushing to class. Finally you laid eyes on q girl leaning against the wall, typing on her phone. She had long pink acrylic nails, her blonde hair tied into a low ponytail, which complimented her pale skin tone. She had a gold nose piercing on the right nostril.

She seemed nice enough, so you decided to approach her.

"Um excuse me, do you know where Mr. Fargo's class is at?"

The blonde girl averted her eyes from her phone, now focusing on you.

"I'm not really sure—um, I believe it's down that way." She pointed to the right of her.

"Mr. Fargo, he's teaches cosmetic right?"

"Yeah," you replied

"Then I think it should be down there." She scrunched her face in a confusing manner, meaning not to take her word for granted. But you couldn't care less, it was worth a try.

"Ight, thank you." You bid her goodbye. Oop. You accidentally switched your lingo. You were used to speaking in AAVE but you knew how to change your tone and wordplay around others who weren't African American. The girl didn't seen to notice so you just continued down the hall.

"Down... here right..? Yeah this is the way," you murmured to yourself while you strut down the hall. Then turned left as the lady told you. You were now at a hall with multiple doors. Out of all them, you forget the most important, class started in five minutes. You looked to the left as your braids swayed with your movement, then searched to the right. You walked down the hallway, stopping at the fifth door on the left. You were hesitant with grabbing the door, you didn't want to make a fool of yourself walking into the wrong room as all eyes are on you. You pulled out your phone and texted yume.

You decided to take your roomie's advice and pick a class, which you already did.

You dropped your phone back into your jacket pocket and swung open the door–you were prepared for the stares. The classroom was vacant, not even a teacher in sight. Just a bunch of stools and white pull down screens. You saw a few cameras standing in front of these screens. "Was this the photography class or sum?" You mumbled to yourself.

And well, eyes were on you but it wasn't a herd as you expected, just one. Sitting on one of the stools in front of the door, was pale skin boy with long brown hair. It rested at his shoulders, some of it covering his face even. He seemed around 6ft, or 6 ft 2? You couldn't really tell since he was sitting.

He had on some black jeans with a black long sleeve sweatshirt as well with a beige greenish short sleeve unbutton shirt rested on top of it– a long golden key necklace dangled from his chest. His hands were sitting between his lap, you noticed sliver rings on them.(his outfit for people who need help visualizing) The teal eyed boy was also rocking black & white air Jordan 1 retro, literally the same as you.

You screamed internally at how fine this man looked and he had shoe gang? Uggghh. Class been started and you were going to be late on your first because this OBVIOUSLY wasn't your class. You decided to break the awkward silence and speak,

"Hey, um, is this Mr. Fargos class?" You stepped more into the classroom for the brunette male to hear you.

"Wrong one, babe. His class is in a totally different building." A different building?! You wanted to die right there and then, especially after hearing him laugh after his statement. Not just the wrong class but the wrong building? Bye–you're so stupid. His eyes scanned your body, his eyes lingered a bit longer at your shoes–it seems he noticed. A smirk appeared on his lips after finishing his quick outfit interrogation–wait, did he just call you-? I-, yes he did. You tried your best to hide your smile and not react.

"O-ooo, I got it. Thanks" Eren released a small chuckled seeing your reaction, he could tell you were caught up with the little pet name.

"I'll walk you over there." He got off his stool and walked towards your direction.

"I-, nah it's good, I got it." You said in defense not wanting to bother him. He didn't respond and just passed by you, exiting the classroom. He held onto the door, looking at you.

"You coming or no?" He was so nonchalant with it everything. You smiled a bit and walked out the class alongside with him. He released his grip once you were out and started trialing behind you.

You paused for a moment because you didn't know where you were going. You turned back to look at him, he caught on and let out an "ah". He quickly got in front of you as you proceeded behind him.

"So," he said.

"What?" You replied. Why did he start a sentence and not finish it? Was he expecting you to start the conversation, weirdo. You just wanted to get to class l.

"Oo, sassy are we?" He raised a brow.

"What—? boy, say what you wanna say."

Once again, he let out a chuckle, flashing you a small. God, was his laugh attractive.

"You're into makeup and stuff?" He questioned.

"Yeah, I'm into 'makeup and stuff' " You said the last few words in the mocking tone, referring to what he called cosmology.

"That's good, at least I'll be seeing you often."

"Often? Oh, are you in that major also?" You said.

"No...Do you really not know anything?" He made you feel dumb by his response. How were you suppose to know what he meant? You clicked your teeth and started walking ahead. You pushed back the door that lead to another hallway and walked towards the end to push the second door that lead to another building.

The brunette boy watched as you left him behind in the dirt, waiting for the moment you'll turn the wrong corner—so he could tease you about it then correct you.

It wasn't too long till you reached your destination, you both stopped in front of the class's door.

"Well, see you. I hope you don't make snarky remarks to every girl you meet."

"Nah, only you princess." He had a smirk on his face, ooo! You wanted to wipe it off.

You glanced at him and his eyes were already on you, you broke eye contact and reached for the handle.

"Wait–" you whipped your heard back.

"Yeah?"

He cleared his throat

"Name's Eren," you let out a small giggle, did he really just stop you to say his name? Puhleasee. Hearing your laugh, his face brightened up and kept his eyes on you.

"Okay, Eren~. Thank you for walking me, I gotten get to class now."

You opened the door and stepped inside. Eren didn't even get a chance to ask your name. Luckily for him, your major mingled a lot with his own, he could only hope to see you again around campus.

Hi, I have a question about Billy Russo's active military duty. First, did he join as soon as he turned 18? Did he start out in the Reserves or go right into Marine training? I know that is where he met Frank?

Hello! these are all really good questions, and I have no problem answering, BUT: I don't know that I'll give you correct answers, because there's a lot that the Netflix timeline didn't cover - and the Billy in the comics that became Jigsaw has an entirely different backstory.

The Wikipedia page for the MCU character says that he just met Frank while they were training. I would think that since he never got adopted, Billy joined the Marines pretty much as soon as he was able to - so probably as soon as he turned 18 - but with such a late birthday, he would have needed to find something to do between when he graduated high school in May/June and he turned 18 at the end of September.

However, according to Netflix canon, Frank was born February 16, 1976 (which makes no sense for them to be celebrating his birthday in November in Season 1.... but even if that's the case, he still could have been born in 1976, just in a different month.)

Billy's birthday is listed as September 18, 1983. Which makes him roughly 6-7 years younger than Frank. So if Billy met Frank during his initial training, while Billy was 18, Frank would have been 24-25, and they would have known each other for much longer than the time frame he mentions in Season 1. I don't think that Billy joined the Reserves; he didn't seem to have anywhere to live or any type of long-term work that he referenced, so he would have wanted to get out ASAP. Since Billy did say something about having been Frank's buddy for 8 years, then he met frank at 22, which would be right around the time his first 4 year contract would have been up - so maybe they met when Billy reenlisted and went back for additional training?

I am very unfamilair with the intracacies of Marine Corps and military training in general, so I don't even know if this is possible, unless both of them were going through additional training for a promotion - but it seems very unlikely that Billy would have received the same promotion as Frank at the same time with such a large age difference + lack of experience. I wish that I knew more. I wish we knew more about Billy's past. I wish we know more about his friendship with Frank. There's so much that they expected us to piece together, and sometimes I wish that I could just take things at face value and not worry about the tiny little details, haha. (LS) Good afternoon thanks for being able to be a part of a great come up, how about we start with a little introduction for the people that aren’t familiar, where are you from, who are you, how old are you and what do you do?

(AJ) Thank you for having me. I go by Ar$xnn Jarius, I'm from Wichita Falls, TX born & raised, I'm 23, and I'm an artist

(LS) Being from Texas how has music inspired you? Obviously you have many greats from there all the way from Paul Wall To Sauce Walka, who were some people that you grew up listening to that inspired your sound?

(AJ) The people that inspired my music I would have to go with Eminem, Lil Wayne, Tech N9ne, Busta Rhymes, Kid Cudi and Gorillaz. Growing up in my hometown I really never paid attention to the Texas scene like that but i would listened to like Paul Wall, Mike Jones, Chamillonaire and other artists from the state that would be TV at the time. Growing up I had to listen to the radio or the TV, and now having the internet it feels so much better finding the music that fits your playlists.

(LS) We see last year you dropped your project “Don’t Wait Til I’m Dead” which is an underrated project name, why did you choose to go with that title? What was the whole project like for creating that project cause after a listen myself it’s so raw, so much passionate and fired up energy, do you feel you were just tired of holding back or?

(AJ) When I made "Don't Wait Til Im Dead", living in Wichita Falls where its a lot of favoritism and barley having support they never gave me the recognition that I been deserving, after going through being used and taken advantage of, moving out of my childhood home, suicide attempt, getting locked up for the first time, and my first rap beef (which is based on the track "Lucas Mode") I thought about all that has happened so far at the time I put all that anger into making this album. The reason I came with the project title is because I mostly tired of being slept on, most people don't pay attention until someone's death is all over social media. People don't actually f*ck with someone until its too late, I feel that people don't show love until someone's 6 feet in the earth, yeah people say they really care but how much? Things like that made me hit them with the DWTID title there's also a dark vibe with it.

(LS) How has being in the Texas music scene affected you? What has changed from when you first started up to now? What are looking forward to in the future? Any tours? Any shows?

(AJ) My brother is the reason that I do music I remember seeing him on stage with 2 other people in the school talent show rapping I been in the scene since I was younger from talent shows to venues now everybody around school knew i rap. I went to a studio for the first time when i was 13, one of my brother's friends had equipment at the time I wasnt thinking about looking for my sound that fact that I was young and being a kid I remember watching the first mic pass that they had in the city on Youtube half of them I don't hear from them now days. I remember recording songs on the phone it sucked and it was trash, shortly after that i started working on a mixtape around the time of my last year in high school. After high school I was part of a movement called YB$ (Young Boss Status) with 2 of my friends i went to school with and another friend that was down the from road from us. We had a show opening for Mike Jones the next year we disbanded the movement me and the homies were still on good terms no matter what we moved on was best for us. A year after that one of our friends had passed away due to health issues it made me a stronger person in music, you can tell the fired energy that's in my art, my friend Nappii was one of the best people that anyone could be around from school to studio sessions to shows around town, the best memory I had with him was when I helped him out with an issue, I want to go far with my passion to honor it for him. There's a lot of talent where I'm from. At the time I would always go out to places go meet people around my age and under with a lot of talent that I came across in WF, the fun part about it is doing shows with them and get to know who they are, I remember going to a party there was a show in the backyard, it was really lit but it would've been more lit if i grabbed that mic (that comes from the inspiration of the track "Go All Out Like Its 2017") Im looking forward to meeting fans, making new fans, and meeting more artists through this journey, Im working a few EPs for 2020 shit load of fire and no tour dates for at the moment but I have a couple shows coming up February 22nd in Grand Prairie, TX its a part in Dallas opening for 500GwapGang and March 14th in my hometown Wichita Falls, TX at the Deep End. Those are my 2 main focus, making more music & doing more shows!

(LS) Are there any artist you look forward to working with? Can anyone work with AR$XNN JARIUS or are you picky about your work? Have you expanded throughout Texas at all?

(AJ) Famous wise I would like to work with Tech N9ne, $uicideBoy$, Denzel Curry, & J.I.D, just artists that I enjoy listening to, Im down to work with any artist that are also on the come up I just got to feel and know the vibes, I done shows in a other couple places so far I been making connects out in Dallas, Fort Worth, San Antonio and many more to come. I'm growing more everyday, my goal is to do shows in 10 places by the end of 2020.

(LS) Besides music is there anywhere else where you’d like to get your foot in? Or is music you’re sole passion and main focus?

(AJ) Music is all got, its the only resort I have, there's nothing else that I'm good at to be honest, I been dealing with music for all my life now, it's my way only way of fun. If it wasn't for this I would be dead right now.

(LS) We see you’re on many platforms, apple, Spotify and even a couple channels on YouTube have covered some of your tracks like “No Hook” and “Turbo” which are both fire tracks also! Do you plan on dropping any visuals yourself this year or what’s the plan with that?

(AJ) I will be dropping a visual next month for sure. And more to come!

(LS) What’s your long term goal as far as music? Are you looking to be signed one day and really go pop or are you wanting to stay independent, and work as you see fit?

(AJ) My long term goal is keep going til the wheels fall off. Constantly drop that heat for the people! Far as I'm concern I'll stay independent unless if i get signed to labels like Top Dawg Ent. or Dreamville. As an artist my goal is to reach out to every audience of different parts and merge them together.

(LS) What’s the creative process like for you? Do you need a big studio? An engineer etc, or can you just get a mic and do it yourself so you can bring your vision to life?

(AJ) I definitely take my time with music than i ever had before. I treat myself like its homework I'm not done until I get it right, some of those got to understand that it takes time for everything, the longer it takes it'll come out perfect. I have my own studio in my room, I don't like working with somebody else's time for recording so i went out of my way to get my own so I can have all of it right there when I get ready to lay some vocals down.
