10th March 2024 - I moved the collection to the mini bookcase behind my bed so it could have its own shelf

May 2024 - I moved the collection back to my main bookcase, giving it a larger shelf

Good morning everyone, and welcome to Radio Free Monday! My Secret Life: Alex Horne, 33, comedian
Saturday 17 March 2012 LINK
The household I grew up in... was very male. I've got two brothers and there was a male dog and two male cats and every family we knew had three boys. Great for us, slightly less great for my mum.
When I was a child I wanted to be... embarrassingly, the great novelist. Or a respected charity worker. I still think both might come true.
If I could change one thing about myself... I would be better at accents. I am genuinely good at copying people's handwriting, but that's less help on stage.
You wouldn't know it but I am very good at... I am almost incredible at table football. It's nothing to be proud of.
You may not know it but I'm no good at... reading books – even though I've written two and want to write the best in the world.
I wish I had never worn... At my dad's 50th [birthday] I wore a kilt. I'm a quarter Scottish but that's not enough to warrant wearing a kilt at any point in my life.
At night I dream of... my next show. They tend to go quite well in my dreams. And then I do the show and it doesn't go quite so well.
What I see when I look in the mirror... Not enough wrinkles. I'm worried that, at 33, it reflects a life that's been a bit boring.
My favourite item of clothing... Bowling shoes. They're from eBay but people think I've stolen them, something everyone wants to do – I quite like that they give me that air of recklessness.
My favourite building... This is vaguely soppy – it's All Souls Church by Broadcasting House. I met my wife on the steps of the church before our first date.
Movie heaven... Any Bond film.
My greatest regret... Supporting Liverpool football club. I wish I'd supported the club where I grew up so I would have a good reason to be fanatical.
My secret crush... Vorderman, I'm afraid. I'm a big Countdown fan. I was on it a few years ago, and she lived up to everything I had expected.
My real-life villain... Meddling execs, especially in TV.
The person who really makes me laugh... My two-year-old son, Tom. He will insist on eating a meal with a box on his head because he's a robot and then get upset because it's difficult to eat food with a box on your head.
The last time I cried... My son Barney's birth, Christmas day 2010. It was happy crying. But it kind of ruined Christmas!
My five-year plan... Everything goes out the window slightly with kids – we've written off the next 20 years.
My life in six words... Not wasting a very lucky life.
A LIFE IN BRIEF
Alex Horne was born in 1978. He studied at Cambridge University where he was a member of the Footlights. Horne made his Edinburgh Festival debut in 2000 with his show How To Avoid Huge Ships. He continues to tour as a stand-up, and also fronts 'The Horne Section', a live jazz comedy showcase. He has published two books, Wordwatching and Birdwatchingwatching. He lives in Chesham with his wife and sons. Horne's latest show, Seven Years in the Bathroom, is at the Soho Theatre tonight and tours in April

Holiday Shopping PSA 2022
Holiday Shopping PSA
It’s that time of the year again were I write one of these to remind old and new shoppers to be careful where and on what they spend their money on this holiday season.
Regardless of what you celebrate or don’t celebrate it’s always nice to give a gift to either yourself or someone you care about, but it’d be a huge bummer to later find out what you got them was actual bootleg or stolen art.
To start I always tell those that are interested in buying from an artist to go check out their social media and see where exactly do they sell their work. That is always the best way to make sure you get your art from the actual artist. Try to find a direct link as well. Most are in bios, pinned posts, or other posts were they promote their store/website.
My Stores:
https://www.redbubble.com/people/darkmagicswh/shop
https://www.etsy.com/shop/DarkmagicSWH
If you can’t find a direct link see if their DMs are open or send them an Ask/Tweet at them (delete once you get your answer though). Now if this artist’s store is closed or if they don’t sell to people that is not an invitation to look elsewhere for their work or to print it out yourself! Please respect the artist wishes/schedule and look for another gift option.
Try to avoid shopping for art on sites like Amazon, Wish, Ebay, and Aliexpress UNLESS the artist has specifically said that is where they sell. Most of the time these sites are riddled with stolen work and at a very cheap price so it can be hard to not to take that deal, but don’t. Artist’s, for the most part, are the little guy in this situation. We are having our work taken by bigger companies and given almost no power to fight back. Our art is not free to use or part of the public domain!
Be careful when shopping on Etsy and Redbubble as well. Stolen works can also be found there too. Once again try to find a direct link to the artist store and if you can’t Google their name or search for one of the items they do sell. Just make sure to triple check that the person whose store you are looking at if the artist and not someone just selling their art.
I know it can be hard because sometimes you just see something online you want and don’t put too much thought into whether the listing for it on Amazon is stolen or not, but all I can ask if that people try. Tell friends and families about where they can find artists you like and their stores. Report any stolen listings you find and possibly contact the artist if possible about them. We artist want to keep making fun and creative works for you all to enjoy whether you buy them or not, but we can’t keep giving while our art is stolen and sold for so little by a complete stranger. We need your help too!
If you have bought or received bootleg/stolen art in the past you don’t need to feel guilty. It’s okay that you didn’t know at the time or whoever got you the gift didn’t know. That’s in the past, but right now you can change for the better. Show the artist you love the upmost respect by becoming a safer shopper this holiday season or informing others about the does and don’ts of shopping for art.
For those possibly reading this and thinking that this isn’t a huge issue and that losing out on just a little bit of money couldn’t hurt...it does and it is.
Over the course of just this year I have had to report over 100 stolen listings on just Amazon alone. I have also had to continually look out for stolen works on Etsy, Redbubble, Wish, and Mercari. I have had counter claims sent to me I’ve had to fight, all the while being in student debt. I’m unable to even report the stolen works I’ve found on Ebay and Aliexpress because those sites have made it nearly impossible for a single artist like myself to file a report. This is and has always been a problem and it’s not one artists should just get used to.
I hope this PSA helps some people learn how to shop better this holiday season and reflects the struggle artists sometimes have to go through.

hi!! i love your art + ocs they are so cool i know you have an art FAQ but i was wondering if u had one for your dollies? i actually have been getting into them recently bc of you :D i was kinda just wondering about like models you have/where you got them from/where you get clothes for them from etc. im more interested in smaller scale ones generally but still if u wanna share anything that would be cool :3 thank you!! p.s. i love the 3d sculpts/prints you do for them its so cool....
thank you!!! i didnt think i'd get anyone into dolls actually lmfao
zephyr doll is an imomodoll 75, with jointed hands from DF-H
rali doll is a wip but she has an obitsu 50 skeleton/shins/feet/arms/hands, angel philia thighs, dollfie dream dynamite hips, and a dollfie dream flat L bust... shes a piece of fuckin work
their heads are sculpted by me with luv... hehe
anywho i usually get my clothes from luts! they carry a lot of nice stuff for zephyr's size (a whopping 2 feet tall...) i havent looked around for much stuff for rali yet. they also make dolls themselves as well
i actually ordered directly from imomodoll's tao bao shop via a proxy (super buy) to get zephyr's doll body which idk. i dont really recommend it's scary as fuck navigating that site. as for rali, i ordered the original obitsu 50 cm from parabox.jp and hybrided/modified the dollfie dream parts (ordered from the volks usa site) onto the skeleton. I got the AP thigh parts from faithz
if you're interested in smaller scale bjds I reccomend 1/6 scale lil guys. they're about 30cm tall usually (around barbie doll height) but typically, from what i know about, have more chibi/child-like proportions!
i've heard good things about tinyfox's 1/6 line and also imomodoll's 1/6 line - they're both vinyl bjds and have an internal skeleton as opposed to a resin bjd which are strung tightly with elastic. also i will say imomodoll and tinyfox have some suprisingly cheapo prices (around 200 iirc???) for their fullsets which include a faceup/wig/clothes/eyes/etc along with the doll itself.
i'm anti recast (which everyone should be btw. dont steal people's art. jesus) so i dont reccommend anyone shop for dolls themselves (like heads/bodies/etc) on aliexpress, temu, ebay or etsy--- they're usually stolen from the artists.
sites i can reccomend for buying legit doll stuff is alice's collection, jane's doll land, clover singing, and i think i've heard good things about stacy's pink ocean but i can't remember lol. those sites i just linked carry all sorts of stuff from official dolls to clothes and accessories to maintenance items.
if you're interested in getting vinyl dolls i recommend starting with an obitsu parabox like i did! they're cheaper than dollfie dreams and if you dont like their head sculpts for their dolls it's mega easy to mod a DD head onto one.
thank you!! ill probs make a doll faq soon so this doesnt get lost.

Hi! I juts recently discovered your amazing work. I am very impressed at your creativity and skills drawing! Like I said I just very recently started to check out all your works, I spent my whole free time today enjoying your beautiful Waxer and Boil spicy sketches and other drawings.
There’s so much I’d like to ask you to get to know you better, I am not sure if you’re ok with too many questions and all.
I will only ask one thing for the moment, as I was scrolling on your sketches I stumbled with more than one which I could swear I saw before almost exactly the same except with different characters, instead of W+B I have seen the same drawing with Obi Wan and Cody.
I am guessing people would ask you if they can use it to modify and turn them into Codywans?
I am delighted to have found your work.
Thank you for sharing so much. Another little q: have you ever taken commissions?
Thanks again for your time reading my message.
Hello!
Ah, thank you so much for the kind words. 🥺🧡 Coming up with new ideas is often like pulling teeth for me, so I'm glad you're enjoying my stuff! <333
As for questions, I don't post about personal/irl stuff on here, but I'm always happy to scream about the blorbos. 😂
I have had plenty of my art stolen before—everything from people sharing it in Discord servers or on Pinterest without credit to selling items with my images printed on them on eBay, lolcry. However, I suspect this is probably a case of 'there are only so many nice gay porn photos on the internet.' XD I've come across a lot of other images in fandom and said to myself, "Oh I've used that ref, too!" And truthfully, it's not just limited to spicy stuff, but also images of guys cuddling; after a while, you start to run low on good quality shots of people with roughly the right builds, etc.
Also, I saw your second ask about having seen my pinned post, where it says I don't do commissions. So no worries!
Thank you again for taking the time to let me know what you think of my silly art! 🧡

Holy shit, those "lost mail auctions" absolutely must be illegal bc it's just vile. Imagine you make a one of the kind of item for your friend/customer and it gets lost only to some Jeef McFucker buying it for cheap on those blind mail auctions, trying to resell it and refusing to return to the original onwer. And even trying to squeeze insane money out of them.
(funny how this guy claims he was a wife and the child...like you got married and had a child while the only source of income is selling stolen stuff on eBay??? Ew!)
And I don't care about "but postal services are underfunded!", yes it is, and it's a problem that must be solved, but it's not an excuse for treating packages like shit and "losing" them to fill their own pockets.
Figure it out how to return it to the owner or to sender at least ffs.
Not to mention some mail practises just are beyond moral, like forcing you pay to receive your package the same fucking price you payed for item (esp when you already payed for shipping?? Those "custom fee" are absolute bs) or refusing to deliver the package bc they wanna held and squeezed keeping fees from you wtf
Well, tbh this is why I refuse to buy shit on EBay. I am sure the majority of items listed there are stolen mail. Fcuk them and those "sellers".
Btw, saw some ppl defending this guy saying that he "bought" this item so it's not stealing. I'm pretty sure it is a fraud when you buy something without consent of the other party, esp when the owner was found. So no, he stole it and refuse to return it. Don't buy shit on eBay.

Russian Market: A Comprehensive Look into the Popular Marketplace
The online marketplace has grown significantly in recent years, offering a variety of platforms that cater to different needs and interests. Among these platforms, the Russian Market, also referred to by the domain Russianmarket.to, has emerged as a widely recognized marketplace, especially within certain communities. This article explores the Russian Market, its key features, its appeal, and the factors contributing to its growing reputation.
Origins and Background of Russian Market
The Russian Market is an online platform that offers a wide range of products and services, often appealing to users seeking specific or hard-to-find items. While some online marketplaces like eBay or Amazon cater to mainstream consumers, the Russian Market often appeals to a more niche audience. It has gained attention for offering both legal and illegal goods and services, ranging from physical items like electronics, clothing, and accessories to digital products like software, data, and tools used for hacking or cybersecurity purposes.
The origins of the Russian Market are not entirely clear, though it is widely associated with certain underground or darknet markets. This has raised concerns among authorities and cybersecurity experts, who warn that many of the offerings on such platforms may be illegal or compromised. Despite this, the Russian Market has built a substantial user base, many of whom are attracted by the accessibility and pricing of the products listed on the site.
Key Features of the Russian Market
The platform operates similarly to other online marketplaces but with certain distinctions. One of the key features of the Russian Market is its anonymity. Many transactions on the platform are conducted using cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin, which helps maintain the privacy of both buyers and sellers. This anonymity is one of the main reasons why the Russian Market has gained traction, particularly among users who value discretion when purchasing goods and services.
Another notable feature is the wide variety of products available on the platform. Users can find almost anything, from common goods like electronics and fashion items to more controversial offerings like digital tools for bypassing security systems or personal data that may have been obtained through illegal means. While mainstream e-commerce sites enforce strict regulations and policies on what can be sold, the Russian Market is more lenient, allowing for a more diverse and sometimes questionable inventory.
The Appeal of Russian Market
Several factors contribute to the appeal of the Russian Market. First and foremost is the pricing. Products on the platform are often listed at significantly lower prices than those on mainstream platforms, making it an attractive option for bargain hunters. This is particularly true for high-value items like electronics or luxury goods, which are often sold at a fraction of their retail price.
Another appeal is the variety of products available. For users who are seeking items that are hard to find on conventional platforms, the Russian Market offers an abundance of options. This includes software tools, digital goods, or even specific items related to certain hobbies or interests that may not be available on larger, more regulated platforms.
The platform’s anonymity is another major draw. In an age where privacy concerns are growing, the Russian Market provides a sense of security for users who prefer to keep their online activities private. This is particularly appealing for those involved in controversial industries or those who are concerned about government surveillance or data tracking.
Risks and Concerns
While the Russian Market offers many benefits to its users, it is not without its risks. The platform’s association with illegal goods and services means that users could be engaging in activities that violate laws in their country. For example, the purchase of stolen data or counterfeit goods could result in serious legal consequences.
Moreover, the anonymity provided by the platform, while attractive to many users, also makes it a breeding ground for scams. Since transactions are often conducted using untraceable cryptocurrencies, it can be difficult to resolve disputes or recover funds if a transaction goes wrong. This has led to instances of fraud, with users sometimes receiving fake or subpar goods, or in some cases, not receiving anything at all.
Additionally, the Russian Market is a target for law enforcement agencies and cybersecurity experts. The platform’s operation in the grey or black market makes it a prime focus for investigations into cybercrime, data breaches, and the sale of illegal goods. Users of the platform risk becoming entangled in these investigations, either as buyers or sellers.

f/o thoughts have been strangely quiet lately, so to make up for it I'm going to gush about some items I found on ebay that I did not purchase, but am just delighted to know that they exist in the world.
first, pixel Grimm.jow keychain:
Tumblr media
why did they make him a pixel sprite? no idea!! but I love it anyway. would still kiss. also a big fan of the blue tinge and how they put the image of his release form in the background. excellent product of my husband 8/10 would consider purchasing if the listing wasn't stupidly expensive
next, Grimm.jow but WAITER
Tumblr media
I am SCREAMING he is so!! small!! and cute!!! and the blue pawprints?? kill me. I also don't know how he looks good in literally every single outfit he's given in promo art and official art and BBS cards, but he does, and I love it. 8/10 very cute, can't remember the price but I wasn't sure if this was an official product from a cafe collab, or if was stolen fanart of a cafe collab made into a keychain.
then we have. The Orbs.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
I know the pictures aren't great (blame the ebay listing I screenshotted from) but these are little keychain figures that come with these display orbs (complete with their rank numbers and appropriate coloring) and you can display them on top of the orbs. why do these look so cute. why do I want a colored plastic orb with Grimm's number on it. and the figures, for as small as they are (and being part of keychains), they don't look that bad! In the listing I saw they came in a set with a few others (Ichigo, Kon, Byakuya, and one more that eludes me...) but I didn't care much for the others. 10/10 would consider buying these two on their own as opposed to part of the full set.
extra keychains bouns round:
Tumblr media
this Gin one that has absolutely NO RIGHT to be this cute. he's so small!! he is getting squished!!! I wouldn't consider Gin an f/o but I do think we would somehow be friends. he keeps popping up in my thoughts to cause chaos. 10/10 would put in my pocket and take to the store with me.
and THIS Ulq.uiorra plush keychain that I am endlessly delighted to know is real and exists in the world somewhere:
Tumblr media Tumblr media
HE IS WEARING!!!! A BAT COSTUME!!! ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME!!!! I bet he is so cozy in that thing. 10/10 would consider buying if it wasn't a minimum of $73 (not counting international shipping, if the listing was from Japan)

Everything You Need to Know Before Selling Your Preloved Diamond Jewellery
Tumblr media
Selling preloved diamond Jewellery can be a rewarding experience, providing extra cash, decluttering your space, and giving someone else the chance to cherish a beautiful piece. However, it’s essential to approach this process with knowledge and preparation. Here’s a comprehensive guide on what you need to know before selling your diamond Jewellery.
1. Understand the Value of Your Jewellery
Before selling, it's crucial to have a good understanding of what your diamond Jewellery is worth. The value of diamond Jewellery is influenced by several factors:
- The 4 Cs: Clarity, Carat, Colour, Cut. These are the primary criteria by which diamonds are graded and priced.
- Certification: Having certification from reputable organisations like GIA (Gemological Institute of America) or AGS (American Gem Society) can significantly impact the value.
- Condition: The overall condition of the piece, including any signs of wear or damage, will affect its resale value.
- Market Trends: Current market trends and demand for certain styles can influence how much you can sell your Jewellery for.
2. Get a Professional Appraisal
Having your diamond Jewellery professionally appraised will give you a clear picture of its current market value. An appraisal should be done by a certified and reputable jeweller or gemologist who can provide a detailed report. This document will be valuable when negotiating with potential buyers.
3. Research Potential Buyers
There are multiple options for selling your diamond Jewelleries, each with its own set of merits and demerits:
- Jewellery Stores: Some Jewellery stores buy preloved pieces, but they often offer less than the market value.
- Pawn Shops: Quick and convenient, but typically offer the lowest prices.
- Online Marketplaces: Platforms like eBay or specialised Jewellery resale websites can help you reach a wider audience, but be prepared to handle shipping and customer inquiries.
- Auction Houses: High-end or unique pieces might fetch better prices at auctions.
- Private Buyers: Selling directly to an individual can sometimes yield the best price, but it requires more effort to find a buyer.
4. Prepare Your Jewellery for Sale
Presentation matters. Clean your Jewellery thoroughly, ensuring it sparkles and looks its best. If possible, get it professionally cleaned. Take high-quality photographs that showcase the diamond's brilliance and the overall condition of the piece. Clear, detailed images can make a significant difference, especially if you are selling online.
5. Set a Realistic Price
Based on your research and appraisal, set a realistic price for your diamond Jewellery. Be ready to conclude but know your bottom line. It's essential to be realistic about what you can expect to get based on the current market conditions and the demand for your particular piece.
6. Understand the Selling Process
Familiarise yourself with the selling process of your chosen platform or buyer. If selling online, know the listing fees, shipping policies, and any other associated costs. For in-person sales, understand the negotiation process and the terms of the sale. Ensure that all transactions are secure and documented to protect yourself from fraud.
7. Be Patient
Selling preloved diamond Jewellery can take time. Finding the right buyer willing to pay a fair price may not happen overnight. Be patient and keep your options open. Sometimes, waiting a bit longer can result in a better deal.
8. Legal and Ethical Considerations
Ensure that the sale of your diamond Jewellery is legal and ethical. Be honest about the condition and provenance of the piece. Avoid selling stolen or misrepresented items, as this can have legal repercussions and damage your reputation.
Conclusion
Selling preloved diamond Jewellery can be a straightforward and profitable endeavour if approached correctly. By understanding the value of your jewellery, getting a professional appraisal, researching potential buyers, preparing your Jewellery, setting a realistic price, understanding the selling process, being patient, and adhering to legal and ethical standards, you can maximize your returns and ensure a smooth selling experience. Happy selling! 💎✨
FAQs
1. How do I determine the value of my diamond jewellery?
To determine the value of your diamond jewellery, you should consider the 4 Cs (Carat weight, Cut, Clarity, and Colour), have it certified by a reputable organisation like GIA or AGS, and get a professional appraisal from a certified jeweller or gemologist.
2. Why is certification important?
Certification provides an objective evaluation of the diamond's quality and authenticity. It can significantly enhance the value and credibility of your jewellery, making it easier to sell and often fetching a higher price.
3. Where can I sell my preloved diamond jewellery?
You can sell your diamond jewellery at jewellery stores, pawn shops, online marketplaces, auction houses, or directly to private buyers. Each option has its own merits and demerits, so choose wisely the one that best suits your needs.
4. How can I get the best price for my jewellery?
To get the best price, have your jewellery professionally appraised, present it well (clean and photograph it clearly), set a realistic price, and be prepared to negotiate. Selling through platforms with a broad reach or directly to private buyers often yields better prices.
5. Should I clean my jewellery before selling it?
Yes, cleaning your jewellery ensures it looks its best, which can positively influence potential buyers. Consider having it professionally cleaned to enhance its appearance.
6. What documents should I provide when selling?
Providing a certificate of authenticity, a detailed appraisal report, and any original purchase receipts or documentation can help establish the value and authenticity of your jewellery.
7. How can I avoid scams when selling online?
To avoid scams, use reputable platforms with secure payment methods, verify buyer credentials, and ensure all transactions are documented. Be careful of proposals that seem too clean to be faithful and hide personal information.
8. What should I do if I don’t have a certificate for my diamond?
If you don’t have a certificate, you can still sell your diamond, but it may be valued lower. Consider getting it certified by a reputable organisation to enhance its value and buyer confidence.

Selling to a jeweller offers quick convenience but may yield a lower price. Selecting for a private buyer could get a higher price, though it may need more time and effort.
11. What are the legal considerations when selling diamond jewellery?
Ensure that the sale is legal and ethical. Be honest about the condition and provenance of the piece, and avoid selling stolen or misrepresented items. Keep documentation and transaction records for your protection.
12. Can I sell diamond jewellery that is damaged or missing stones?
Yes, you can sell damaged jewellery or pieces with missing stones, but it will likely be valued lower. Some buyers might be interested in the diamonds alone, especially if they are of high quality.

From Players to Sellers: A Closer Examination of the People Behind Diablo 4's Black Market
From Players to Sellers: A Closer Examination of the People Behind Diablo 4's Black Market
Introduction
The Rise of Diablo 4's Black Market
Who are the Diablo 4 Gold Sellers?
The Business of Diablo 4 Gold Selling
The Ethics of Gold Selling in the Gaming Industry
Conclusion
Introduction
Diablo 4 is one of the most popular action RPGs on the market, and with the release of its latest installment, the game has attracted a considerable number of players worldwide. However, with the growing demand for in-game currency, Diablo 4's black market has also seen a significant rise. In this article, we will examine the people behind Diablo 4's gold-selling industry and explore the ethical considerations surrounding this controversial practice.
The Rise of Diablo 4's Black Market
The rise of Diablo 4's black market can be attributed to a variety of factors, including the game's popularity, the increasing demand for in-game currency, and the difficulties players face in earning it through the game's traditional means, such as quests and battles.
In addition, the rise of digital downloads and online gaming has made it easier than ever for gamers to access and purchase Diablo 4 gold from third-party sellers. Unfortunately, these sellers often engage in a range of unsavory practices, including selling stolen items, spamming players with unwanted offers, and engaging in account hacking and theft.
Who are the Diablo 4 Gold Sellers?
diablo 4 gold sellers are typically individuals or groups who operate for-profit businesses in the game's black market. These sellers engage in a range of activities, including farming gold to sell, buying and reselling gold, and spamming players with offers to purchase gold.
In some cases, these sellers may also engage in account hacking and theft, using stolen credit cards or other fraudulent means to purchase gold or items in bulk. These activities can have serious consequences for the game's economy and the players who purchase gold from these sellers.
The Business of Diablo 4 Gold Selling
Diablo 4 gold selling is big business, with some estimates suggesting that the industry is worth millions of dollars worldwide. These sellers often operate through online marketplaces, such as eBay and Craigslist, or through their own websites and social media accounts.
However, the risks associated with this industry are considerable, with many sellers facing account bans, legal action, and even physical harm for their involvement in the game's black market. Despite these risks, many sellers continue to operate, driven by the high demand for in-game currency and the potential for significant profits.
The Ethics of Gold Selling in the Gaming Industry
The ethics of gold selling in the gaming industry are a subject of considerable debate. On the one hand, some argue that gold selling provides a valuable service to players who are struggling to earn in-game currency through traditional means, particularly those who are time-poor or who are not interested in the game's grinding mechanics.
On the other hand, many gamers and industry experts argue that gold selling is detrimental to the game's economy, fostering a culture of cheating and favoring those who are willing to pay real-world money over those who are not.
Additionally, gold selling can also present serious security risks, particularly in cases where sellers engage in account hacking and theft. Players who buy gold from these sellers risk having their accounts compromised, leaving them vulnerable to financial losses and identity theft.
Conclusion
Despite the risks and ethical considerations associated with Diablo 4 gold selling, the industry continues to thrive, driven by the game's popularity and the demand for in-game currency. As gamers, we are faced with a choice: to buy gold from third-party sellers and risk our account security and the game's economy, or to play the game as it was intended, grinding through quests and battles to earn our rewards.
