Without naming names--because, folks, for like 99.9% of the time, I don't name and shame my haters, the annoying AAs who need to stop acting like immature children who can't abide to hear criticism of their favorite and precious "Kween" (spare me). I think I can count on... a handful of times when I have. And I've written over 1000 posts. That's a pretty nice small number.

Oh, not my main... problem person, of course. Danneel is a celebrity and therefore not granted any kind of protection.

I said what I said. Celebrities in this country (United States) are free game to tabloids, gossip columnists, speculation among fans, even (not my thing at all) real people fictional-shipping.

The Ackles are not safe from such speculation. Neither are the Padaleckis. Nor is Misha or his ex wife or Samantha Smith or Jeffrey Dean Morgan or... Hell. Not even Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie. There are other websites that talk about it.

Hell, Gossip Boy (dunno if it's still standing) went wild on speculating about Jensen's sexuality back when he was on Days of Our Lives and afterward. Remember Ted Casablanca? He stated that Danneel had to be a beard for Jensen and she flipped the hell out.

The only time such speculation can be considered libel and/or slander (there is a difference) is if the person can actually prove damage to their reputation and career. Given my reach is absurdly minimal, the Ackles would not have any right to a lawsuit.

Here's another thing.

It's my opinion. If others are finding my opinion has valid evidence, maybe take a long and hard look at your Kween and her behavior, hmm? Stop ogling and objectifying Jensen. He is more than a perfect god for you to touch and manhandle just because you can't stop drooling over.

He is imperfect. A person with flaws and imperfections. He's done some wrong in the past and will continue to do some wrong in the future. He is human.

Danneel is also imperfect. I will not say more than that here.

If you do not like what I write, why are you seeking it out? Why torture yourself over and over like that? If you don't want to hear anything bad about your favorites, may I recommend not looking?!

Is the fact that I'm writing this hurting you in some way? Like literally? The answer had best be "no".

Is it having any personal affect on your life whatsoever that a single person on a tiny corner in Tumblr writing some thoughts on life, celebrity speculation, and facts about abuse? Again, the answer had best be "no".

If it is "Yes! You're doing something I don't like!"

This is my answer: "That is the logic of a child. I'm going to tell you exactly what a parent would tell you when you try to use that logic on them: Suck it up, sweet cheeks. The world doesn't revolve around you."

Don't shit on someone for having an opinion you don't like. Just don't read it. Don't sic your followers to try and report me because you don't like it.

This is just a genuine general curious question. Have ANY of you j2 Jensen leaning fans ever stoped and thought “wait hold on, maybe Jensen isn’t being objectified as severely as I originally thought” “their are people who have complemented him not just for his looks but other things as well” ? because it will help all j2 fans to be more liked by the general fandom, as who would stop attacking people who are just projecting positivity on Jensen, Misha or anyone in the fandom in general. Hey Anon, he is....he really is. Yeah, not everyone does it to the degree that a lot of people do, but I have seen a lot of really obscene/unhinged posts out there. It's not that people aren't allowed to think he's handsome, because well, he is. It's just that there are so many people who put that before anything else, and it's just a constant barrage of that all day every day. There are some people, who take it to an extreme as well. Where it's post after post after post from the same persons talking about how gorgeous he is every single day. Then some have the audacity to tag him in their posts too.

I saw earlier that the 0dayssinceJensenwasobjectified (what a mouthful) blog posted a tweet where someone did it right. Yeah, they said he was handsome, but appreciated him as a person too. So, they recognize when people do it right and applaud them for it. As I've said a bunch of times so far, I don't know that person so I can't speak for them, but I don't think the purpose of that blog is solely to put people down for objectifying Jensen, but to hopefully make people see and bring some awareness.

I really am going to dig up his quotes from over the years where it shows how he does have some issues with it one day. I think that would be helpful for people to understand as well.

As I said when answering an ask yesterday, it's not just Jensen, it's Jared and Misha who get it done to them too. They are all human, they all want to be valued for who they are, what they do, and not just what they look like.

I'm putting a line break here, because now I want to address the whole "help j2 fans to be more liked by the fandom" thing. All I keep hearing lately is J2 and JP fans are the worst. The most toxic, yada yada, yada. You do realize that actual J2 fans/JP fans spend most of their time defending them against hellers and AA's right? It's the hellers and AA's that are sending repeated death threats to Jared, or bullying Jared, or just hating on him in general. It's the same people who are being totally gross about objectifying Jensen, or being determined that Dean was bi and ship him with a ship that he has repeatedly, and I mean repeatedly denied existing. Tagging both Jensen and his wife in tweets about it. Tagging him in overtly sexual posts about it. Putting them in poly relationships with Misha and his girlfriend. I could go on and on and on about the atrocities committed by hellers and AA's on a daily basis.

The biggest thing though? The fact that those same people are the ones that come to our asks and say vile and malicious things to us constantly under the cover of anonymity every day. (I'm not really talking about you anon, you were fairly civil which is appreciated). My J2/JP fan friends and I go not go to other blogs and do that to others. If we are saying malicious things, it's generally in response to the ones directing at us.

Jensen appreciation anon here again. Sorry, I hope my ask didn't come across as rude at all, I was just curious as to how you can keep appreciating him because I myself used to be a fan of him. But now that the scales are off my eyes, I just can't see him in the same way.

Now every time I see him, I roll my eyes consistently, especially every single time I see his fans repeatedly without fail objectify him or say he should win an Oscar, an Emmy, and it's like for what? Not to mention the man's ego and blatant narcissism is shining through more and more these days. Like the ask you got about his most recent fan interaction. That same day, another fan either started to pass out or needed to sit down, and he immediately jumped to his feet (I'll give him that) but then when she was better and asking her question, he played it off as such an egotistical dbag in my opinion. Probably to keep things light and maybe make her laugh, but come on. I get these guys know they have to entertain at these things but Jared seems to have a more authentic way of doing it that leaves a positive vibe from him and a lasting impression on people.

And that's what it comes down to for me: authenticity. I don't see it from Jensen or a lot of his fan base. It's like one big mirage or smoke screen/show.

I compare him to actors like Pedro Pascal, Oscar Isaac, Denzel Washington, and even Karl Urban and I just can't believe that his hardcore fan base thinks that he can reach their levels without putting in the work. Sure, he has potential as a performer, but it just amazes me that he and they all think automatically that he should be A-list without putting in the work, without changing his mindset to match theirs. These actors are all about the craft, the collaboration. It's not just about their looks or how well they tell a joke. They have true respect in the industry from all corners and every single one of them worked their tails off to get to where they are now. Even when you hear them speak in interviews and on podcasts, their humility and drive shines through. They're the real article. They even authentically champion causes close to their hearts. They show us all who they are as public personas, performers, while keeping private what they want to keep private. All curated, yes, but within a semi-authentic means if that makes sense. Like Denzel will speak up on things that matter to him while never taking the bait on other things. Pedro is not shy about sharing personal opinions on politics, causes, and other things, while also not getting baited into anything. Oscar, Karl, etc. Jensen...crickets. No idea on where he stands on anything that might matter to him on any subject unless it's the way the wind blows, it's connected to his wallet, or it's only surface deep. Like that video he made with Danneel about the shirt for the LA fires.

Anyway, so for me, Jensen lacks authenticity and drive. Not to mention everything I said in my last ask. And it just boggles my mind that this man somehow has 11m insta followers and people practically passing out in his presence when it's like, yeah he may be good looking, but a lot of it only seems surface deep. And yeah, he's a talented actor and has potential, but he's not what I would call a true performer or someone who is even willing to do the hard work to get to where he wants to be. It just feels like he expects to sit back and be handed it and his fan base expects that, too. And that feels like such an insult and massive disrespect to other actors who struggled to get to where they are today and have a never ending supply of humility and gratitude at the same time.

Which is a shame because it seemed like there for a while that there was more there in him that could be briefly glimpsed, even in his answers to serious questions about the craft, his process, and the industry as a whole. If I were to wish anything for him, it would be for him to stop listening to the oohs and aahs of his fan base, stop the rockstar shit (meaning him purposely seeking to elicit the Elvis-like screams from concertgoers during these performances), pull his head out of his ass, and do the actual work. And while I understand him and his wife trying to brand themselves for business reasons, perhaps they should take a step back and rethink that, too. How else do either of them expect to break out of the CW/Supernatural/failed-Winchesters bubble and actually be taken seriously in the industry by people who matter without having to suck up to execs other people connect them to or calling in favors? It's just all so fake, greedy, and ugh.

Sorry I went on there for a minute. I hope it was okay I shared my thoughts with you on this subject. Like I said, I fully respect your decision and reasoning. Personally, I just can't bring myself to root for him anymore. As an actor or anything else. I hope for his sake, he eventually gets it and evolves.

I get where you are coming from and subscribe to what you said, Jensen is too self centered and all his fans do is play his ego but there is no substance to either parties involved. An actor who lives for the craft, like you mentioned, is a very different animal compared to the very superficial values Jensen promotes and embodies. My strongest wish is for him to get himself a private acting + vocal coach. Because those people know how to ground an artist and how to challenge him to evolve. Jensen prefers winging it and that’s why he’ll never reach a respectable tier as an actor. I agree with the first anon's perspective. It's crazy how objectified JA gets just because of his position and looks. That's why I love his friendship with Jared because to me it feels like Jared is the realest friend he could ever have in that field.

While we’re on the subject of other cast members, I think it’s wild how sycophantic some of them are and how they treat Jensen like he’s a piece of meat. I want to touch a bit on the hierarchy that existed in Supernatural. I recognize that J2 were the leads, but I also think it was Jared who, in terms of the call sheet and character importance, stood a step above Jensen.

So, in this imaginary pyramid, it’s easier to “reach” Jensen than Jared. I haven’t seen any commentary that’s as inappropriate and consistently repeated toward Jared as I have with Jensen. When I hear stories about Jared, they usually come from Jensen (which makes sense, considering that pyramid), or sometimes from JDM. Even Shoshannah, who played Sam’s partner, doesn’t make those kinds of jokes about Jared—she chooses to talk about how kind and helpful he was on set.

The behavior of the rest of the cast is noticeably different. With Jared, they don’t try to act that way (and honestly, I think that’s great). But with Jensen, they tend to be opportunistic. No wonder he prefers being close to Jared. Again, in that imaginary hierarchy, Jared wouldn’t gain anything. it’s like he’s above that kind of attention-seeking nonsense.

Most of them blame Jared for ending their easy ride, and they don't suck up to him like they do Jensen, because Jensen just handed them roles on TW. They didn't have to earn it.
