komorebi on the left, sulani on the right! since strangerville was more posed than anything, and the texture on the ground glitched for my entire first playthrough, i didn't rly have any actual shots of the literal gp kjfdjk

my favorite bit of cut content were bubblegum's THREE (didn't have a pic of the last bubbu) kittens, bc homegirl went into heat & "free spirited" her way outta the house twice and came home pregnant 💀 i remember one was named "fish" and i loveeeed them, but they ended up distracting piper & flux far too much for gameplay

i had to cheat flux into a fine moodlet out of those heart eyes ALL the time - he just loves her ok 😭 wears his lil heart on his sleeeeeeve

piper's cringe trait means she dabs 334843 times a day, spouts memes to fl-ux constantly, and is living in the "still got it" moodlet. i'm obsessed w her its clear 2 see. also ever since she got the lovebug trait she does the heart idle sooo often, its so cute to me 😭

also ahem they've been in a "very satisfied" romantic relationship since the festival of ice in-game OOP. they may be slowburn in the story but i literally couldn't STOP them from flirting w eachother dsjkfho

Zoe - The odds. She is headstrong and she's going to accomplish anything she sets her mind to, no matter the improbabilities.

Erwin - Society's rules. Rules are flexible and fallible and have to be broken sometimes. After all, most rules were written to benefit the people who wrote them in the first place, right?

Tashia - How others might percieve her. She is confident and feels that our unique differences are gifts, that there is strength in vulnerability and authenticity in a world full of conventions and expectations.

Anwar - Fluffy, sugar-sweet romance. It's easier to be alone, easier to navigate life without someone trying to take the wheel. Love, to Anwar has always seemed transactional and rigid, illogical and frustrating.

Junia - Danger/The fragility of existence. She saw the inevitability of death up close, she knows it will one day come and she isn't scared. She is more scared of living a life in fear, of not doing what's right in the name of self-preservation.

Beckett - Status or wealth. He has seen that man's need for more is never satiated, even when they have more than most people could ever imagine. Beckett just wants to be happy and content, to live a simple but beautiful life.

aaaaand some outtakes.  Just because.  So here’s the picture of the dorks ready to start their hard scrabble, dangerous, zombie infested existence

because just because its the zombie apocalypse doesn’t mean you can’t still smile all the time.

Dropped them off in the trailer park and the first thing the two nerds did was

I was tempted to let Takashi run around in this outfit

but I gave in and went with sensibility instead.  Which is sad.  I’m pretty sure this outfit would have made the whole zombie apocalypse much nicer for everyone (enjoy it now! tumblr is run by bots who disapprove of sand dunes and things that look like sand dunes).

the zombies came to visit and brought fruit cake!  Lisa dealt with that horror while Takashi, left on his own while I was busy elsewhere, started with pushups (again - this is alarming in-character)

Finally we had a serious discussion about the dangers of uh, bears, I guess

those furry bastards!

The Boys set their cakes outside - and Noxeema had apparently aroused another Operation Decorator Storm for Love Day - her favourite holiday. But first things first - Genji has a lot to explain. The Dorm is safe - Ms Coombes made sure of that. There is a lot to talk about and not a lot of time since Genji will be missed by the Council. So...without further ado, Sai got to the point.

Saiwa: "How did you survive Ji Ho's blood while Vlad had to die?" Genji: "The Council summoned and threatened me - brought me to a lab and gave me those blood bag infusions..."

"I suppose they contained meremaid blood. So I could get used to it and not die when I would drink of Ji Ho and keep him with me after Vlad died. They planned this, I'm sure." Saiwa: "What? But... ok, ok keep going."

Genji: "I almost died but eventually my body got used to it - for a price… I changed... and the bloodlust arose."

"They brought me to Copperdale then. I was so thirsty and it only got worse since no one seemed eligable. And then I saw him (Ji Ho)... I tried to hold back for a few days but I was at the verge of death... and when you showed up in front of my house that day... I'm so sorry."

Saiwa: "But where did they get this blood from? To stir a bloodlust just for Ji Ho - it had to be Ji Ho's blood. Ji Ho - have you ever been forced to 'donate' your blood?" Ji Ho shakes his head. Saiwa: "Strange... Maybe one of your relatives?" Ji Ho: "My mother and my brother are dead. I don't know of any other relatives. I don't know who my father is, but he was no mermaid - neither was my brother."

"So this Lab. Was this in Strangerville?" Genji nods. Saiwa: "Felix hadn't been idle since we left as it seems. We could still restore the data we gathered from the Lab and search through the logs from the time after we left to find out more." Genji: "Ji Ho. I'm sorry. I will make it up to you, I promise." (Hell-ena in the background ;)

So this is what the Council wants from Vlad? His death? But why don't they just kill him then? No one cares when the Council kills 'creatures' like Vlad... Just like no one cares when you, say, kill a cow and eat it. They are just creatures. Some even approve of it. One creature less to worry about and be afraid of...

By comparison, my build and buy folder for Mimic is 24GB whereas my CAS folders are only 11GB combined (yes I know I have a lot of cc).
