Hell’s Circuit was a little tougher than anticipated but I made it level I at least! Finish off the night with some Corn Beef and Potatoes with a side salad of Spinach, Blueberries and Croutons for good measure!

⛏ Learned to sharpen a tomahawk this past weekend • 💡No matter what you do in life you always have to be prepared • 🛠 This means keeping your tools sharp be it physical, mental, or spiritual • 💪🏾 Physically, I stay active whether it’s working out, Filipino martial arts, or moving around • 👨🏾‍🏫 Mentally I’m always learning as much as I can whether it’s through reading, watching videos, finding mentors/teachers, participating in different types of programs, or even through teaching my students or training clients • 🙏🏾 Spiritually, I journal, stay mindful, reflect, and self-study • We all have our own ways and you don’t have to do it all at once. Just do something, anything.
