He stares up at them, then at the cigarettes on the table. Although he's stupid, he associates Ashes with cigarettes. He climbs up the table and picks up the box, he then proceeds to run back over to them and drop the box at their feet

Ashes raises an eyebrow before picking up the box, lighting a cigarette, and raising it to their lips. They take a drag before leaning down and scratching stringbean’s head

He’s gonna kill me but it’s worth it

He is on the ground, on an octokitten's best equivalent of a back, next to an open cabinet. In said cabinet, there is a ripped bag that has "catnip" labeled on it. He is surrounded by catnip, and there's even some on him. Even the smallest of octokittens can fall into catnip addiction

Tiv looks worried for him, picking him up and putting him somewhere safe while they clean up the catnip. They note to themself that they'll have to find a safer location for the catnip later.

But for the time being they pick him back up and bring him back to their lab for monitoring. Just to be sure he's okay.

I love looking at 2-3 week old kittens and saying That thang is hardly even alive. do they know where they are I don't think they do

He enters the room and spots them. He walks over and sniffs, trying to determine if he knows this one. He stares up with his big ass eyes, as he is far smaller than he should be

He runs into the room and smacks right into one of the guns, getting dizzy and knocking it over. He stumbles around the room until he falls on his face and just lays there

Tiv picks the octokitten up very gently.

Such a skinny little thing, poor dear. Come, let me introduce you to the rest of the family and get you something to eat. Don't suppose you like emu?

Tiv picks him up and pet him.

You wanna go find yer dads?

He stumbles into the kitchen and hits the cabinet face first. Wobbling around, he makes his way over to the fridge and sits in front of it, hoping that the first person who walks into the kitchen will provide him with his treat of cheese.

Unfortunately, there is a great chance that that person could be @swarm-mother , so he quickly jumps at a bag of flour, covering himself, this is his best attempt at disguise, he even covers his tracks by getting one of the younger octokittens to lick up the flour while he sits right in front of the fridge and hopes that A. The disguise works so he can have all the cheese he wants, and B. He doesn't have to take a bath

His disguise will most likely not work, but is a boy allowed to dream?

Something shuffles in the darker parts of the lab. A creature, there's pitter-pattering around the area, until at the doctor's feet, there is a small, honestly funny looking, runt of an octokitten. His big eyes stare at her face and he tries to appear threatening by flashing his dull teeth.

Meow?

He "speaks"

Oh? How did you get here?...youre rather smalll...must be a kitten.

She smiles as sits down on the floor, carefully extending her hand for it to sniff it as to not come off as threatening

*He's in the middle of doing his nails. He stares at the octokitten in flabbergasted silence for a moment, then grabs a cushion with his unpainted hand and throws it at it's tiny retreating body.*
