Commission for me by harriers on twitter. link below During the battle with the Dark Forest, in my AU version of events, Starclan Nightstar and Stumpytail confront DF Clawface, reminding him that he DID do everything he did for Shadowclan, but Brokenstar were and are NOT Shadowclan, nor is the Dark Forest, no matter how many shadows are there. Clawface rebuffs that it wouldn't matter, because even if he switched sides, he'd still be forced to return to the Dark Forest afterward, but Nightstar refutes that, saying that Starclan is open to those who turn, as he's in charge now (we all know he was Shadowclan's most legitimate, and only morally upright leader anyway). So Clawface switches sides and returns to family. Nightstar was Clawface's brother, and Stumpytail Clawface's son, for anyone unaware. Shadowclan again !! I once had to animate him for a map part and i became obsessed with this grumpy shorty tom.

Clawface's son who is maybe in the Dark Forest but I like to think he turned his life around and became better :)

In my rewrite, he becomes an elder and dies in the Great Battle. His mate was Tangleburr and they had Redwillow and Scorchfur (tentative family tree decision, may change)
