I am getting really tired of not holding myself accountable. I've been binging too much and fasting too little; and it stops today. In this thread, I will do weekly weigh-ins, cal counts for every meal, step accountability, etc. It is February of 2024, and I need to step up my game. I'm tired of being fat.

Here's my goal sheet for 2024:

Daily -- 20hr fasting/4hr eating window, 700cal max, 6k steps minimum, 10 cups of water minimum, lax intakes

Weekly -- weigh-ins, 42k steps minimum

Monthly -- body checks, 200k step goal per month, 1 "cheat day", BMI checks

Habits -- only eating around other people, throwing out food that i should not eat, drinking more water, using my diet trackers, updating my accountability threads on tumblr and twitter, actually purging, walking everyday, doing small routine exercises, not letting myself get thrown off my schedule.
