Shut Up and Dance With Me

Lance and his friends have been regulars at the Altea Dance Studio for years. Not just for classes, but to hang out, practice, and spend time with good people who love dancing. Every year, they audition to be one of the few representing Altea at the regional dance competition. Lance always auditions solo, but this year he misses out on auditions and blows his chance to participate. And so does his self-proclaimed rival, Keith. Luckily, Shiro comes up with a brilliant plan: convince Lance and Keith to audition as a duo. With a little convincing, and a lot of effort, these two might just be able to pull it off and go to regionals... or they might crash and burn.

About a week ago I was rereading parts of @wittyy-name​‘s Shut Up and Dance With Me fic while watching 1Million Dance Studio videos and this video came up and the outfit and dance routine had major Klance vibes and I had to.

Pls excuse my super lazy background, I am but a simple art gremlin who does not want to make a more detailed one (even if I did want to try and mimic the video style a bit). I give a colored bkg. version as a peace offering.

I’m just so sad for the hate that is going around the vld fandom right now, I hope that we can go on and enjoy things together like we used to do. Anyways so my main source of entertainment last night while pulling my unplanned all-nighter was this FUCKING AMAZING Klance fic called Shut Up And Dance With Me. It’s a modern dancer au with Klance, Shallura, Keith and Shiro as brothers, Matt as a DJ, and shit I haven’t even discovered yet. It’s got original artwork and playlists to go with it, and each chapter is probably longer than anything I’ve ever written in my life all combined. 10/10 def recommend go ruin your lives kids

Look at these two idiots racing down the stairs ;3 took me a while to finish this. I’m not really good when it comes to backgrounds .~.

“Aha!” He says, loud and breathless, straightening and throwing his hairs up in victory. “I win!” Keith hunched over at his side, hands on his knees as he panted. “We weren’t… racing…” He says between breaths. “Oh yeah?” Lance crosses his arms over his chest, cocking his hips to the side as he grins smugly down at him. “Then why were you sprinting after me?”
