So I Tried Making Instagram Edits

So this is something I did for my Song Girl Sungjin Fan fiction from when Ella moves to Seoul to the beginnings of their relationship so let me know what y’all think! If you like it, I can make this a type of post I do or at least do it as a supplement to my fan fiction XD.

Finally finished the last Boys Republic vlive. They literally said at the end that they weren’t going to be five again and that they were all going their own ways so that confirms my entire “boys republic disbanded” theory. Unless by some miracle they pull a boyfriend and make an mv together I have no doubt in my mind they won’t come back.

Grandpa Sungjin cried a lot :( and the poor bubs Suwoong cried as well. Sunwoo cried more at the end I miss that tall man and old man Onejunn having those tissues on speed dial. When they sang at the end..I can’t explain in detail how it makes you feel. Imagine seeing your fav group on stage for the last time and no one knows what will happen to them after. It’s sad, their entire 6 year career and everything..hits me in my meow meow. I miss them and after watching this the memories of when I was like super into them come back and I remember laughing at this one meme with Grandpa Sungjun and those videos where they just scream for two minutes. And I remember when Get Down came out and they made an announcement about how it was a rated mv and I was like 👀 and then I saw the head in the mv and I was like ‘why would Sunwoo want you to watch this with your family?’ And I remember that video of them all screaming over the snakes but husband Onejunn was living his best life talking to and kissing the snakes. One of my favorite Boys Republic videos after the iconic dance practice where Grandpa Sungjin holds his chicken leg the entire time not dropping it once. Lovely. Miss them. I remember my reaction when I saw Sunwoo’s abs for the first time. That was fun. And I met a few Royal Family on another app that I used to be on all the time before dumblr, love how pretty the fandom name was. REMEMBER WHEN THEY WERE PRACTICING FOR GET DOWN AND THE CEILING WAS TOO LOW AND THEY THREW MINSU UP TO HOGH AND HE CRACKED HIS NOGGIN ON THE CEILING AND WAS GONE FOR IDEK HOW LONG I REMEMBER THAT MY SISTER REMEMBERS THAT ROYAL FAMILY REMEMBERS THAT IT WAS WHACK. I honestly thought he was gonna bleed out and die.

I saw an update from Minsu earlier on insta actually for the new year and I messaged Onejunn and Suwoong like maybe a mouth ago I can’t remember but I’ve heard nothing from Sungjun or Sunwoo. Idek where they are, I’m pretty sure they all finished their military service. I JUST WANNA SEE SUNWOOS EARS AGAIN. And his face. Fun fact I never ever thought of him as tall or big but you could land a plane on the man’s shoulders I mean is he not the tallest in Boys Republic?

He makes Suwoong look 12. I mean help me please why? Didn’t think he was built like that especially not before seeing his abs lmao. Him and Sungjun are probably married with kids by now tho. Wish old man Onejunn would hurry up and get married like it doesn’t take this long to pop the question darling hurry up my mum wants grandkids anywee, it was a sad lil live.

so far im a casual listener to day6 but i really love them alot i hope its not too dumb to ask why is even of day separated from day6?? i haven't checked it out yet bc i want to properly listen to it when i get the chance!! 🥺💞

hey it's not dumb at all! First, welcome to the amazing world of day6 uwu. Even of day is a sub unit. A few months ago, when Zombie came out, JYPe announced that some members needed to take a break for personal reasons, regarding their mental health. Jae and Sungjin stopped every public activities and focused on themselves. Still do. Well jae's back on his podcasts and solo activities like twitch and makes a lot of insta live but i think it helps him a lot. Anyway. Young K, Wonpil and Dowoon kept doing some stuff like covers, radio shows and stuff. Till they came out as a sub unit. But day6 are still together, Jae and Sungjin are very supportive of the maknaes while they still take time to heal and Jae even said they were already working on the next day6 album ☺️✨

jae: starts off the morning bragging about how you’re both gonna go see a bunch of broadway shows, eat at some 5 star restaurant, and then hit soho. you do NONE of those things. you end up having hotdogs in central park, stumbling upon a busking band that jae joins on an impromptu bet, you make the long walk down to st. marks where you get him a vintage leather jacket and buy some jewelry from a woman who's selling them in union square out of her backpack, jae almost gets shit on by a pigeon and you almost die laughing, a group of skaters tease you two and chant “kiss! kiss! kiss!” before jae leans in and misses your lips much to the laughter of the skaters and the embarrassment of you, there’s a basement show in someone's brownstone dorm at nyu that you and jae sneak into - everyone thinks you guys are just transferring students, you eat mcdonalds at 3 am and throw a fry out to the rats in the subway sewer 

youngk: actually got tickets to an opera at the met but it’s at 9 pm so you guys need to kill time, you guys get ramen in ktown and then shop around 7th avenue, youngk gets red in the ears when you sit him down in front of a street sketch artist and the drawing looks absolutely nothing like him when it’s done, you take the train down the highline and let him take some touristy pictures for the insta, almost gets his wallet stolen on the F, he checks out yelp for a place to get dinner before the opera and you guys get cursed at for standing in the middle of the sidewalk, you pull up to the met an hour early and throw coins in the fountain for good luck, you kiss in the line for ticket entry and when you get up to the doors youngk realizes he left them back in the hotel

wonpil: “the natural history museum closes early we HAVE to get there now!” you and him spend way more time than necessary in the dinosaur exhibit, get matching shirts with t-rex’s on them, run over to fao schwartz so wonpil can play on the huge piano and almost get mobbed by children, you pretend you don’t want a teddy bear as a souvenir but wonpil buys you one anyway, you guys get ice cream from the truck and the guy inside says you make a cute couple in a strong, italian accent, you guys take a photo in front of the empire state building and when jae asks why you guys didn’t ride to the top of the building you and wonpil go “bro it was like 30 bucks”

sungjin: you agree that this should be an adult trip - meaning you guys need to do everything tourists do so ,,,,,,, you get on the ferry to the statue of liberty, sungjin realizes that after taking three or four pictures in front of it - this is boring, you guys take the ferry back and try to get on a bus that’ll take you to time square but somehow you end up in brooklyn, you ask for directions from a pissed off starbucks employee who will only tell you if you buy two venti iced caramel lattes, finally you get to time square and sungjin gets into a dance battle with a dude dressed as spongebob, you order halal food and sungjin thinks he’s gone to heaven, you overpay for a cab back to the hotel because lord knows you’ll both get lost again and sungjin is already sleepy

dowoon: nintendo world, you guys bust out your switches to pokemon battle some tourist family from maryland, dowoon almost loses his damn mind when you guys walk past m&m world, both hyped up on sugar you guys decide to buy yankee’s baseball tickets off stubhub, squeezing into the overly packed and noisy train you feel dowoon pull you in close to avoid being squashed by businessmen, when you get to the stadium dowoon gets a personalized jersey and you tell him it’s cute (when it’s actually corny), you guys get to your seat and when dowoon tastes the popcorn he makes a face “ten dollars for this?!?!”, the game is actually entertaining but what’s more hilarious is you end up on a kiss cam, you’re invited for celebratory drinks by a group of avid fans after the game but dowoon is still recovering from kissing you infront of thousands of people so you guys have to pass LOL

Can I just say here how much a cherish Young K's Vlive/insta lives? And Jae's? It just makes me feel like they include us into their daily lives, like friends.

Simple fact that Young K goes live everytime he goes to work? Just to talk? To have fun? To practise his english? That stuff is CUTE.

We don't get to see Wonpil and Dowoon so often, but they have their own ways to communicate with us.

I'm eagerly waiting for Jae and Sungjin. Jae is slowly coming back and I love it soooooo so so much. And Sungjin... I realized this past week that I terribly miss him. Hope my boy is doing his thing, eating and sleeping well.

Isn't it beautiful? This thing between Day6 and Mydays is one of the kind. And I am so SO glad that I'm part of it.
