Basically, I never really thought too much into how their relationship worked. The piece is more about how Starscream was once a savage warrior, but when he sees Alexis and her pain(and a certain kind of beauty, frienship?), it opens up a new part of him. So this year I decided to do a rewatch of Transformers Energon and because of that was reminded that one of my first ever TF toys was in that show. That toy being the series' version of the Street Action Minicon team and I though it would be fun to take me favorite member of the team Sureshock and give her a bit of a redesign.

confusing named in both languages as either bumble [same as bb is called in jpn] OR perceptor [whose the fucking microscope]. both WILDLY more popular characters AND consistent in like. apperence/gimmick and name in many iterations. lmao.

The Council of Worlds is made up of representatives of Cybertron and its 13 “sister worlds”. Each world retains its own government, but decisions that affect interplanetary affairs are negotiated among the Council.

As it currently stands, the worlds, their leader(s) (or the closest approximation), and their representatives are listed below. A scooter again?

When No takes Trash to look for his alternate mode, we see that seeing the scooter option does not convince him at all, on the contrary, it makes him uncomfortable.

When Hashtag gives JB suggestions about finding his vehicle mode, we see that among the options is a scooter, it is barely noticeable but there it is close to the car.

This is ironic, since considering JB's size, there was no way he would choose a scooter as his alternate mode.

The fact that we've already been shown a scooter as an alternate mode suggestion twice means it will be relevant in the future. Would there be a Terran like a scooter as an alternate mode?

Could it mark the return of Sqweeks or Sureshock?

Time to delay the Season 10 Comics with more Transformers!

Continuing from the last crossover, the Decepticons are back in Equestria trying to bring magic back to Cybertron. With two big important ones: Shadow Striker and Airachnid (who I recognize from Transformers Prime) find this Dark Crystal. And Starscream’s team running in panic as the Equestrian Heroes follow. Also the Wonderbolts got captured easily. But as good as the Ponies could be against the Decepticons, Twilight missed and made things worse...

Sombra is back. And it's Season 9 Sombra, not IDW’s Sombra. Again, proving how much better he was prior to Season 9, mind controls Twilight, Fluttershy, Pinkie Pie and numerous Decepticons. Including Megatron. And now Sombra plans to make an army to take over the universe. So with the Ponies' insistence, the Autobots and Decepticons must work together to defeat Sombra and his mind control. And that’s the first bookend. Now for the side stories.

And starting off we got Scootaloo’s Aunts: Aunt Holiday and Auntie Lofty. They’re looking for Scootaloo and run into Arcee and her “gal” Greenlight. Wiki said they’re a couple in the IDW comics. And the four of them have to face KILLMASTER! His original name is Murder King. So Bakugo named himself after KILLMASTER’s original name?

But just as ridiculous as his name is, the girls easily handle him. Like super easy, barely an inconvenience. Using the Aunt’s yarn and their speed, they sent KILLMASTER rocketing off like Team Rocket. And just in time as Scootaloo made some friends on Cybertron. From who I recognize, Gauge from the last crossover. And Hotrod from the original Transformers cartoon. Others include Flareup, Sureshock, Hot Shot and Rubble. Man, the Transformers Wiki is super informative.

So our couple of couples enjoy a picnic as the kids play around. Overall, a great start. Last time it was Decepticons being the primary villain. Now it's the ponies turn to make their own villain the big bad of the story. And with his mind control he can make interactions you may not expect. And it is nice to see how well the Aunts work together. And fun to see Scootaloo riding a Scooter like that. Makes me look forward to the following issues.

Continuing off from the Mini-con ask.

Kaguya in another one of his attempts to seduce woo Houtaro gets interrupted by two Mini-con teams.

The Street Action Mini-con Team comprised of Grindor the skateboard/hovercraft, High Wire the bicycle/dirt bike, and Sureshock the moped/four-wheel ATV.

The Clear Skies Mini-con Team comprised of Steel Wind the A-10 Thunderbolt II bomber plane, Thunderwing the F-14 Tomcat and Nightscream the dragon.

The two Mini-cons teams stand in front of Kaguya and tell him in their binary language to leave Houtaro or else something bad will happen to him.

What are the reactions of the Riders and Gotchard cast seeing Kaguya look like this and limping away while holding back tears and seeing Houtaro scold the two Mini-con teams for beating up Kaguya?

Maybe, the Riders should help Houtaro teach the Mini-cons what is right and wrong so something like this can't happen ever again.

I don't think any of them would be particularly impressed by Kaguya so they're questioning why Houtaro is harshly scolding the Min-cons... but seeing Kaguya's injuries is enough to make them all wince and pity him lol

wada sez: This strip is extrapolated from Pyro’s Autopedia profile published in Last Stand of the Wreckers issue #5, which revealed that his primus apotheosis condition (a pathological idolatry of Optimus Prime) began after Optimus Prime saved his life during the Simanzi Massacre. The profile specifically stated that “Optimus Prime prevented him (and a thousand others from falling into The Crucible”, which seems very different to the events seen here. Trypticon had previously had a few minor appearances under Furman’s pen. You know, considering this is a strip about primus apotheosis, I wonder if the otherwise inexplicable appearance of Sureshot here was actually related in some way to Generation 2 Sureshot—a renaming of the Hero Optimus Prime toy as a different character! See below for clean inks.
