Uiteindelijk werd het boek nog wel leuk. Maar niet heel bijzonder. De teksten en gesprekken en het taalgebruik voelden tegenstrijdig. Ik ben niet echt benieuwd geworden naar de volgende boeken in de serie. Zal ze wellicht wel lezen als Luisterboek oid. Het is tenslotte een serie 🙈 Wie heeft deze al gelezen? En? .......... Inhoud: 'Zoek het uit, Chloe Brown' van Talia Hibbert is een sexy, inclusieve, romantische komedie en het eerste deel van de Zussen Brown-serie. Algumas leitoras gostaram muito, enquanto outras não curtiram. Deixo então uma dica, leia o livro de forma despretensiosa. É uma leitura leve e divertida, cheia de clichês, mas bem gostosa de ler, literalmente. Um chick lit com uma pegada mais hot (conteúdo adulto), que me distraiu. Confesso que não li o livro de uma vez. Explico, comecei logo que foi lançado e abandonei na metade. Acho que naquele momento não era a leitura que eu queria. Quando eu soube que trata-se de uma trilogia, que cada uma das três irmãs teria seu livro, fiquei mais curiosa. Agora, com o lançamento do segundo livro "Se liga, Dani Brown", voltei ao da Chloe. Ao levar um susto, quase atropelada por um carro, Chloe Brown pensa na sua provável morte e no quanto seu obituário seria sem graça. Resolve então criar uma lista de coisas para fazer, para "acordar para a vida", daí o título sugestivo do livro. Adoro livros com títulos diferentes. Para cumprir os itens da lista, ela contará com uma ajuda charmosa e diferente, o vizinho e zelador do seu condomínio, Red Morgan. A escrita da autora é fluida e rápida. Gostei bastante das descrições das roupas que a Chloe usava, bem estilosas. Fiquei curiosa para reencontrar os personagens nos próximos livros.
