My cards for today, #thelovers from the #tarotofthesidhe & #health from the #lifenavigatordeck, are about self-loving choices related to health. A few days ago I decided that I want to eat healthier and reduce sugar in my diet. I stopped putting sugar in my tea and coffee, and I was mindful to not eat white breads and pasta especially. But today while I was volunteering, delicious pizza, chicken and salad was offered by the office. We all took part in eating the goodies, and I ended up having a slice of pizza along with my salad and chicken. So these cards that I just pulled for my cards of the day (didn't have time in the morning), are reminding me of the choices I need to make regarding my health. As long as I go back on to my original plan tomorrow, I should be fine right? 😁 So the lovers cards and the opposite 'choices' it represents, reminds that the choice between desires and wisdom needs to be a daily thing. 🙂 Today I chose desires. I'm hoping to choose wisdom tomorrow, and make good food choices. 😊

My sister @mariepoulin has been a little melancholy lately so I pulled some cards for her. The Magician JUMPED out at me while I was shuffling!
