Program Skrining TBC, Rutan Pasangkayu Berkomitmen Terhadap Kesehatan Warga Binaan dengan

Pasangkayu - Rumah Tahanan Negara (Rutan) Kelas IIB Pasangkayu Kantor Wilayah Kementerian Hukum dan HAM Sulawesi Barat bekerja sama dengan Tirta Medical Center (TMC), Dinas Kesehatan (Dinkes) Kabupaten Pasangkayu dan Pusat Kesehatan Masyarakat (Puskesmas) Bambalamotu untuk menggelar program Skrining Active Case Finding (ACF) Tubercolosis (TBC) bagi warga binaan. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mendeteksi dini kasus TBC dan memastikan warga binaan menerima perawatan yang sesuai, Selasa (07/11).

Kegiatan skrining ACF TBC ini merupakan langkah preventif yang penting untuk menjaga kesehatan warga binaan di Rutan Pasangkayu. Dengan kerja sama bersama dengan pihak medis, Rutan Pasangkayu dapat menyediakan layanan kesehatan yang lebih baik dan meningkatkan kesadaran akan pentingnya deteksi dini penyakit menular.

Warga binaan Rutan Pasangkayu menjalani sSkrining ACF TBC dengan intervensi Chest X-Ray untuk mendeteksi adanya infeksi TBC. Hasil skrining akan membantu dalam menentukan langkah-langkah selanjutnya, termasuk pengobatan dan perawatan yang diperlukan.

Kepala Rutan Pasangkayu, Tisep Oven Harry menyampaikan pentingnya kerja sama dengan lembaga kesehatan dalam menjaga kesehatan warga binaan. Beliau juga menyampaikan bahwa kerja sama ini mencerminkan komitmen Rutan Pasangkayu untuk terus proaktif menjaga kesehatan warga binaan dan mencegah penyebaran penyakit di dalam rutan.

"Kami berkomitmen untuk memberikan pelayanan kesehatan yang terbaik kepada warga binaan, dan kerja sama dengan pihak medis sangat penting dalam mencapai tujuan tersebut. Saya harapkan program skrining ini akan memberikan manfaat besar bagi kesejahteraan kesehatan warga binaan," ujar Tisep.

Sementara itu, secara terpisah, Kakanwil Kemenkumham Sulbar, Marasidin mendukung upaya yang dilakukan oleh jajaran Rutan Pasangkayu.

“Sehingga melalui Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini, diharapkan dapat memberi dampak terhadap peningkatan kinerja di jajaran Kanwil Kemenkumham Sulbar,” tutup salah seorang Kakanwil unit wilayah di bawah kepemimpinan Menkumham, Yasonna itu.

Kegiatan Skrining Penemuan Kasus Aktif (ACF) TBC TAHUN 2023 dengan intervensi Rontgen Dada Bagi Warga Binaan Lapas Kelas IIB Polewali bekerjasama dengan Tirta Medical Center (TMC), Dinas Kesehatan Kab. Polewali Mandar dan Puskesmas Pekkabata

Polewali Mandar, lapaspolewali.kemenkumham.go.id - Pada hari Selasa tanggal 25 Oktober 2023 pukul 09.00 WIB s.d. Selesai telah dilaksanakan kegiatan Skrining ACF TBC dengan intervensi Rontgen Dada Tahun 2023 bagi Warga Binaan Lapas Kelas IIB Polewali dengan target sebanyak 456 WBP.

Kegiatan ini merupakan tindak lanjut dari Surat Edaran Dirwatkeshab Ditjenpas Kemenkumham RI No. PAS.6-PK.06.07-710 tentang Skrining TBC dengan Intervensi Rontgen Dada yang bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan angka penemuan kasus TBC secara aktif dan masif pada kelompok komunal yg berisiko tinggi/rentan terhadap penularan/penyebaran di dalam komunitas khususnya Lapas/Rutan.

Pelaksanaan kegiatan dilaksanakan selama 3 (tiga) hari, dengan hari ini (25 Oktober 2023) jumlah target 194 WBP. Skrining gejala dilakukan oleh petugas kesehatan Lapas Kelas IIB Polewali, dari tanggal 25-27 Oktober 2023 dan skrining Rontgen Dada dilakukan oleh tim vendor X-Ray Tirta Medical Center (TMC) pada tanggal 25 Oktober 2023.

Jumlah WBP yang mengikuti rontgen dada TBC hari pertama :

Kalapas Polewali, Bapak Abdul Waris, menyatakan bahwa upaya ini adalah bentuk komitmen Lapas Kelas IIB Polewali dalam menjaga kesehatan para narapidana serta mencegah penyebaran penyakit TBC di dalam Lapas. "Lapas Polewali selalu berusaha memberikan pelayanan kesehatan terbaik kepada para narapidana. Skrining TBC ini adalah salah satu langkah penting dalam menjaga kesehatan mereka." ungkap Abdul Waris.

Kegiatan berlangsung aman, tertib dan lancar. Selanjutnya kegiatan dilaporkan kepada Kakanwil Kemenkumham Sulbar, Drs. Marasidin.

Reflection and Blind Spots [Kira]

A mask held in her fingers and Kira stared down at the glittering surface, the silver and the purple and blue that moved like brain waves, that moved like breath across it, filling in the etching-like cuts and frame of THE-MEASURE-CUT's symbol.

It was one thing to see her team with their masks, the passion behind them as they held and then wore them, the glittering Adversary of Ambria like a beacon of defiance and a rallying point.  Baxter, his face behind the voice of the maw, the gleaming white and swirling hole sometimes faded for the eyes behind his mask.  Lillian, the petals on her face and the halo of thorns in her hair after the first time - the last time - she had spoken to DIE-FOR-YOU.  They had them with pride, with conviction, with the feeling like they knew they had made the cut and that they believed in it.  Kira stared at the silver metal and then set it down on her sleeping bag, pulling the covers over the mask.

Picking up headphones Kira put them around her neck as she grabbed her sweatshirt.  A notebook was in her pocket, rolled up to make sure it fit and a pencil was tucked behind an ear, the young teen looking at the boxcar door.  She never really felt like she needed a mask, and that a mask was a lie to her - not that her friends didn't deserve them, but that she just wanted to know things, and what about that was worth a mask?  For all that she collected lighters and then tried to ask about things, it never really seemed to go somewhere.  She was close, maybe, but always off just enough that it wasn't useful.  So instead of focusing on that, she slid a headphone cover over one ear and turned the soft music on.

The voracious desire to know and answer was more than favor or attention, she just wanted to have answers.  Whoever those answers needed to come from, that was irrelevant if they could be found - and Kira knew that got her a lot of ribbing (good naturedly) from her friends.  From the peeling off across the streets for a cipher (what if this was a new one?  What if there was something they missed because they ignored it, left it, and it fell into no hands at all, not even right or wrong?) to the fact that she would bribe her friends for a chance to ask questions, Kira knew it was tension, sometimes.  Accepted as a quirk, but also... worrisome?

The lighter in her pocket was a heavy weight that she acknowledged by pulling out, holding it out, and then flicking it open.  The flame danced and flickered with a shade that was wrong for flames, greens and purples to yellows and blues, dancing along hues the same off-kilter way that the halos echoed.  Her friends were in the clearing and waiting but she dashed to the mirror, whispering something under her breath before the lighter snuffed out, carrying off the words to whoever was there.  Maybe to no one, but that was the price for whispering to something in the dark and wondering, wasn't it?

Do you ever fear that the quest for understanding makes you lose why you started it?  Somewhere along the way, did you forget why you began, for the sake of the knowledge you found?  Is there a point you should step back, and observe?

The light was out on the lighter though and her eyes searched in the mirror before she headed for the flung-open boxcar door.
