Here, Dylan appears to be addressing someone—likely a girl—whom he believes will join him in the afterlife after April 20, 1999. If this individual were a real person from Columbine High School, it would make sense for him to think she would be killed, as the bombs were designed to affect nearly everyone in the cafeteria.

However, I remain unconvinced that he was referring to an actual person. In a previous journal entry, he wrote, "Wanna die and be free with my love... if she even exists." This suggests he may have created an idealized figure in his mind or was contemplating a hypothetical relationship.

Additionally, some interpret the "he" in the original entry as a reference to Eric. It is conceivable that Dylan perceived a bond with Eric as a form of love, but it is difficult to reconcile the idea of them being "free" or experiencing "time to love" after April 20, 1999.
